It combines the structure of the mechanical middle presser foot with the

convenient adjustment and programmability of the electronic one. This

integration optimizes the stroke curve of the middle presser foot, extending

fabric pressing time, boosting thread take-up, reducing tension, and significantly improving sewing performance for thick materials.

在保留电子中压脚调节便利、可编程优势的同时，融合机械中压脚结构，兼具两者行

程特点。使中压脚行程变化更加的曲线，延长面料压紧时长，增强收线能力，降低线张

力，大幅提升厚料缝纫性能。

防鸟巢 短线头，切线端短线头�MM，起针端无鸟巢，上线头�MM，下线头�MM

Prevent bird nesting. Trim the thread end at the cutting line to �MM;

ensure no bird nesting at the starting stitch end, with the upper thread

tail measuring �MM and the lower thread tail �MM.

机头旋转装置

采用独立电机搭配导电滑环驱动机头与旋梭底座同步旋转，无逆缝，节省空送时间，提高缝纫效率。

小旋转半径设计

旋转半径仅��mm，小旋转半径，转角缝纫更灵活

全包围安全设计

机头整体为圆柱体，线架内凹放置，机头旋转过程中不会误伤操作工
