Operational safety,as well as other safety,depends on the reasonableness,prevention and judgment during the operation of the crusher. Careful operators are a good guarantee to reduce accidents.

Mostaccidents,wherever they occur,are caused by ignoring simple and basic safety rules or precautions.As a result,most accidents can be prevented bya high level of safety awareness and measures taken before an accident occurs.

为了您的人身安全，应当按需要选用安全帽、安全鞋、安全眼镜、护目镜、防护手套以及护耳装置等各项用品，并认真佩戴。

宽大的衣服容易被卷入旋转部件。请系好袖口，束紧上衣，并穿戴好各安全用品。要注意保暖，但同时又不能妨碍你的行动。手表和戒指可能会带来危险。不要在衣袋内放可能会滑落出的物品。

Foryour personal safety，you should choose safety helmets,safety shoes,safety glasses, goggles,protective gloves and ear protection devices and other supplies as needed,and wear them carefully.

Loose garmentsare prone to getting caught up in rotating parts.Please fasten your cuffs,tighten your shirt,and wear allsafety equipment.Be careful to keep warm,but at the same time not get in the way of your movements.Watches and rings can be dangerous.Do not put items in your pockets that may slip out.

请阅读随机手册，熟悉设备的操作方法和维护要领，了解机器的生产能力和应用范围，了解全部控制器，指示器和报警装置的位置和功能，以及报警提示。

(五)你熟悉工作现场吗？

(5)Are you familiarwith the job site?

要尽量提前多了解你的工作现场。要当一个好管家人，时刻保持地面清洁、无油污、油脂、碎布、绳缆、链条、料斗、石块以及其它障碍 物。将零散的零件放置在工具箱内。不得使用 易燃溶液进行擦洗。

要知悉工作场所地面的承载能力。

要熟悉工作场所的净空情况。用一点时间检查作业周围和上部净空，包括电源线，可以减少许多后患。
要留神粉尘、烟或雾，这些可能会妨碍你的视线。

Try to get to know your job site as much as possible in advance.Be a good housekeeper and keep thefloor clean and free of grease,grease,rags,ropes,chains,hoppers,rocksand other obstacles. Place the loose parts inside the toolbox.Do not use flammable solutions for scrubbing.

Be aware of the load-bearing capacity of the floor in the workplace.

Be familiar with the headroom in the workplace.Takinga little time to check the headroom around the job and on the top,including the power cord,can reduce many of the consequences.

Watch out for dust,smoke,or fog,which can obstruct your vision.

措施在前--时刻警惕--精心操作，你就可以防止人身伤害和设备故障的发生。如若稍有疏忽而发生了事故，应当迅速地使用手头的工具和熟练的技术加以排除。要熟悉灭火器和急救药箱的位置及其使用方法。

要熟悉从何处得到紧急救援。马上拨打事故电话请求快速救助。

安全工作不能仅仅局限于这些常规规定，同时还要注意，在特定工作条件下和你所使用的特定设备，要附加一些预防措施。

Take precautions-always be vigilant-and with careful operation,you can prevent personal injury and equipment failures from happening.If an accident occurs due to the slightest negligence, it should be eliminated quickly using the tools at hand and skiled techniques.Familiarize yourself with the location of fire extinguishers and first-aid kits and how to use them.

Befamiliar with where to get emergency help.Callthe accident number immediately and request quick help.

Safety should not be confined to these general regulations,but also be aware of the precautions attached to the specific working conditions and the specific equipment you use.

(七)启动前检查

(7)Pre-launch checks

未经充分的操作准备的设备是不安全的设备。接班时要进行认真检查。假如发现了应当注意的问题,在决定“这次由它去吧”之前务必反复谨慎考虑。即使是微小的机械故障也可能会引起人身伤害和重大事故。

Equipment thatis notadequately prepared for operation is unsafe equipment.Carefully inspect when taking overshifts.Ifyou find something thatshould bepaid attention to,itis importantto think carefully before deciding "let it go this time".Even minor mechanical failures can cause personal injury and major accidents.

