（1）医疗包装器械类产品：注射器型芯、针管型芯（组合件）、试管型芯、医药包装瓶盖螺牙抽芯、拉丝盖型芯及推板套；
（2）制笔、化妆品、包装类产品：笔模型芯、笔盖配件、笔芯螺牙镶件、口红系列，睫毛膏上下盖等前后模芯、推板套；
(3）压铸模具用模钉，镶针，镶件等配件（广泛运用于电机压铸模具、化油器模具）
（4）家电，汽车机械类产品：自润耐磨块（高力黄铜加石墨）、无给油自润导套，活动型芯组件（斜顶座）、导柱辅助器、定位柱等；
（5）SKD-61及SKH-51系列司筒顶针、双节顶针、扁顶、灌嘴、小拉杆、导柱导套
（6）五金模用冲针，引导针，浮升梢，及冷冲模外导柱带钢珠组件等；

Dongguan Baiheng Precision Mold Accessories Co.，Ltd.is located in Chang'an,Dongguan,a famous mold town in China,in response to the needs of the mold market development.Wespecialize inmanufacturing precision optoelectronic dental shafts,screw electrodes,pen model cores,cosmetic parts,precision inserts,cores,bushings,and SKH51 and SKD61 series barrel ejector pin mold accessories.Our products are widely used in the fieldsof optoelectronics,digital electronics，medical packaging equipment，pen making，cosmetic packaging，electrical appliances,automobiles，machinery，etc.The specific products are:
(1）Medical packaging equipment products:syringe core, needle tubecore (assembly),test tubecore,pharmaceutical packaging bottle cap screw core,brushed cap core and push plate sleeve;
(2)Pen making，cosmetics and packaging products:pen model cores,pencoveraccessories,pencorescrewinserts, lipstick series,eyeblackupperand lowercoversand other front and rear mold cores,push plate covers;
(3)Accessories such as die nails,needles,and inserts for die-casting molds (widely used in motor die-casting molds and carburetor molds)
(4) Home appliances,automotive machinery products:selflubricating wear-resistant blocks (high-strength brass with graphite),oil-free self-lubricating guide sleeves,movable core components (inclined top seat)，guide column assistants, positioning columns, etc;
(5)SKD-61 and SKH-51 series driver cylinder top needle, double section top needle,flat top,filling nozzle,small pull rod, guide column guide sleeve
(6)Hardware molds use punch pins,guide pins,floating tips,and steel ball components on the outer guide columns of cold stamping dies;

化妆品模具较之其他包装类模具而言，对其外观要求更高，加工复杂难度更大，尤其是一些口红、睫毛膏及透明盖之类的模具，因此作为模具的心脏--模具型腔质量的好坏、光洁度及配合度的优劣，决定其模具的质量高低。
我们为广大化妆品模具厂商提供的解决方案，是采用抛光性能极佳的瑞典S136系列钢材作为模具型腔部分的基材，螺纹部分采用研磨加工，推套配以SKD61或杯铜即可确保化妆品模具的使用寿命和高光洁度效果。

The solution we provide to our customers is to use the S136 from Assab with excellent polishing performance to make the cavity，the thread is produced by grinder，and the bushing uses1.2344/8407 or copper to ensure the service lifeand high gloss requirementsof the cosmetic mold.

STATIONERYPENMOULDCOREPARTS文具笔模型芯配件
笔模配件与其它类塑胶模具相比，具有较大的纵深比，脱模困难，难冷却，配合胶位严格，易跑飞边，且筋位一般都较薄和深，难于加工。
为解决以上技术问题，我们建议应该从选材上加以控制，对于笔杆类配件，我们建议先用一胜百S136，1.2083等高级镜面钢，防锈且能减少脱模阻力。更能精确控制扣位尺寸，获得满意配合效果。对于细长类笔杆，因为孔类难于加工，存在散热难问题。我们建议选用铍铜材料，具有优异的散热性能，完全能满足此类配件要求。
加工方面我们配有专业笔模配件生产线，采用冲子成型研制工艺，公差能达到0.005-0.01mm，同心度能够控制0.01以内。

DIECASTINGMOLDCOREPIN&INSERT压铸模型芯、镶件
圆形型芯是压铸成型部件，多用于螺纹底孔、销孔底孔成型。
特点：采用日本进口材料材料，日本原装进口热处理设备。型芯定制尺寸丰富。肩宽、挂台直径、定位面尺寸、定位面个数均可选项定制。根据型芯尺寸可以定制单一中心冷却水孔或台阶式冷却水孔。
