点焊螺母的用途和优点 USESANDADVANTAGESOFSPOTWELDINGNUTS
在薄板上用点焊机焊接螺母时所用的一种特殊螺母，我们称之为点焊螺母。主要用于机车电子屏柜等产品所需要焊接螺母的围板、面板等结构件上。其优点是生产效率高、定位精度好、能耗小，特别是焊接后板的变形极小。与普通电焊机焊接螺母相比，变形量小 1 8 0 % ~ 9 0 % ，耗能量小 5 0 % ~ 6 0 % ，而且节省了焊条和焊后打碴工序。因此点焊螺母的推广应用，不但提高了生产效率和产品质量，减轻了劳动强度，而且具有相当的经济效益。
A special nut for spot welding on the sheet by welding nut,welding nut we call.Mainly used for locomotive electronic cabinet and other products required for boarding，the panel welding nut structure parts.The utility model has the advantages of high production efficiency,good positioning accuracy,low energy consumption,especially the small plate welding deformation.With anordinary electric welder welding nut compared to small deformation of 80 % to 90 % 5 0 % - 6 0 % of small energy consumption,and save the welding electrodes and after playing balast process.Therefore,the popularization and application of the spot welding nut not only improves the production eficiency and product quality,but also reduces the labor intensity,and has considerable economic benefits.