1.不元计木红批准的八贝探TF破碎机！ 2.确认全部安全罩和其它防护装置均处于正确位置、固定而且没有损坏。 3.检查油系统：是否处于正确液位?是否毫无泄漏？ 4.检查每一个排放旋塞、阀门和管接头,确保其处于正确位置并固定。 5.由于低油位引起的压力不足可能引起严重的液压故障。 6.由于稀油或油脂不足而产生的破碎机卡位，可能是导致故障发生的问题之一。这种故障可能需要昂贵
的修理费。 7.严禁随意改动安全装置。 8.彻底检查破碎机有无可见缺陷，如:泄漏、磨损的软管或松动的零件。 9.按照操作手册和管理人员的指示检查你的机器。 10.开车前要绕机器一周进行查看。要确保在设备附近、上下无人。提醒临近的人员开始启动。 任何事故都要向你的管理人员报告。 1.Do not allow unapproved personnel to operate the crusher! 2.Confirm that all safety covers and other protective devices are in the correct position,fixed and
not damaged. 3.Check the oil system: is it at the correct level? Is there no leakage? 4.Inspect every discharge,valve,and fitting to make sure they are in the correct position and
secured. 5.Insufficient pressure due to low oil level can cause serious hydraulic failure. 6. Crusher jamming due to thin oil or insufficient grease can be one of the problems that lead to
failure.This kind of failure may require expensive repairs. 7.It is strictly forbidden to alter the safety device at will. 8.Thoroughly inspect the crusher for visible defects such as leaks,worn hoses or loose parts. 9.Check your machine according to the operator's manual and management's instructions. 10.Make a circumambulation of the machine before driving. Make sure that no one is near the
equipment,up and down.Alert people in the vicinity to start starting. Report any accidents to your manager.

(八)安全启动

(8) Secure boot

1.检查设备的警告标志。
2.执行本手册中所建议的启动程序。
3.破碎机启动后，检查全部指示器和仪表，确认一切运行正常。
4.若发现任何读数不正常，立即停车。
5.测试所有控制器，确保功能正常。
6.监听并报告有无任何异常杂音。
7.重新检查报警器或其它警告和安全装置。
8.破碎机运行时，不得站在破碎机上。
9.破碎机运行时，不要倚靠或将手放在拉力弹簧上。
10.不要侥幸开动有问题的机器。要向管理人员报告具体情况。

Check your device's warning signs. 2.Carry out the initiation procedures recommended in this manual. 3.After the crusher is started,check allindicators and gauges to make sure everything is working properly. 4.If you notice any abnormal readings,stop immediately. 5.Test all controllers to make sure they are functioning properly. 6.Listen and report for any unusual noises. 7.Recheck alarms or other warningsand safety devices. 8.When the crusher is running,do not stand on the crusher. 9.When the crusher is running,do not lean on or put your hand on the tension spring. 10.Don't leave a faulty machine on the fly.The situation should be reported to the manager.

要每天对机器进行检查，查明有无松动、磨损或损坏的零件，立即报告或改正不安全的状况，在设备修复之前不得操作机器。

即使是一个很小的故障也会成为严重事故，所以任何设备故障都要向管理人员报告。

The machine should be inspected daily to find out if there are loose,worn or damaged parts,and unsafe conditions should be reported or corrected immediately,and the machine should not be operated until the equipment has been repaired.

Evena small failure can become a serious accident,so any equipment failure should be reported to management.

(十)安全停机

(10)Safeshutdown

务必确认破碎机已经停车，才能进行清扫、维护、加油、检查皮带张紧度、打开箱盖、检查液压系统、修理或清理破碎腔等等各项工作。在破碎机运转时，切不可进行任何检查、调整或修理工作。

Make sure the crusher is stopped before cleaning,servicing,refueling,checking belt tension, opening thelid,checking the hydraulic system,repairing orcleaning the crushingchamber,and more. While the crusher is in operation,no inspection,adjustment or repair work must be carried out.

在进入破碎机内或围绕其工作之前，一定要挂上警告牌,切断电气控制器,使任何人都不能启动它。

1.如果破碎机不能安全操作。
2.如果控制器正在维护。
3.如果机器正在检修。

Before entering the crusher or working around it,be sure to hang a warning signand cut off the electrical controller so that no one can start it.

Hang up warning signs to prevent accidents:

1.If the crusher cannot be operated safely.
2.If the controller is under maintenance.
3.If the machine is being serviced.

(14) Cut off the power supply

1.在对破碎机执行任何类型的维修操作之前，必须切断所有电气控制器。 2.给每位维修人员提供其独立的挂锁和唯一的钥匙。 1.All electricalcontrollers must be cut offbefore any type ofservice operation is performed on the crusher. 2.Provide each maintenance personnel with their own independent padlock and unique key.

