1.安装前应仔细阅读产品说明书，核查产品是否符合使用要求，熟悉安装要点，做好准备工作。

2.核对铭牌所标参数是否为所选产品的参数，是否与使用说明相符。

3.接管之前用0.3MPa的压缩空气将管道内的粉尘、造质、锈垢等清除。

4.注意介质要清洁干净，如混有尘垢等渣质妨碍电磁阀的正常工作，管道中电磁阀前安装过滤器。

5.电磁阀不可安装在管道低凹处，也不可自容器引出，应装在容器底部偏上位置。

6.蒸汽用电磁阀入口侧装有疏水阀，该处接管应倾斜，疏水阀装在底部，最好装多通反冲过滤器。

7.电磁阀一般是定向的，不可装反。通常在阀体上有箭头指示介质流动方向，要按箭头指向安装。

8.电磁阀要求水平安装，线圈向上，接管平行于大地。若空间有限，允许适当倾斜安装，但最大倾斜角<45°。

9.在管道刚性不足或有水锤现象的情况下，先把阀前、阀后接管用支架扎实的固定好。

10.在冻结场所使用时，用隔热材料对管道加以保护或管道内设置加热器。

11.连接电磁阀的电器元件，开阀时触点不应振动，连接可靠，否则影响电磁阀寿命。

12.为了维护与修理方便，建议采用旁路隔离安装法安装电磁阀。

13.蒸汽阀长时间停用后再次投入运行时，须通入介质试动作数次，工作正常后方可投入运行。

14.电磁阀管路系统如出现反压，反压的压力与入口端压力差大于要求时，应在阀后安装止回阀。

15.电磁阀要定期维护，拆开进行清洗，清洗时可用煤油、三氯乙烯等溶液。但注意橡胶件可能会有溶胀，因此要把它更换。

16.在维护、维修前必须先切断电源，关闭前方的介质，卸去管道中的压力。

电磁阀使用电压通常为：AC220V\~240V、AC110V、AC24V、DC24V、DC12V。其它电压可以定制。

电磁阀电压允许波动范围：AC110V、AC220V以上电压-15%\~+10%；直流电压、36V以下交流电压±10%。

样本中压力参数以AC220V和DC24V为准，AC24V、DC12V等低电压的公称压力会小一些。具体请来电咨询。

06. The inlet side of the steam solenoid valve is equipped with a trap, where the nozzle should be tilted, the trap is installed at the bottom, and it is best to install a multi-pass recoiling filter.

07. Solenoid valve is generally oriented, can not be inverted. Usually there is an arrow on the valve body indicating the direction of media flow, to press the arrow pointing tothe installation.

08. The solenoid valve is required to be installed horizontally with the coil up and the nozzle parallel to the earth. If space is limited, suitable oblique installationis allowed, but the maximum inclination Angle is < 45°.

09. In the case of insufficient pipeline rigidity or water hammer phenomenon, the front and back valves are firmly fixed with supports.

10. When used in frozen areas, protect pipes with thermalinsulation materials or set heaters in pipes.

11. connected solenoid valve electrical components, open valve contact should not vibrate, reliable connection, otherwise affect the life of the solenoid valve.

12. To facilitate maintenance and repair, you are advised to install the solenoid valve by bypass isolation.

13. When the steam valve is put into operation again after being stopped for a long time, it must pass through the medium to test the operation for several times, and it can be put into operation after working normally.

14. If there is reverse pressure in the solenoid valve piping system and the difference between the reverse pressure and the inlet pressure is greater than required, the check valve should be installed behind the valve.

15. Solenoid valve to regular maintenance, disassembled for cleaning, cleaning available kerosene, trichloroethylene and other solutions. But pay attention to the rubber parts may have swelling, soit should be replaced.

16. Before maintenance and repair, the power supply must be cut off, the media in front of the switch off, and the pressure in the pipeline must be removed.
