PVC打井管生产工艺流程及简介PVCWELLPIPEPRODUCTIONPROCESSANDBRIEFINTRODUCTION
1.原料准备:
精选符合国家标准的聚氯乙烯(PVC)树脂为主要原料,搭配如稳定剂、润滑剂、填充剂等助剂。稳定剂可防止PVC在加工和使用中老化分解;润滑剂能降低加工过程中的摩擦,保障生产顺利;填充剂则在一定程度上降低成本并改善管材性能。原料按精确比例称重后,投入高速搅拌机充分混合,确保助剂均匀分散在PVC树脂中,为后续加工奠定良好基础。
2.挤出成型:
混合好的原料被输送至挤出机。挤出机通过加热装置将原料加热至熔融状态,一般温度控制在 160-200°\mathsf C_{\iota} 9在螺杆的推动下,熔融物料被强制通过特定形状的模具
(即口模),从而形成具有打井管基本形状和尺寸的管坏。挤出
过程中,精确控制挤出机的温度、螺杆转速等参数至关重要,它们直接影响管材的密度、壁厚均匀度和力学性能。
3.冷却定型:
从口模挤出的高温管坏需立即冷却定型,以保持其形状和尺寸稳定。通常采用真空定径和喷淋冷却相结合的方式。真空定径装置通过抽真空使管坏紧贴定径套内壁,保证管材外径尺寸精度;同时,喷淋装置向管坏表面喷射冷却水,快速带走热量,使管坏迅速冷却固化。

3.Coolingandshaping:Thehightemperaturetubebilletextruded fromthedieneedstobecooledandshapedimmediatelytokeep itsshapeandsizestable.Acombinationofvacuumsizingand spraycoolingisusuallyused.Thevacuumsizingdevicemakesthe tubeblankclosetotheinnerwallofthesizingsleeveby vacuumingtoensurethesizeaccuracyoftheouterdiameterof thetube.Atthesametime,thespraydevicesprayedcoolingwater tothesurfaceofthetubebillet,quicklytookawaytheheat, sothatthetubebilletquicklycooledandsolidified.
4.牵引切割:
冷却定型后的管材由牵引机匀速向前牵引。牵引机的速度与挤出机的挤出速度需精确匹配,以防止管材拉伸变形或堆积。当管材达到规定长度时,由切割装置(如锯片切割机)按照设定长度进行定尺切割,得到一根根标准长度的PVC打井管。
5.质量检测:
每一根PVC打井管都要经过严格质量检测。包括外观检查,查看管材表面是否光滑平整,有无明显划伤、凹陷、气泡等缺陷;尺寸测量,利用量具检测管材的外径、壁厚、长度等是否符合标准要求;性能测试,如进行压力试验,检测管材在一定压力下是否渗漏或破裂,确保管材能满足实际使用中的耐压需求。只有通过全部检测的产品才能进入下一环节。
6.包装入库:
检测合格的PVC打井管根据规格型号进行分类,然后采用塑料薄膜缠绕包装或编织袋包装,以防止在运输和储存过程中受到损伤。包装好的产品整齐码放,存放于干燥通风的仓库中,等待发货。

设计
根据岩芯的尺寸、数量及使用需求,确定岩芯箱的整体尺寸、内部隔层布局、箱盖结构等,设计出合理的三维模型。
原材料准备
选用合适的工程塑料颗粒,如聚丙烯(PP)或高密度聚乙烯(HDPE),要求具有高硬度、耐冲击、耐腐蚀、耐老化等性能。同时,准备适量的添加剂,如抗氧化剂、紫外线吸收剂等,以提高塑料的性能。
注塑成型
模具制造:根据设计模型,制造高精度的注塑模具,确保模具的尺寸精度、表面光洁度和结构强度。注塑工艺:将塑料颗粒加入注塑机的料筒中,加热至一定温度使其熔化,然后在高压下将熔融塑料注入模具型腔。控制注塑压力、速度、温度和保压时间等参数,以保证岩芯箱的成型质量,避免出现缺料、飞边、气泡等缺陷。
后处理
去毛刺:使用刀具或打磨设备去除岩芯箱表面的毛刺和飞边,使其表面光滑。
修整:对岩芯箱的边角进行适当的修整,使其符合设计的形状和尺寸要求。
内部结构安装
在箱体内安装预先制作好的塑料隔层和固定装置。隔层通过卡槽或胶水与箱体固定,固定装置可以是塑料卡扣或弹性塑料片,用于固定岩芯。
表面处理
对岩芯箱表面进行打磨、抛光处理,提高表面光洁度,便于清洁。也可根据需要进行喷涂或印刷,添加标识、刻度等信息。
质量检验