(十五)着装-安全操作 (15)Dress-Safe tooperate 1.双手及衣服应远离运动部件。切勿侥幸穿戴宽松袖子的衣服、松驰下垂的领带、手表和戒指。 2.接触燃油、清洗液、油料或刹车油时,应戴 眼睛防护器，因为这些物料会伤害你的眼 睛。 3.需要时戴上呼吸器。 4.对金属进行钻孔、磨削或锻击时，应戴上安全防护眼镜。 5.口袋里不要放可能会掉出来并进入机器的物品。 6.需要时戴上安全帽和穿上安全鞋。 7.更换钢缆时，应戴上手套以保护双手。 8.使用高压空气时，应戴安全眼镜并穿上防护服。 9.当操作熔融金属时,如锌、巴氏合金及铅等，应戴护目镜,穿防护服。 10.需要时戴上护耳器，或按要求减少耳朵曝 露时间。 1. ties, watches,and rings. 2.Weareye protectors when in contact with fuel,cleaning fluid,oilor brake fluid,as thesemateri
als can harm your eyes. 3.Weara respiratorwhen needed 4.When drilling,grinding or forging metal,wear safety protective glasses. 5.Do not put items in your pockets that may fall out and enter the machine. 6.Wear a helmet and safety shoes when needed. 7.When replacing the cable,wear gloves to protect your hands. 8.When using high-pressure air, wear safety glasses and protective clothing. 9.When working with molten metals,such as zinc,babbitt and lead,wear goggles and protective
clothing. 10.Wear ear protectors when needed,or reduce ear exposure as required.

(十六)禁止饮服含酒精饮料及药物

1.上班前或者上岗期间均不得饮用含酒精饮料。
2.谨防服用能使你困倦或减少警觉的药物、镇静剂或其他麻醉剂。

2.Beware of medications,sedatives or other narcotics that can make you sleepy or less alert.

1.提倡良好的工作区，保持地面清洁、干燥、无碎屑和工具。含油污和潮湿的地面、踏板、台阶和扶手易滑倒。冬季要提防冰雪。潮湿的场地，尤其是靠近电气设备处，非常危险。

2.在破碎机上面或四周不得放置或堆存材料。

3.将危险液体存放在合适位置。要远离未经授权的人员。

工作区严禁吸烟！

4.不得在密闭的场所开动柴油或汽油发动机，要保证良好的通风。因为排出的废气可能致命。

1.Promote a good work area to keep the floor clean,dry,and free of debrisand tools.Oily and wet floors,treads,steps and handrails are prone to slipping.Beware of snow and ice in winter.Wet sites, especially near electrical equipment,can be dangerous.

2.Do not place or pile up materials on or around the crusher.

3.Store hazardous liquids in a suitable location.Stay away from unauthorized personnel.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the work area!

4.Do not start the diesel or gasoline engine in a closed place,and ensure good ventilation. Because the exhaust gases can be fatal.

Inspect the end joints for wear.

The crusher load,as well as the moment of inertia,are given in the installation drawings.Unless otherwise specified,Zhongyu Dingliis not responsible forwhether the basic design complies with local design rules.

For the successful operation of the crusher,it is absolutely necessary to have a thorough installation plan.One of the main considerations forthe plan is crusher headroom.There must be enough space above the crusher to remove the moving and fixed jaw plates.There must be enough space on the side of the crusher to allow for the removal of the flywheel and the adjustment of the tension springs or tension cylinders at the rear of the crusher as required. There must beenough spaceinfront ofthe crushertoallowforthe removalofthe fixedjaw plate. In addition，consideration must be given to providing additional headroom for feed configurations,such as feed hoppers and other auxiliary equipment.In addition,sufficient space must be provided for the discharge bin,conveyor belts and related equipment. For accurate calculation of crusher headroom,please referto the installation drawing.

