Company introduction

Seagull was founded in 1958 as a flashlight factory named “Shiqiao Hardware

Machinery Factory”, and merged with China Source Investment Limited in Y1998 to

become Panyu Seagull Kitchen and Bathroom products Co. Ltd. In August 2003, the

company was restructured and renamed as Guangzhou Seagull Kitchen and Bath

Products Co.,LTD. In Y2006, Seagull public listed in the Shenzhen Stock Exchange

with stock code: 002084.

Seagull keeps driving ourselves to promote the industry upgrading, optimizing the

products improvement, manufacturing services of customized prefabricate unit

bath. Seagull has five manufacturing campus in China — Panyu, Zhuhai, Qiqihar

, Suzhou and Chongqing. With over 20 years experiences in kitchen and bath

industry, Seagull specializes in Mold design and Manufacturing, and manufacturing

of Gravity Casting, Low Pressure Permanent Mold Casting, Hydro-forming, Precision

Forging, CNC Machining, Robotic Auto-buffing & Polishing, Electroplating Line and

Powder/Lacquer Coating, PVD, Laser Etching, Finish goods Assembly, together with

high-efficiency supply chain management system and abundant product lines,

The R&D Center continues to strengthen its capabilities by

aiming at and keeping on track with advanced technologies.

Seagull has successfully applied the world’s most advanced

technology in our core processes and has continuously

improved internal self-development capabilities of casting,

forging, machining, brazing, and finishing.

Seagull adopts many advanced equipments such as

KWC Low Pressure Permanent Molding, IMR Gravity

Casting, Precision Forging, Hydro-forming, Physical

Vapor Deposition, Hoist-Plating Line and Powder/Laquer

Coating, and Multi-Spindle Machining (12 Spindles).

Seagull commits to improve its manufacturing

techniques continuously. And we introduced and

developed reverse engineering, rapid prototyping, CAD/

CAE/CAM for products design and mold manufacturing,

PLC automatic control gravity casting machines and

gravity and core machines, brass precision hot-die

forging production, hydro-forming of changeable crosssection tube, precision combined cutters, combined

automatic maching lathes and etc.

The company is the industr y leader in machine

utilization and yield, as well as in overall execution

strength. The process is lean and streamlined covering

design, development, manufacturing, quality and

supply chain. The daily production capacity is 300,000

pieces for brass components and 100,000 pieces for zinc

components.

Seagull has the capability to apply the numerical control

and rapid tool-changing technology with established

system. This enables the flexibility to meet large variety

but small quantity orders.

Seagull has a highly talented design team and established

matrix organization for R&D development. The system uses

Pro-Engineer software and PPAP process to deliver precise,

effective and efficient R&D design capability.

S e a g u l l h a s a h i g h l y c a p a b l e m o l d d e s i g n a n d

manufacturing team. They involve in mold/tool building

for gravity casting, low pressure permanent mold, forging,

stamping, die casting and plastic injection molding. The

lead time of mold manufacturing is 30 days in average, well

above industry standard.

Seagull develops new products systematically with

substantial capacity. The development lead time is

approximately in 30 days, meeting the requirements of top

brand provides. The process includes Design Review, Design

Verification, Design Transfer and PPAP.

Seagull was awarded as the “Best Supplier” by the customers in

the US and Europe. The company has also obtained ISO9001:

2008 Quality Control System Certification and other quality

certifications in both the US and European markets. The

certifications include WRAS, TMV2 & TMV3, AB1953, cUPC,

EPA HEL energy-efficient Authentication, DVGW, Watermark,

Watersense, CSTB NF & KIWA. Our laboratory is certified by

IAPMO in 2006 and by China CNAS Laboratory Accreditation in

2010.

Highly professional customer service department is actively

engaged with CBU (Customer Business Unit) service

mode. This is to tailor to service to meet each individual

customer needs. We also support the key customers in

executing the product Pull system. The one-stop shopping

concept is to add value to the customers. The company

also conducts annual customer satisfaction survey to

better understand the customer needs. Seagull focuses

ODM product lead time from design to launch is 90 days

with a 100% PPAP successful rate to assure the supply to

the market.

We also have warehouses in the US and Germany to offer

the global “Just in Time” logistics and high quality after-sale

service for our customers.

Our management team has over 20 years experience in the

kitchen and bath industry. They have strong team building

has its ERP system so as to well manage the flow of Sales,

As for quality control, full range of quality assurance system has

been established from the beginning of new product design,

purchasing of raw materials and components manufacturing,

assembling, packaging to the after-sale tracking. In addition,

different quality control processes had been set up for new

product launch and repeated product runs. Supplier quality

engineers perform quality control on raw materials and

outsourced parts at the source of supply. Through tracking and

training with the suppliers to improve the supply chain quality

and strengthen quality control during the manufacturing

process, the quality sustainability and stability are both

ensured.

Manufacturing Service

Through continuous cooperation and technical exchanges with the top international

brand companies, Seagull has accumulated a large number of advanced systems

and technologies. This has enabled Seagull in building advanced equipment and

production lines to meet the global standards of excellence. Seagull has developed

advanced production capabilities in Low Pressure Permanent Mold Casting, Gravity

casting, Die Casting, Forging, Injection Molding, Multi-Spindle Transfer Machining,

CNC Machining, Stamping and Hydro-forming. Seagull has the capability for tool

design and manufacture of all these production methods. Seagull has also developed

state of the art finishing capabilities in electroplating, Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD)

Coating, Powder and Lacquer coating finishing. Additionally, Seagull has developed

expertise in finished faucet assembly.

The finished goods expertise is grounded in the Research and Development (R&D)

Center. Seagull’s R&D Center has professional teams dedicated to all aspects of

finished goods development. The team starts with technology research for all the

manufacturing processes to assure the most capable processes to manufacture

products. Seagull also has complete capabilities to design the finished goods.

Seagull has the capability to generate ideas from the market research. The project

management team leverages the expertise of Seagull’s industrial designers,

structural design engineers and manufacturing engineers to bring market ideas to

finished products.

The well-equipped logistics control and distribution systems are utilized by the

assembly center to assure stable production. The assembly center has many standard

and lean assembly lines to produce a variety of finished goods. These include kitchen

faucets, pull-out and pull-down faucets, lavatory faucets, tub and shower taps, pillar

faucets, wall mounted faucets, waste assemblies, bathroom accessories and etc.

Seagull has the capability of tool design and manufacture for Low Pressure Permanent Mold Casting, Gravity Casting, Die Casting,

Forging, Injection Molding, Multi-Spindle Transfer Machining, CNC Machining, Stamping and Hydro-forming. Seagull is continuously

striving to advance our mold building techniques. Seagull continues to upgrade the mold manufacturing equipment by bringing

in new equipment ranging from Micro-electrical Discharge Machining (MEDM) to high speed machine tools for CNC machining.

Seagull can design molds from prototypes using reverse engineering equipment. With an experienced professional team, Seagull

has shortened tool lead times to 25 days.
