采用顶空固相微萃取-气质联用(HS-SPME-GC-MS)等分析技术从蟹黄、蟹膏、蟹肉、蟹足、蟹钳中鉴别出了50多种香气物质显现“鲜、香、甘、醇”，融合口味，令人入口难忘!

锁定黄金产区6-8两背甲青灰，腹部白皙，金爪黄毛的中华绒螯蟹亲本，精心孵化大眼幼体，杜绝“药水苗”、“贩卖苗”，从源头把控成品大闸蟹质量。

全程S标准 特护足养9个月

蟹研室研究制定最宜蟹居环境方案及定制喂养食谱。精选45种水草搭配种植，为蟹提供宜居的生态环境；定时投喂新鲜鱼虾、螺蛳、玉米等饵料，科学配比喂养，不添加任何激素，使金世尊大闸蟹每只拆肉率多约7%。

质检师每日监控大闸蟹生长情况，定期抽样检查水质及PH值，保持水质安全、健康。

从扣蟹到成熟，经历至少5-6次脱壳，经历9个月精心喂养，只只满黄满膏，让吃蟹不再拆盲盒，品质完全符合金世尊上市的高标准！

昼伏夜出生态捕捞 Come out by Night Ecological Fishing

捕蟹师坚持生态捕捞方式，深夜开始直至天亮。他们与时间赛跑，赶在太阳升起前将当天捕到的蟹运到配载基地。

12h净化人工初筛 Decontamination, Artificial Selection

刚捕捞的大闸蟹不可直接食用，须在配载基地自然醒水净化12小时，吐净蟹腮泥沙及胃中食物残留；再由专业挑蟹师逐一筛选，剔除外形不达标、膏黄不饱满、成熟不佳等残次蟹。

3 严苛计重足斤足两 Measurement Enough Weight

借鉴钻石多维度综合计价方式，以产区、克重、质量等标准严苛测算大闸蟹身价;严苛执行计重标准，统一将4.1两、4.2两的大闸蟹归入4.0两标准重量，确保每一只蟹足斤足两。

2012

陆续在南京、西安、合肥等地成立直营公司并开设直营门店。同年，金世尊海鲜，生鲜业务陆续推出，获得市场青睐。