(六)给料配置

破碎机最高效率取决于给料配置。只有当给料适量，给料速度正确，并且物料均匀地布满破碎腔时,破碎机才能实现最高效率。给料机和给料斗(进料槽)的设计、构造和安装必须保证石料不会从破碎腔、给料斗或进料槽中滚出而伤害人员。因此,在最终施工前,要对给料机以及给料斗考虑做出周密的计划。

建议使用格栅给料机或筛子以便让细粒物料(给料小于破碎机紧边排料口)绕过破碎机。这将有助于增大破碎机的物料通过量，并减少颚板磨损。当破碎机给料中不包含大量细粒物料时，可以使用盘式给料机。细粒物料可能导致颚板过度磨损并导致破碎腔堵塞。

The maximum efficiency of the crusher depends on the feed configuration.The crusher can only achieve maximum eficiencywhen the rightamount of materialis fed,the feed rate is correct,and the materialis evenly distributed throughoutthe crushing chamber.Feeders and feed hoppers (feed chutes) must be designed,constructed and installed in such a way that the stone does not roll out ofthe crushing chamber,feed hopper or feed chute and injure personnel.Therefore,itis necessary to makea careful plan forthefeederand the feed hopper before the final construction.

Itis advisable to useagridfeederor sieve in orderto bypass thecrusherforfines (which are smaller than thetight side discharge ofthe crusher).This willhelp to increase the material throughput of the crusher and reduce jaw wear.When the crusher feed does not contain a large amountoffine-grained material,apan feedercan be used.Fine-grained materialcan cause excessive wear on thejaw plate and cause clogging of the crushing chamber.

The crusherfeed hopper must effectively preventthe crusher from wearing.The back wall of the hopper should also protectthe top of the crushing manipulatorfrom directimpact, otherwise this impact willcause unnecessary bearing pressure and may cause the movingjaw to "tipple".The feed hopper provided by Zhongyu Dingliensures thatthe crusherwill be effectively protected from wearand impact.

If Zhongyu Dinglidoes not provide the hopper,inthis case,the feeding hopper must be designed according to the feeding configuration instructions provided in the installation drawings.Important headroom requirementsare also provided in the feed configuration instructions.

由于排料配置随每台设备的不同而变化，因此不随破碎机提供排料室或漏斗。排料室可用金属也可用木头制做。排料室应留有检查孔，以便入内进行清理和检查。排料室内设有隔板，形成破碎物料的“料垫”,承受下落矿石的撞击。该隔板吸收物料落到运输设备前的大部分冲击力，从而增加了设备的使用寿命。

如果采用漏斗，它与水平面的倾斜度必须大于 4 5 ^ { \circ } ;如果物料很粘，倾角还要增大。

在动颚体底部和排料室底部之间以及排料口或漏斗和带式运输机之间，应留有足够的空间。在这些地方留有足够的空间可以防止物料堵塞排料通道，造成物料在动颚体下堆积，影响破碎机的运转。这样，就能保证破碎产品畅通无阻地排出。

在破碎机下方有一个料槽或料仓的情况中，必须在料槽中安装一个料位指示器，以便当 料槽中破碎的物料达到最高料位时停止破碎机给料。

Sincethe discharge configuration varies with each piece ofequipment,thereis no discharge chamber orfunnel with the crusher.The discharge chamber can be made of metalor wood.The discharge room should be left with inspection holes for cleaning and inspection.The discharge chamberis provided withapartitionto forma"materialcushion"ofthe crushed material,which bears the impact offalling ore.This partition absorbs the material falling into the transport device Most of the impact force before the preparation,thus increasing the service life of the equipment.

If a funnel is used,its inclination to the horizontal plane must be greater than 4 5 ^ { \circ } ； If the materialis sticky,theinclination angle shouldbe increased.

There should be enough space between the bottom of the movingjaw body and the bottom of the discharge chamber,as wellas between the discharge port or the funnel and the belt conveyor. Leaving enough space in these places can prevent the material from clogging the discharge channel,causing the materialto accumulate under the movingjaw and affecting the operation ofthe crusher.Inthis way,the shredded product can be discharged unimpeded.

In the case of a trough or silo under the crusher,a levelindicator must be installed in the chute to stop the crusherfeed when the crushed materialin the chute reaches the highest level.

The crusher discharge must be designed according to the control standard EN294 or DIN31001(Part1).Forrecommendationson the minimum discharge opening,please referto the fixed installation drawing.Refer to Figure 3.14.

