施工程序/Construction procedures
* 素地处理：打磨、清除颗粒、灰尘等杂物，并补平孔洞。
* 底涂层：用刀均匀的刮涂调配好的底涂层材料。
* 中涂层：待底涂层固化后，用馒刀均匀的刮涂调配好的中涂层材料。
* 腻子层：待中涂层固化后，用鳗刀均匀的刮涂调配好的腻子层材料。
* 面涂层：检查腻子层若无异常现象，滚涂环氧面涂层。 ●Plain ground treatment:sanding,removing particles,dustand other debris,and patching holes.
●Primer Coating:evenly scrape with trowel toapply blended primer coating material.
Intermediatecoating:Afterthecuringoftheprimercoatingusetroweltoevenlyscrapeandapplythemiddlecoatingmateril.
Putty layer:After curing the middle coating,evenly scrape the puty layer with a trowel.
←Top coating: check the putty layer if there is no abnormality,roll coating epoxy top coating.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AND MAINTENANCE
环氧地坪的使用与保养须知
一防止坚硬、尖锐的物品直接摩擦地面。
-对于溅落到地面上的腐蚀性的化学药品和溶剂应立即清除。
-对于洒落在地面上的油脂须立刻清除，否则会使地面变滑，易造成损伤。
-坚硬的重物必须轻放。
一机器操作台的地面、较重的原材料、半成品或成品存放区地面，最好铺上一块橡胶垫或软质塑胶垫。
-环氧地坪最高只能耐受80℃的温度，所以，针对经常需要电焊或氧割的区域，应在地面上铺设钢板或其它耐高温隔离垫。
-各类推车或拖车的脚轮必须选用受力面较宽、具有一定弹性的高耐磨聚氨酷脚轮。
-各类推车或拖车行走时，需尽量慢速，并避免急刹车或急转弯。
一地面需经常性的定期维护清洁，这样既可以使地面保持美观清洁，也可以除去地面上可能存在的会刮花漆膜的坚硬颗粒。
