2008年弘泰铝业正式在中国铝业之都佛山市南海诞生，是一家集研发、生产、销售于一体的综合性大型铝材生产企业。公司致力于为客户提供涉铝产品的完全解决方案。公司从成立之初就一直高速发展，公司生产基地位于南海狮山，占地面积达70000多平方米，主要生产门窗、幕墙及工业型材，产品规格全，品类多，畅销国内外。
公司从德国、日本等多地进口以及国产的各式先进的PLC控制系统等速挤压功能及在线淬火装置型材挤压机、全自动喷淋式高端立体木纹，粉喷涂两用生产线，挤压模具数字模拟设计技术、自动化立体仓库等铝材生产设备和检验设备，生产产品覆盖铝合金建筑型材、铝合金门窗型材等众多铝合金使用领域及数千个产品品种。

弘泰铝业开始扩展厂房，增加的条表面处理生产线开始投入使用（喷涂线、氧化线、木纹线等），使得投产产能增加。
氧化电泳车间、模具车间、高压配电房，并新增了800T-1800T挤压机和增加了一条喷涂生产线。
佛山市弘泰铝业有限公司成立。弘泰铝业向国家商标局申请注册“弘泰”牌铝型材，为企业品牌发展之路奠定了基础。

立式喷涂生产线采用全自动流水线生产作业，是一条技术先进、运作快捷、适合大批量生产的自动化生产线。立式喷涂线不仅产能是卧式生产线的3倍，极大地提高了生产效率，降低粉耗、产品质量的提升也有着重要作用。