(8)General Repair Instructions

当对破碎机进行任何维修时，应采取以下通用的预防措施：

·拆卸带有机械加工面或支承面，且该表 面可能会生锈的部件时，不论这些部件从破碎机上拆下后要保持多长时间，均应涂油或涂防锈剂。

·当处理带有支承面或机械加工表面,且该表面配合公差很小的部件时,更应小心。

·拆卸任何带支承面或机械加工表面的部 件时,应使用木制垫块,避免其表面触 地。另外,用干净的纸板、纸张或塑料防止灰尘或水进入这些表面。

·处理轴承时，应极为小心。对轴承过度锤击或重敲会造成轴承挠曲或起拱。

·在将部件装回破碎机之前，所有机械加工部件均应进行彻底清洗并涂油。未涂油之前不能更换轴承面。不要在肘板座以及调节楔块上涂油。

·当重新组装两个要求压配合或滑动配合的匹配部件时，在其接触表面应薄薄地涂一层油，既可作为润滑油，又可防止该处生锈。

·When disassembling parts with machined orbearingsurfaces that may ruston the surface, they should be oiled or treated with a rustinhibitor,regardless of how long they remain in place aftertheyare removed fromthe crusher.

· Care should be taken when dealing with components with bearing surfaces or machined surfaces thathave tight matingtolerances.

·When disassembling any part with a bearing surface or machined surface,a wooden spacer should be used to avoid its surface touching the ground.Also,use clean cardboard, paper,orplasticto preventdust orwater from entering these surfaces.

：Extreme care should be taken when handling bearings.Excessive hammering or re-knocking ofthe bearing can cause the bearing to deflect orarch.

在存放任何备件之前，检查装运前涂的保护层是否有损。

EV系列颚式破碎机既可以整机装运，也可以拆散成部件装运。一般而言，较小尺寸的破碎机以整机形式进行装运，到达目的地之后即可以安装到基础上。较大尺寸的破碎机在大多数情况下因受到运送和装卸条件的限制而拆散成小部件后装运。

参考和安装图纸一起提供的破碎机运输图纸。这些图纸给出了推荐的固定和紧固破碎机的方法。另外，图纸还给出了尺寸、起吊重量和起吊重心。

当将破碎机放置到地面上时，请始终使用合适的垫块。如果破碎机上安装了动颚体，一定要留有足够的空间，以免动颚体与地面接触。参考安装空间图纸，找出某一特殊型号破碎机的动颚体摆动所需的空间大小。

The EV series jaw crushers can be shipped as a complete unit or as a disassembled component.In general,smaller crushers are shipped as complete units and can be installed on the foundation as soon as they arrve at their destination.Larger crushers are in most cases dismantled into small parts and shipped due to transportand handling conditions.

Reference tothe crushertransport drawings provided with theinstallation drawings.These drawings give recommended methods for fixing and fastening the crusher.In addition,the drawings also give the dimensions,lifting weight and lifting center of gravity.

When placing the crusher on the ground,always use the appropriate pads.If the crusher is equipped with a moving jaw,there must be enough space to prevent the moving jaw from coming into contact with the ground. Refer to the installation space drawing to find out the amountof space required forthe swing of the movingjaw body ofa special model crusher.

（十一）防止破碎机锈蚀

(11) Preventthecrusherfrom rusting

锈蚀是一种发生在钢铁表面上的特殊类型的腐蚀。当钢铁表面既存在水又存在氧气的 情况下容易发生锈蚀。

既然空气中通常具有一定的湿气,而普通水中一般都包含有溶解的空气,所以锈蚀实际上经常存在。钢或铁上的锈是多孔的,所以水和氧气还可以继续渗透到下层表面。因此,锈蚀会不断继续并穿透到金属深层。

锈蚀是非常危险的，为此付出的代价是昂贵的。锈蚀造成的损坏每年都耗费工业巨资。在世界上许多生产厂家，锈蚀是造成以下情况的主要原因：

-停产
-减产
-生产浪费
-巨额维修费用-设备过早更换-人身安全危险

使用防锈程序,包括使用防锈剂，可以大大减少锈蚀导致的费用。可以采用合适的防锈剂,例如，Tecty1506。

在季节性停机期间(冬季或夏季),以及长期存放期间(室内或室外)，必须防止破碎 机产生锈蚀。

Rustis a specialtype of corrosion that occurs on the surface of steel.Steelis prone to rustir the presence of both waterand oxygen on the surface.

