IPE-RTIPipeIntroduction
PE-RTIPipeandFittingaremanufacturedinaccordancewith GB/T28799,usingethylene-octylenecopolymer asmain raw material, intended for high temperature resistance usage. Therawmaterialhas specialmolecularstructure,which includeslinearpolyethyleneasthebackbonechainplus controllablebranches,sothatthePE-RTIpipe and fittingshave excellentpressureresistance.Meanwhile,ithassuperior flexibility,then it canbeeasilybent without changing the shape. Italsoperformswellinlowtemperature.Plus theadvantages of sanitary,heat welding joints, reliable connection without the worry of leakage,it is an ideal plumbing system for floor heating.
Generally, the oxygen resistance of plastic pipe is poor, so,the plumbing system need to be used with the pipes bear oxygen resistance if it requires. Liansu PE-RTI(oxygen resistance) floor heating pipe adopts three layers co-extrusion technique. The pipeiscoatedwithalayerofhotmeltglueandalayerofEvOH (oxygen resistance) evenly on the surface. The coatings can stoptheoxygenpenetrateintoheheatrecyclesystem effectively,andreduce thecorrosiononthe equipments.The picturebelowis thestructureofLiansuPE-RT丨(oxygen resistance)floor heating pipe,and the oxygen permeation flux of ourproduct satisfies therequirements ofplasticheatingpipe's oxygenresistanceinGB/T28799.
IFeatures
1.Light weight,easy to transport and install.
2.Excellent flexibility,flexural modulus is 550MPa.When it is installed (especially in winter),it canbeeasilybent without heating or using particular tools. Therefore, the processing cost will berelatively low.It canbe sold in coil shape.
3.Superiorthermal conductivity,theheat conductivitycoefficient is 0.40\mathsf{W/m}*\mathsf{K}, suitable for using as floor heating pipeline.
4.Greatimpactresistanceinlowtemperature.Itretainshigh flexibility in low temperature.When it is installed in winter, the propertyaforementionedcanprotectthepipelinefrom impact damage,whichhasessentiallycontributedtotheoperational flexibility of the pipeline.

Home-decoration collective heating pipe PE-RT Ilis distinguishedwithPE-RTIbytheheating-resistanceand pressure-resistance,including application as well.PE-RTIl can withstandhigherpressurethanformerPE-RT|on thepremise of same wall thickness.
