采用自主研发的国内首条高性能铝合金热连轧生产线，有效地提高了铝合金加工材的物理与机械性能，尤其是能生产高合金大规格大卷重的铝合金卷材产品，其金属组织流线连续且完整、各向异性均匀、材料组织致密、晶粒细化、没有粗晶环、具有良好的塑性变形能力，利于冷镦、锻造和机加成型，以及后续的表面处理。同时相对于其它加工方式的材料，由于力学性能的提高，可通过结构件优化设计，在同等强度条件下，减少结构件材料用量，减轻工件重量，利于客户提高综合效益。

将生产高性能合金产品时的性能要求和技术难点融入到轧机设备研制过程中，研制出多种高性能合金卷材冷热连轧设备，实现2018年出口全工艺链高性能铝合金热连轧生产线设备，2021年中标国家重大项目的全工艺链高性能铝合金热连轧生产线设备研制，2025年初交付江苏某大型铝加工企业全工艺链高性能铝合金热连轧生产线设备，2022年至今又中标多台套高温硬质合金热连轧设备研制，为高端装备制造的中国化做出贡献。