Since there is usuallya certain amount of moisture in the air,and ordinary water generally contains dissolved air,rust is often presentin practice.Rustonsteeloriron is porous,so water and oxygencan continue to penetrate the underlyingsurface.Asa result,the rust continues and penetrates deep into the metal.

Rust isvery dangerous and the price to pay for it is expensive.The damage caused by rust coststheindustryalotof moneyeveryyear.In many manufacturers around the world,rustis the main cause of:

-Production
-Production
- Production waste
- Huge repair costs
- Premature replacementofequipment

- Danger to personal safety

The use of rust prevention procedures,including the use of rust inhibitors,can greatly reduce the costs caused by rust.Asuitable rustinhibitor,e.g.Tectyl5o6,can be used.

Rust in the crusher must be prevented during seasonal shutdowns (winter or summer),as well as during long storage periods (indoor or outdoor).

（十二)存放

(12)deposit

在季节性停机期间,发运，或在户外存放(冬季或夏季)时,为防止您所使用的破碎机产生锈蚀,建议采取以下保护措施：

·在破碎机存放期间或季节性停机期间,至少一个月一次地让破碎机运行至少5分钟,以确保轴承保持被正确润滑。如果破碎机在存放过程中不能被操作，则必须手动旋转破碎机飞轮3至4次，以确保轴承被正确润滑。如果需要，给轴承添加润滑脂。

To prevent rust from the crusher you are using during seasonal downtime,shipping,or when stored outdoors (winter or summer)，the following protective measures are recommended:

Keep thecrusherrunning forat least5minutes at leastonce a month during crusher storage or during seasonal shutdowns to ensure bearings remain properly lubricated.If the crusher cannot be operated during storage,the crusherflywheel must be rotated 3to 4times by hand to ensure that the bearingsare properly lubricated.If needed,grease the bearings.

如果飞轮已经从偏心轴上卸下，飞轮和轴之间的接触面应该保证涂有防腐剂。

·如果动颚体已经从机架上卸下，为防止杂物进入轴承座，在迷宫密封里应该涂有足够的油脂。机架上轴承座接触面和机架、肘板接触面和肘板座接触面、拉杆孔(如果适用)也应该涂有防腐剂。

·破碎机及其卸下的部件应该存放在一个稳固的支架上，以防止和地面接触。

·当将破碎机从存放处取出时,必须检查涂 漆情况，并根据需要进行修复。装配破碎 机之前，应该将防腐剂从所有接触面上除去。

If the flywheel has been removed from the eccentric shaft,the contact surface between the flywheel and the shaft should be coated with preservatives.

Ifthe movingjaw has been removed fromtheframe,thelabyrinth sealshould be coated with sufficient grease to preventdebris from entering the housing.The housing contact surfaces and theframe,thetoggle plate contactsurfacesand toggleseatcontactsurfaces,andtierod holes (if applicable) on the frame should also be coated with preservatives.

The crusherandits removed parts should be stored ona stablestand to preventcontact with the ground.

When the crusher is removed from storage,the painting must be checked and repaired as needed.Before assembling the crusher,the preservative should be removed from allcontact surfaces.

EV系列破碎机是一个非焊接的、栓接和销接机构。严禁电弧焊接破碎机部件(侧板、前 机架、后机架、动颚体、飞轮和安装托架)。严禁焊接破碎机辅助设备,如给料斗、飞轮罩、三角皮带护挡、滑槽等。

The EV series crusher is a non-welded,bolted and pin jointed mechanism.It is strictly forbidden toarc weld the parts ofthe crusher(side plates,frontframe,rearframe,movingjaws, flywheelsand mounting brackets).Itis strictly forbidden to weld the auxiliary equipment of the crusher,such as feed hopper,flywheel cover,V-belt guard,chute,etc.

破碎机装配 Crusherassembly

（一)介绍

(1)introduce

根据EV系列颚式破碎机的尺寸和重量，破碎机可能整机装运、部分解体装运或完全解体装运。部分解体装运可能有两种方式：飞轮解体或动颚体和飞轮解体。

Depending on the size and weight ofthe EV Series jaw crusher,the crusher may be shipped as a whole,partially or completely.There are two possible ways to ship a partial dismantling shipment:a flywheel dismantling ora movingjaw body and a flywheel disassembly.

