我们的医疗模具配件采用STAVAX、M340等进口优质钢材，具备卓越的防锈、抛光与耐腐蚀性能。目前我们为模具企业提供96腔各类热（冷）流道医疗模具配件。所有配件均使用进口CNC车床、阶梯磨及内外圆磨加工设备，确保产品的高精度、等高性、一致性及互换性。目前，我们能够确保医疗型芯同心度达到 ± 0.005mm的精度标准。

我们为广大化妆品模具厂商提供的解决方案，是采用抛光性能极佳的瑞典S136系列钢材作为模具型腔部分的基材，螺纹部分采用研磨加工，推套配以SKD61或杯铜即可确保化妆品模具的使用寿命和高光洁度效果。

STATIONERYPENMOULDCOREPARTS文具笔模型芯配件！
笔模配件与其它类塑胶模具相比，具有较大的纵深比，脱模困难，难冷却，配合胶位严格，易跑飞边，且筋位一般都较薄和深，难于加工。
为解决以上技术问题，我们建议应该从选材上加以控制，对于笔杆类配件，我们建议先用一胜百S136，1.2083等高级镜面钢，防锈且能减少脱模阻力。更能精确控制扣位尺寸，获得满意配合效果。对于细长类笔杆，因为孔类难于加工，存在散热难问题。我们建议选用铍铜材料，具有优异的散热性能，完全能满足此类配件要求。
加工方面我们配有专业笔模配件生产线，采用冲子成型研制工艺，公差能达到0.005-0.01mm，同心度能够控制0.01以内。

DIE CASTING MOLDCOREPIN&INSERT压铸模型芯、镶件>
圆形型芯是压铸成型部件，多用于螺纹底孔、销孔底孔成型。
特点：采用日本进口材料材料，日本原装进口热处理设备。型芯定制尺寸丰富。肩宽、挂台直径、定位面尺寸、定位面个数均可选项定制。根据型芯尺寸可以定制单一中心冷却水孔或台阶式冷却水孔。
