The volumetric twin-screw feeder is widely used for various materials, including powdery, fibrous and flaky materials with poor fluidity. All components in
contact with the materials are made of stainless steel. This feeder is easy to clean and replace parts. Equipped with horizontal stirring to improve the flow of

出四种机型提供0.1-110kg/hr的不同输出量供客户选择。另
有双色色母机，可依客户需求搭配任意两台色母机合并使
用。若客户使用四色色母机可实现五组分自动比例混合。

The liquid loss-in-weight feeder provides a liquid loss-in-weight
feeding solution for industrial production.
Liquid loss-in-weight feeders are typically used in the continuous
extrusion mixing process to add liquids of various viscosities and
different temperature characteristics. These liquids are usually
wax-containing liquids or viscous fluids, which must be heated
before they can flow normally. The liquid tank is installed on a
high-precision weighing platform, and the liquid is pumped in by a
metering pump outside the weighing platform. If the liquid needs to
be heated, electric heating strips or circulating hot oil or water heating systems can be used. Electric heating strips are used, and a
temperature controller is adopted to adjust the heat preservation
temperature. The electric heating strips need to be wrapped with an
insulation layer on the outside. All connecting pipes need to be
heated and insulated. If hot oil or water is used for heating, the
liquid tank will be double-layered, with the middle filled with heated
hot oil or heated water.

The dust-free feeding station is widely used in the pharmaceutical, chemical,
food and battery material industries for the unpacking, feeding, screening and
unloading of small bag materials. When unpacking, due to the function of the
dust collection fan, the dust of the materials can be prevented from flying
everywhere. When the materials are unbagged and poured into the next
process, they only need to be manually unpacked and put into the system.
The materials can pass through the vibrating screen (safety screen) to intercept large pieces of materials and foreign objects, thus ensuring that the

物料输送到包装机、注塑机、粉碎机等设备的料斗中，也能直接把被
混合的物料输送到混合机(如V型混合机，二维混合机、三维混合机
等)中减轻了工人的劳动强度，解决了加料时粉尘外溢等问题，是制
药厂、食品厂通过“GMP”认证促进清洁，文明生产的首选设备。
真空加料机由真空泵(无油、无水)真空料斗，过滤器(由聚酯覆
膜过滤路PE过滤路、316L不锈钢过滤网或金属过滤器多种选择，压
缩空气反吹装置，不锈钢吸料咀，输送软管等组成，整套系统设计合
理制造精美。