(3)Movingjawbodyassembly

将机架连接螺杆穿过动颚体安装在机架上，但不完全拧紧。用一吊索或其它适当的起吊设备稳固连接螺杆，然后卸下六角螺母、轴衬和垫片。小心从机架的任意一侧将连接螺杆抽出。

Install the frame attachment screw through the moving jaw body on the rack,but not fully tightened.Securely atach the screw with a sling or other appropriate lifting device,and then remove the hexagon nut,bushing,and spacer. Carefully pull outthe attachment screw from either side of the rack.

启动 initiate

(一)启动前的准备

(1)Preparationbeforestarting

良好的检查习惯将保证破碎机常年正常运转。定期维修并做准确的书面记录，不能只靠记忆。进行预启动和常规的维修检查可减少代价昂贵的停车时间，延长破碎机寿命。

启动过程中必须遵守中誉鼎力启动清单。破碎机启动前应做好下列准备工作：

1.进行最后一次检查，确定破碎机上没有工具或机械障碍物，所有的接头和紧固件都己紧固好，没有漏油现象并且不存在其它妨碍破碎机启动的因素。

2．保证破碎腔是空腔。

3.确保没有人站在可能受到伤害的区域。检查破碎机周围保证没有任何人员在破碎机的上面，旁边和下面。在启动前警告附近每一个人，引起警惕。

Good inspection habits willensure the normaloperation of the crusherallyearround. Regular maintenance and accurate written records cannotbe relied upon by memorization. Pre-start-up and routine service checks reduce costly downtime and extend crusher life.

Duringthe start-up process,the start-up checklist must be complied with.The following preparations should be made before the crusher starts:

1.Performa finalinspection to make sure thatthere are no tools or mechanicalobstacles on the crusher,thatalljoints and fasteners are tightened,that there are no oilleaksand that there are no other factors preventing the crusher from starting.

2.Ensure that the crushing chamberisa cavity.

3.Make sure no one is standingin the area where they could be harmed.Check around the crusherto make sure there are no people on top,next to or below the crusher.Warn everyone nearby before startingto bevigilant.

(二)破碎机速度

(2) Crusherspeed

正确的破碎机速度或每分钟转数(RPM)对正确破碎至关重要。推荐用于驱动破碎机的电机皮带轮尺寸是为满负载运转设计的，所以，在无负载条件下运转时破碎机的速度偏高。经验表明以正确的速度操作破碎机，可以最大化物料输出并获得均匀的破碎产品。

The correct crusher speed or revolutions per minute (RPM)is criticalto correct crushing. The recommended motor pulley size fordriving the crusheris designed for full load operation,so the speed ofthe crusheris higherwhen operating under no-load conditions. Experience has shown thatoperating the crusher atthe correct speed maximizes material output and results in a uniform crushed product.

(三)破碎机旋转

(3)The crusher rotates

破碎机偏心轴沿图5.1中所示方向旋转，这一点非常重要。

Itis importantthatthe eccentric shaft ofthe crusher rotates in the direction shown in Figure 5.1.

(四)启动破碎机

(4)Startthecrusher

破碎机使用电动机或柴油机驱动。根据制造商说明，启动破碎机只意味着启动马达或引擎。启动过程中不要引发任何给料进入破碎机。启动破碎机的操作过程如下：

1.启动排料带式输送机。

2.启动电动机或柴油机。如果使用了滑环式电动机，等待直到起动电阻器进入工作状态。如果使用
鼠笼式软启动电机，必须采取相同的操作过程。3.检查破碎机偏心轴速度。偏心轴应该运转顺畅，稍有振荡。如果听见重击声或砰然声，请参考本章
节的故障检修部分。4.检查破碎机的旋转方向。5.启动给料机。这里只是简要概述了启动破碎机所需的控制逻辑顺序。根据当地情况可以采取其它措施。

The crusheris driven byan electric motorora dieselengine.According to the manufacturer, starting the crusher simply means starting the motor or engine.Do nottriggerany feed into the crusher during start-up.The operation process of starting the crusherisas follows:

1.Start the discharge belt conveyor. 2.Start the electric motor or dieselengine.Ifa slip ring motor is used,wait until the starter resistor is in operation.If a squirrel cage soft-start motoris used,the same operating process must be followed. 3.Check the eccentric shaft speed of the crusher.The eccentric shaft should run smoothly with a slightoscillation.Ifyou heara thump or pop,refer to the Troubleshooting section of this section. 4.Check the direction of rotation of the crusher. 5.Start the feeder. Here isjustabrief overviewofthe logical sequence of controls required to startthe crusher. Other measures may be taken dependingon the local situation.

