The modular unit adopts modular control technology,whichcombinesmultipleindividual unitsintoonecombinationforoverallcontrol.The combination operates with multiple slave units beingcontrolledbya masterunit;operationof multiple individual units can be centrallymonitored andcontrolledononecontrolscreen;anditisalso possible that eachunitoperates independently.
Smart operation
Witheach individual unit beingindependent withitsownrefrigerantandwatercircuits,the overalloperatingloadofthemodularunitcanbe controlledbyadjustingthenumberof individual unitsworkingtogether;andfailureofanyone individual unit will notaffect the normal operation of other individual units.
Automatic control
Itsmicrocomputercontrol system is easyto operate,withvarious protectionand intelligent loadcontrol functions.Themodularunit provides multiple protections forcompressor,fan,water flow rate,highand lowpressureof therefrigeration system,watertemperature,andpowersupply, etc.And it is optional to use Siemens PLC controllertorealizeModBusRTU,TCPorOPC communication.

The unit record during its operation the running time of compressors,sothatthecompressorscanbestarted andstoppedinadynamicalwayinresponseto the start and stop of the unit,as well as to the loading andunloading of operating load,which helps to balance operationand wearamong the compressors. Multiple levelsofpasswordprotectionareinplace for theprotectionof parametersatall levels.Adjustable multiple timing:one-off timing,weekly timed switching on/off,weekly timing seting,and holiday setting.
Heat exchangers are available in a varietyofmaterials

Operatinginformationcanbedisplayedonthecontrol screen,such as temperaturesof outletwaterand returnwater,compressor'sstartandstopstatus, overload protectionstatus,and pressure protection statusofmodulesatall levels.
Basedon thetargetwatertemperatureofthemain pipe,the controllerwill automaticallyselectand start themodules that have the shortest running time forloadingadjustment;andwillautomaticallyskip afailed compressorand start the next one in the line.In the event of unloading,the module with the longest running timewill beautomaticallyselected andstopped forunloadingadjustment.

·A space not less than 5 0 0 \mathsf {mm } must be reserved on theconnection sideof a module,two parallel rows ofunitmustbe keptapartat least 2 0 0 0 \mathsf {mm } ,andthe airoutletmust hasaclearancespaceofnot less than 1 5 0 0 {mm } ,and thereby to ensureadequateair circulation,as well asaccess forsystem maintenance.
·When multiple modules are combined,itis recommended thata dual water supply-return system beused to ensure balanced water pressure of each unitand consequently high operation efficiently.
·The highest point of the water system must be reservedforinstallationoftheexhaustvalveandthe expansion tank.
·Theunitmust be installed onaconcrete foundation oratrough frame;placing directlyon the floorshall be avoidedtopreventcorrosiondamage.
