山东黑土一号农业科技有限公司隶属于巴顿肥业。巴顿肥业成立于2005年,专注从事于聚氨酯包膜尿素、控释掺混肥、增效复合肥、功能性高氮肥、水溶肥、液体肥等新型肥料研发、生产和销售。
近二十年间，巴顿肥业先后衍生四家独立子公司：山东巴顿化肥有限公司、山东齐商世纪生物技术有限公司、哈茵德生物技术(北京)有限公司以及山东黑土一号农业科技有限公司。
黑土一号专注于“根部营养”的研究与探索，充分发挥法国FRAYSSINET，西班牙普拉斯玛等合作机构的技术优势，并结合国内优势技术资源，首创了适合中国土壤的“黑土一号根部营养方案”，从根本上解决作物的根部问题，让作物主根壮，须根多，遍地根，从而达到增产，提质，抗病，抗逆等效果，让农民增收，为中国现代农业的发展贡献力量。

Shandong Heitu No.1 Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. is affiliated with Barton Fertilizer Industry. Barton Fertilizer Industry was established in 2005, focusing on the research and development, production, and sales of new fertilizers such as polyurethane coated urea controlled release fertilizers synergisticcompositefertilizers, functional high nitrogen fertilizers, water-soluble fertilizers, and liquid fertilizers.
In the past twenty years, Barton Fertilizer has successively derived four independent subsidiaries: Shandong Barton Fertilizer Co., Ltd., ShandongQishangCenturyBiotechnol ogy Co., Ltd., Hanide Biotechnology (Beijing) Co., Ltd., and Shandong Heitu No.1 Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd.
