Control System
The system is enterely based on MOTION CONTROLLER, to operate under maximum reliability conditions. The control enables the interpolation of 3 axis (for RSS100 & RSS930) and 5 axis (for RSS950).
Main features

• Automatic stacker speed and phase adjustment in step with IS machine speed change.
Operating principle
• Software knowing the geometries of the stacker through pre-set parameters.
• Pre-arranged settings based on the mechanical components (arms length, axis stroke, angles, etc.)
• Software capable to define the working area with all the reachable limit points, without operator
intervention.
• Stacker loading speed synchronized over the lehr belt.
Servo-stacker Control System
for RSS100, RSS930 & RSS950
Input parameters
• Height of the bottle.
• Number of sections.
• Number of cavities.
• Number of bottles to be loaded.
• Spacing on the lehr belt.
Based on the above parameters and on the timing signal from the IS machine, the software
calculates and adjust speed and phase of the stacker automatically.
Self Learning
With its Self-Learning algorithm, the software enables the stacker to manage automatically the
loading profile with a few inputs and to phase the loading curve by detecting the speed of the
IS machine. In each stacker cycle the software acquires all the necessary parameters to adjust
itself for a perfect and stable push of the containers on the lehr belt, even when there is a speed
variation and without the intervention of the operator.

Mechanical stacker RS90
Electro-mechanical equipment for the transfer
of glass containers from cross-conveyor to
annealing lehr belt.
The RS Series includes the entire range of
mechanical stackers to serve from 1.500 to
4.500 mm wide annealing lehrs at a maximum
speed of 9 cycles per minute.
