一、应用特征
I. Application Features

After oriented test, research and development, FLOWX? has developed a special expansion seal butterfly valve based on the specialty of powder conveying application. 1.膨胀式密封系统
1. Expansion type seal system
阀座的独特设计使得阀体和阀座有一个连续、可变形空腔。当阀板关闭后,阀座在外部气源的压力下,慢慢膨胀并抱紧阀板以达到密封的效果。需要开启时,空腔内的压力会快速排空让阀座收缩以释放阀板,然后再行打开阀板。因而,在启闭过程中,阀座和阀板的接触时间和接触面积都非常之少。

The unique design of the valve seat forms a continuous and deformable cavity between the valve body and the valve seat. After the valve plate is closed, the valve seat expands slowly under pressure of an external gas source and holds the valve plate tightly to achieve the seal effect. When opening is needed, pressure in the cavity will exhaust rapidly to make the valve seat contract to release the valve plate and then open the valve plate. Therefore, there are very few contact time and area between the valve seat and the valve plate in opening and closing.
阀门的操作扭矩比传统蝶阀降低 35% ,阀板和阀座之间的磨损率减少了约 90% ,同时,阀门的密封可靠性得到了大幅提高。
Comparing with the traditional butterfly valve, operating torque of the valve is lowered by 35% 中 abrasion rate between the valve plate and the valve seat is decreased by about 90% and seal reliability of the valve is improved greatly.
2.集成化气动阀块
2. Integrated pneumatic valve block
为膨胀密封蝶阀量身设计的一体化气控阀块确保高频次操作工况下的阀门开关的稳定性和精准性,集成化的方案降低了内部管线的复杂性,也减小了整体的结构尺寸,从而简化了现场安装和维护。
The integrated pneumatic control valve block that is specially designed for the expansion seal butterfly valve ensures stability and accuracy of the valve opening and closing under high frequency working conditions. The integrated plan lowers complexity of internal pipelines and reduces overall structural size to make installation and maintenance on site easy.

五、工作原理
V. Working Principle
通过气控阀块,形成充气密封、排气及开关信号之间的顺序动作。
Sequential operation is formed among air inflation seal, exhaust and ON-OFF signal througl the pneumatic control valve block.
六、安装使用
VI. Installation and Application
膨胀蝶阀建议安装使用的管道压力不得高于5Bar(表压)。安装时需参考图-3,确保充足的维护空间气源需要为标准的仪表用气。
Pressure of the pipes with expansion butterfly valves is suggested not to exceed 5Bar (gauge pressure). See Fig.-3 during installation to ensure sufficient maintenance space. The gas source needs to be standard instrument gas.
设置的密封压力需大于管道的实际压力(表压)约0.3\~0.5bar!!! The seal pressure set shall be greater than actual pressure (gauge pressure) of the pipe by about 0.3~0.5 bar!!!
七、注意事项
VII. Precautions
1.延时调节
1. Delay regulation
膨胀蝶阀的膨胀密封延时和排气延时时间在出厂时都做了预调!如无特殊使用需求,不建议用户自行调节或者调整。调节幅度约为1/8圈每秒,顺时针为加长延时,逆时针为缩短延时时间。
Expansion seal delay and exhaust delay time of the expansion butterfly valve have been preset upon delivery! Without special requirements, users are not suggested to regulate or adjust them randomly. The regulation range is about 1/8 lap per second, clockwise for increasing delay and anticlockwise for decreasing it.
如下图所示,控制阀块上有两个调节旋钮。此旋钮用于改变阀座膨胀密封延时和排气延时时间,从而保证阀门能够顺畅开启或者关闭。由于结构特殊复杂,在任何情况下,若无弗雷西服务工程师现场指导,不得擅自拆解。
There are two regulation knobs on the control valve block as shown in the figure below. They are used to change expansion seal delay and exhaust delay time of the valve seat to ensure smooth opening or closing of the valve. Under all circumstance, the valves shall not be disassembled without guidance of FLOWX engineer due to their special and complex structures.
2.初次使用
2. First use
如无特殊要求,膨胀蝶阀出厂时的默认设置为断信号通气关闭型。
Without special requirements, default setup of the expansion butterfly valve is signal interruption and ventilation closing type.
安装完成后,确保阀门夹紧安装的情况下,连接仪表气源。
After installation, connect the instrument gas source under the circumstance of ensuring valve clamping.
- 拔出连接到阀体的充气管路,打开仪表气源,检查阀块出口减压阀压力,该压力值应大于 管道正常工作压力0.3\~0.5bar。如压力过高,可能造成阀座破损! - Pull out the air inflation pipeline that is connected to the valve body, open the instrument

gas source and check pressure of the pressure reducing valve at the valve block outlet. The pressure value shall be greater than normal working pressure of pipes by 0.3-0.5bar. Excessively high pressure may cause break of the valve seat!
:压力设置正常后复原充气管路,再次检查充气压力设置。
-Restore the air inflation pipeline after the pressure setup is normal. Check the air inflation pressure setup again.
:使用电磁阀手操装置,手动打开阀门。使用秒表计时,确保正常开启的顺序为先排气 (减压阀压力归零)然后再打开。
Use the manual operation device of the solenoid valve and open the valve manually. When a stop watch is used for timekeeping, make sure the normal opening sequence is exhausting (pressure of the pressure reducing valve goes to zero) before opening. 然后手动关闭阀门,使用秒表计时,确保正常关闭的顺序为先关闭再充气(减压阀压力 表读数)
-Close the valve manually. When a stop watch is used for timekeeping, make sure the normal opening sequence is closing before air inflation (reading of the pressure gauge of the pressure reducing valve) 再次核对计时时间,是否能满足现场的工作频率。如不能满足,应按照以上延时调节 部分指示,微调,并再次计时。 Check whether timekeeping can meet working frequency on site again. If not, follow the delay regulation above for fine adjustment and timekeeping again.
不建议过快的操作频率或者过短的开关周期!
It is not suggested to have too fast operation frequency or too short ON-OFF cycle!
八、故障排查
VIII. Troubleshooting
1.无法有效密封关闭
1. No valid seal closing
检查充气气压设置,必要时稍微调大。
Check setup of the air inflation pressure and make it slightly higher, if necessary.2.无法正常开关
2. No normal opening and closing
检查电磁阀是否故障,断电后使用手操装置开关阀门
Check whether the solenoid valve has a fault. Open and close the valve with the manual operation device after power off.
3.不能时序工作
3. No sequential working
微调延时旋钮。
Adjust the delay knob slightly.