破碎机停车的操作过程如下：

1.停止给料机。
2.等待直到破碎腔清空。
3.停止电动机或柴油机。
4.停止排料带式输送机。
The operation process ofcrushershutdown isas follows:
1.Stop the feeder.
2.Wait untilthe crushing chamberis empty.
3.Stop the electric motor or diesel engine.

（六）排料口液压调节装置部件

(6) Discharge port hydraulic adjustment devicecomponents

启动破碎机并检查调节液压缸和液压顶缸/张紧液压缸的操作。确保当定向阀关闭时，上述部件都不会移动。如果某些部件移动，停止破碎机并重新放气。放气之前必须释放液压。确保拉力弹簧正确张紧，肘板正确定位在肘板座之间。

Start the crusher and check the operation of the adjusting cylinders and the hydraulic top cylinders/tensioning cylinders.Make sure that none of the above parts move when the directional valve is closed.If some parts move,stop the crusher and re-deflate.The hydraulic pressure must be released before deflating.Make sure the tension spring is properly tensioned and the toggle plate is positioned correctly between the toggle plate seats.

（七）试运转过程

(7) Commissioning process

虽然破碎机在出厂前已经进行了试运转，但是建议在初次启动或安装新的轴承后让破碎机空运转2小时。这将允许破碎机进行全面试车，并保证所有部件功能正常以及所有部件都被彻底润滑。

Although the crusher has been tested before leavingthe factory,itis recommended to leave the crusherrunningdryfor2hours aftertheinitialstart-uporinstallation of new bearings.This will allow the crusher to perform a full test run and guarantee that all components are functioning properly and thatallcomponentsare thoroughly lubricated.

如果温度没有稳定在75°C(167oF)以下，停下破 Ifthetemperature doesnot stabilize below75°C(167°F)，stopthe crusherand allow the bearingsto cool down.碎机，让轴承冷却下来。

破碎机首次使用的头两周内要特别注意破碎机的操作。在这段时间内，每天启动破碎机之前要检查所有螺栓的张紧度，特别要对颚板螺栓、楔块螺栓、边护板螺栓和切向键进行检查。

Specialattention should be paid to the operation of the crusher during the first two weeks of its firstuse.During this time,the tension of all bolts is checked every day before starting the crusher,especially the jaw bolts,wedge bolts,side guard bolts and tangential keys.

选配件 Options

（一）拆卸机械楔块调节系统

(1) Dismantle the mechanical wedge adjustmentsystem

如果破碎机配置有机械楔块调节系统，必须先将其卸下。

If the crusheris equipped with a mechanical wedge adjustment system,it mustbe removed first.

从拉杆(1)上卸下锁紧螺母(3)。拆卸盖(4)、止推轴承(5)、弹簧导承(6)和弹簧(2)。

从动颚体(7)上卸下拉杆(1)并将其移走。从调节楔块(9)上卸下盖形螺母(8)。拆卸托架(10)。拆卸托架(10)时注意托架没有被紧固到调节设备上。将动颚体下端(7)朝固定颚板推动，小心不要掉下肘板。将动颚体正确支撑在位。从侧面拉出调节楔块。每一个楔块的重量在 4 0 . . . 5 4 0 \mathsf {kg } (88...1190lbs)之间,每一个肘板的重量在40...490kg(88...1080lbs)之间,不同破碎机型号的楔块和肘板重量有所不同。

Remove the lock nut (1) from the tie rod (3). Dismount cover (4),thrust bearing (5),spring guide bearing(6)and springspring(2).

Remove the lever (1) from the moving jaw body(7)and remove it.Remove the cap nut (8) from the adjusting wedge (9). Disassemble the bracket (10).When disassembling the bracket (10),note that the bracket is not fastened to the adjusting device.Push the lower end of the moving jaw(7)towards the fixed jaw plate,being careful not to drop the toggle plate.Properly support the moving jawin place.Pull out the knot wedge from the side.Each wedge weighs at 40... 540kg(88...1190lbs),each toggle plate weighs at 40...490kg(88...1080lbs), wedge and toggleweights vary dependingon the crusher model.
