1 汽车内饰专用丙纶短纤维 PP staple fibers specially used for automotive interiors
随着汽车工业的快速发展，对汽车用内饰材料的需求也越来越大，轻质、阻燃则是汽车内饰用材料所必须具备的性能。丙纶的优点是质地轻，其密度仅为 10.91g/cm^{3} ，是常见化学纤维中密度极轻的品种，同样重量的丙纶可比其他纤维获得更高的覆盖面积，所以它是汽车内饰理想的原料。

As the low-melting fiber, PP fibers,as a substitute for glue, can be mixed with polyester fibers to be a kind of board, which has the properties of lightweight, high tenacity, acid resistance, alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, sound insulation and so on. It's widely applied to central carpet, sound and heat insulation mat of engine,spare tire lid, trunk cover,front component insulation mat, wheel arch,etc.

丙纶土工布强度高、抗穿刺能力强，机械性能优异，起防护、增强等作用；耐酸碱、抗腐蚀，使用寿命长；比重轻，厚度大，有优异的吸振能力。我公司根据国内高铁用土工布标准研发专用丙纶短纤维，满足土工布断裂强力、伸长率、顶破强度等各项要求。
主要规格：3Dx76mm,4.5Dx76mm,6Dx76mm,9Dx76mm。不同颜色，抗UV满足ASTMD4355，EN12224等标准。
高强土工布主要用于水利工程、道路工程、垃圾处理场，尤其适用于高速铁路。

生态袋用丙纶短纤维

丙纶短纤维经交叉铺网针刺成型的高强度无纺布工程材料，在边坡工程应用中，此新型材料可以完全替代石头、水泥等材料，可以大幅度减少工程成本。具有耐腐蚀性强，抗U√，抗老化不助燃、稳定性好，裂口不延伸等特点，抗紫外性能满足ASTMG154要求。

丙纶生态袋绿化，是目前荒山和矿山修复、高速公路边坡绿化、内河整治中比较节能的施工方法。
PP fibers can be needled to nonwoven engineering material of high tenacity through cross lapping. 主要用于汽车坐垫和沙发里布，丙纶酷布不分横坚方向拉伸都无松紧度，不易风化，经久耐用，易清理，可再利用。
主要规格：2.5D/3D，长度 51/65/76{mm} 。颜色：白色、黑色、浅灰、黑等，并且可添加阻燃性能，阻燃符合BS5852，美标TB117，国标GT/B8410等。
Linings made by PP fibers are mainly used for automotive seats and sofas. PP lining doesn't stretch in any direction.It is durable,easy-to-clean and recyclable.

它除具有普通针刺过滤毡的一些优点外，因丙纶具有比涤纶纤维更加优异的耐酸、碱性及较低的软化点，故丙纶针刺过滤毡布袋一般应用于烟气温度100℃以下及酸、碱度较高的液固分离领域。丙纶针刺过滤毡布袋主要用于冶金、矿山、石油、化工、化纤、医药、食品等行业的液固分离领域。
Compared with PET fibers, PP fibers has better performance of anti-acid & alkali and lower softening point, so the PP needled filtering bags are often used in the situations that the smoke and gas temperature is below 100 °C and the density of acid or alkali is relatively high. The PP needled filtering bags are usually used for the industries of metallurgy, mining, petroleum, chemical industry, synthetic fiber, medicine and food where the liquid andsolidshouldbeseparated.

(1).阻燃丙纶短纤维
为解决丙纶短纤维因易燃烧而限制使用范围的问题研发出的阻燃丙纶短纤维具有本身不发生火焰，离开火焰自行熄灭的特点。卤素含量低于800ppm，被广泛应用于无纺布，服装，家居，装饰，填充等行业。
(1).Flame retardant PP staple fibers
The application range of PP staple fiber is limited due to easy to burn. In order to solve it, we researched the flameretardant staple fiber,which has thefeature of fire-resistance，nonflamable，Halogencontentbelow 800ppm. It's widely used in the industry of nonwoven fabric, clothing,household, decoration, filling, etc.
(2).抗老化丙纶短纤维
公司生产抗老化丙纶短纤维，可以延迟产品的老化时间，增加使用寿命。

(3). 拒水丙纶短纤维
降低纤维表面张力可生产出拒水丙纶短纤维。其所生产出的织物在保证水滴不能润湿表面的同时，仍能保持其透气性，因而常被用于农业、园林、工业、汽车内饰、包装、家纺等领域。

(4).中空丙纶短纤维
主要用于被絮，枕头等填充用途，可大大减轻床上用品重量，保暖性接近羽绒。
