Our company produces the Internal bubble cooling(IBC) multi-layer haul-off rotary film blowing machine to replace the traditional die head. It solved the problem of die head material leakage. We also designed the cold and hot wind exchange system. During working, one side blows the cold wind, and the other side sucks the hot air, which make the film cool down quickly, accelerating the film forming; we designed the up-traction on the rotating structure, making the film more transparent and more evenly.

The speed of our machine is 4/3 faster than other traditional machines which can produce three meters width film. It's the widest and the fastest multi-layer co-extrusion rotary blowing film machine in china and it also solved the most difficult problem of up-traction. Our products have been declared domestic patents, and the technology has met the domestic leading level.

With a full range of diameter—45, 50, 65, 70, 90, 105, 120, 135 and 160mm, Plastar extruder can be used in production line from mono layer to 11 layers. This modular design allows unique layout of production line, so can meet the demand of output. We use high performance barrie type and multi low shear mix type screw, which can well show the homogeneity and plasticizing quality. To satisfy different needs, Plastar provides a perfect screen changer system - mandrel filter screen and large area filter screen, hydraulic screen changer and fast manual type screen changer. For example, the hydraulic screen changer is especially ideal for machinery to machining HDPE and recycle materials. And the fast manual screen changer is mainly applied to co-extrusion system for changing the screen more quickly.

Our company produces not only ordinary mono layer blown film machine but also professional high-speed mono layer blown film machine. The high speed blown film machine apply to blown LDPE and HDPE. The product is widely used for lamination film, packaging film,agricultural mulch film, textile packing, garment bag and other packing areas. The main motor adopts inverter speed controller, which greatly increases the stability of main motor and can save 30% power. The screw and cylinder are made of 38 Cr Mo Al,and has been nitrided. The traction frame adopts lifting type,cooling the best film whatever big or small.

Characteristic

ABA blown film machine has unique advantages in processing HDPE, LDPE and LLDPE material. The physical strength of the film is improved by co-extrusion. Its two extruders supply three-layer extrusion, one blows intemal and external coating layer, and the other blows middle filling layer. You can decrease one of the extruders configuration for the purpose of reducing the cost, saving energy and low consumption. At the same time, the middle filling layer can be added to the recovery of the material and calcium carbonate which accounts for more than 80% of the total output. It can greatly reduce raw material cost in the process of production and provide customers with stronger market competitiveness.

Characteristic

Plastar ABA co-extrusion blown film machine has unigue characteristics no matter processing HDPE or LDPE material. It improves the Physical strenoth of film by multi lavers co-extrusion. One extruder for inner material and outer material, which can reduce the configuration of the extruder, while output for the two molds by shutting mode. It can reduce the cost and also save workshop space and energy. This type machine is used for blowing various plastic film of low density polyethylene, high density polythylene and liner low density polyethylene, ect. It can use both new material and recycling material with stable performance and reliable quality. This unit adopts the special structure of the screw extruder, the advanced rotary die head, the flexible and adjustable cooling air ring, the reasonable foam stabilizing structure, so it ensure that the above three kinds of polyethylene and different proportion of mixed plastic uniform.

Three layers co-extrusion die head with two sets extruders, one is for outer layer material(A) and the other is for middle layer material (B). B screw can use recycling material or other par materials, even can add 50% calcium carbonate. The strength, heat sealability, printability of film are unaffected. And due to calcium carbonate and LDPE added in B layer, the cooling is faster while the output is higher.

Characteristic

The automatic cutting knife is made by professional tool grinding factory. The rewinding roller is independent of frequency converter control, adjusting speed guickly, effectively ensure the rewinding roller tension, rewinding smooth and neat, and also energy saving.
