公司主营产品包括摩擦式假捻器及配件、假捻器轴承、纺织锭子轴承、锭带张力盘、包覆锭子、短纤

Wuxi Hongda Texparts Co., Ltd., established in 1959 and currently located at No. 29, Lianghui Road,

Mashan Subdistrict, Binhu District, Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, China, is a core enterprise under Jingwei

Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. of CHTC Group, a subsidiary of SINOMACH. The company occupies a site

area of 39,940 square meters, with total assets valued at CNY 500 million and a current workforce of

300 employees. It is recognized as a national-level \"Little Giant\" enterprise that specializes and excels

in its field, focusing on the R&D, manufacturing, and technical services of specialized textile machinery

The main products include friction false twisters and parts, false twister bearings, spindle bearings,

锭杆采用专用进口轴承作支承，并有上、下阻尼支撑，能吸

振降噪，高速型包覆锭子的结构合理，在其内腔形成特殊的气

路，由空气冷却轴承，保证轴承的使用寿命。直杆结构锭子通过

上、下联接套将筒管的径向和轴向固定；锥杆结构锭子通过锥度

配合固定筒管，操作方便、快捷。

The spindle rod is supported by dedicated imported

bearings, complemented by upper and lower damping

supports that absorb vibration and reduce noise. The

high-speed covering spindle features an optimized design

that creates a unique air passage within its internal cavity.

This airflow cools the bearings, ensuring an extended

service life. For straight-spindle models, the bobbin is

radially and axially secured via upper and lower couplers.

Tapered-spindle models utilize a taper fit for bobbin

fixation for convenient and quick operation.

纤长丝及棉花等纤维螺旋形缠绕在氨纶芯线上(双色或单色)使

包覆丝既具有氨纶的弹性，又具有外包丝的外观及手感，为生产

弹性机织物、针织物提供理想的包覆丝原料。

As a key component of covering machines, this series is

designed to wind fibers such as silk, polyester filaments

and cotton in a helical form onto spandex core yarn

(single-color or double-color). The resulting covered yarn

combines the elasticity of spandex with the appearance

and hand-feel of the outer-wrapping yarn, providing ideal

covered-yarn material for manufacturing elastic woven

and knitted fabrics.

产品采用精密数控机床加工，产品的尺寸、几何位置精度高，纱管储纱长度尺寸一致性好，倒筒起

始点位置统一，络纱精度符合要求。

采用精密动平衡仪进行加工，产品的动平衡精度高，纱管运转平稳性高，在满载的情况下测试，产

品比国内同类产品节能约10-20%左右,节能效果好。

Manufactured and controlled in accordance with European equivalent product

standards, the products feature high precision.

Manufactured on high-precision CNC machine tools, they achieve high dimensional,

geometric and positional accuracy. The bobbins show excellent consistency in

yarn-storage length and consistent starting position for winding, which meets winding

accuracy requirements.

Processed with high-precision dynamic-balancing equipment, the products deliver high

dynamic-balance accuracy and stable running performance. Under full-load test

conditions, they are about 10-20% more energy-saving than comparable domestic

products, delivering outstanding energy-saving performance.

The product surface undergoes hard anodizing treatment, providing high surface

hardness and excellent wear-resisting performance.
