紧锁螺母
多种不同设计
生产多种类型的带锁紧销的精密锁紧螺母。列举其中两种:R型和F型。利用这两种螺母可以将轴承和其它部件简单而可靠地轴向定位在轴上并确保精密。它们的特殊之处在于三个沿圆周均匀分布的磷青铜销紧销。这些销通过内六角平头螺钉压在轴螺纹上,防止螺母转动。安装和设计都很简单。不需要轴中有额外的紧锁垫圈或槽。锁紧销和平头螺钉与轴线所成角度与螺纹面相同。锁紧销的端部与螺纹在一道工序中加工,因而也具有螺纹牙型,螺母完全通过锁紧销和轴螺纹之间的摩擦以及螺纹面之间的粘连摩擦锁紧到位。因此锁紧销不承受作用于螺母上的轴向负荷。当螺母锁紧时,螺纹面不会解除轴向负荷,螺母不会变形(图1)。F型螺母的另一个特点是它们可以调整。三个等间距锁紧销可以将螺母精确地定位,使螺母与轴垂直,锁紧销还可以用來调整即将装到轴上的其它部件的不精确或偏差。由于锁紧销不会变形,R型和F型螺母装拆多次都仍然可以保持精密度。

牙腹锁紧螺母F系列
F型锁紧螺帽,其锁紧铜与螺纹呈 3 0 ^ { \circ } 角设计,不示承受作用于螺纹上的轴向负荷。当螺帽锁紧时,螺纹面不会解除轴向负荷,螺帽不会变形。三个等间距锁紧铜可以用来调整即将装到轴上的其它部件的偏差。由于锁紧铜不会变形,F型螺帽经多次拆装仍然可以保持精密度。

A型锁紧螺母,为三个等距锁紧铜栓设计,锁紧螺钉方向在接触面对应的端面,适用于装配环境受到一定的限制,无法使用径向型或牙腹型锁紧螺母的情况下。由于锁紧铜栓不会变形,不会损伤轴上螺纹,即便经多次装卸,仍然可以保持原始精度。

1.滚珠螺杆技术资料1-1滚珠螺杆的特长
(1)高信赖性
滚珠螺杆是以多年来所累积的制品技术为基础,从材料、热处理、制造、检查至出货,都是以严谨的品保制度来加以管理,因此具有高信赖性。
(2)圆滑的动作性
滚珠螺杆如图1.1.1所示,具有比传统螺杆更高的效率,所需扭矩只有 30 % 以下,可轻易将直线运动变换为回转运动滚珠螺杆即使给予预压,亦能维持圆滑的动作特性。
(3)无背隙与高刚性
滚珠螺杆如图1.1.2所示,采哥德式(Gothicarch)沟槽形状、轴方向间隙调整至极小亦能轻易转动。又於1个或2个螺帽间做预压调整,予以消除轴方向间隙,使其具有可符合使用条件的适当刚性。
(4)循环方式图1.1.3为外循环的循环方式。图1.1.4为内循环的循环方式。
(5)优异的耐久性
以累积多年的滚珠螺杆之生产技术为基础,采用严谨的材料借高度热处理及加工技术,可供给耐久性的制品如表1.1.1及图1.1.5所示。

1-3精度设计
1-3-1导程精度
精密滚珠螺杆(C0级\~C5级)的导程精度,以JIS规格为基准,并由四个特性项目E,e,e300,e2π)加以规定。各特性之定义与容许值如图1.3.1及表1.3.1-\~1.3.3所示。一般用滚珠螺杆C7,C10之累积导程误差,则仅以在螺杆部之有效长度内任取 3 0 0 \mathsf {mm } 的误差客许值和表1.3.3之e300加以规定,各为 0 . 0 5 \mathsf {mm } 及 0 . 2 1 \mathsf {mm } 。

1-4 寿命设计
1-4-1 滚珠螺杆的寿命
滚珠螺杆即使在正确状态下使用,在经过一段时间後也会因而无法再使用。而劣化到无法使用为止的时间即为滚珠螺杆的寿命,一般区分为发生剥离现象时之疲劳寿命以及因磨损所导致的精度劣化寿命等。

所谓动额定负荷是指一批相同的滚珠螺杆以相同的条件回转10万次,其中以 90 % 的螺杆不因滚动疲劳而产生剥落现象,此时所承受的轴方回负荷即指动额定负荷(Ca)

滚珠螺杆的选定要领
选择滚珠螺杆时,首先要尽量地调查清楚运转保件再决定设计,这是最基本的原则。而且选择的要素有负荷重量、冲程、力矩、定位精度、重覆定位精度、刚性、导程、螺帽孔径等,各个要素之间都有关连,其中一项要素改变就会引起其他要素的改变,必须注意各要素之间的均衡。

1-5滚珠螺杆使用之注意事项
滚珠螺杆为精密零组件,请特别注意不可使尖锐物或刀具撞击到牙型表面,以及组装滚珠螺杆时也需避免敲打或碰撞擦伤,同时需注意不可将螺帽与螺杆分离或过行程,螺帽行程若是脱离了螺杆就会造成钢珠脱落,若不小心造成脱落请勿强行装回,此举容易造成滚珠螺杆卡死的情况,请与我司专员联络。 (如右图1.5.1所示)

若您有需要将螺帽卸下再装回时,必须使用一个外径小於螺杆底径的管子,请将螺帽转到转换管中,以确认保持钢珠不会掉落。
1-5-1润滑
使用滚珠螺杆时,必须要注意具補足够的润滑,如果润滑不够会发生与金属接触,导致摩擦与磨耗的增加,造成故障产生或是寿命缩短等情况。
滚珠螺杆所使用的润滑剂可分为润滑油与润滑脂两种。一般於保养上,润滑脂可以随着回转速度的增加使动摩擦力矩直线的增加,超过 3 . 5 \mathsf { m } / 分时,则以油润滑方式较佳。但是也不要忘记利用润滑脂亦出现过達到 1 0 \mathsf { m } / 分的实例;就设备而言,也有适用於成本较低廉的润滑脂者。一般来说,为了充份发挥滚珠螺杆的机能, 5 \mathsf { m } / 分左右的润滑油是最适当的选择。
表1.5.1表示润滑剂的检查与补给间隔之一般指标。补给时要擦掉附着於螺杆轴的旧润滑膏後再加以补给。

1-5-2 防尘/防护
滚珠螺杆与滚动轴承一样,当有异物混入或水分等情况时磨损会增加,有时会导致损坏。例如工作机槭由於作业环境的关采,可能会混入切屑或切削油。因此当有异物从外部混入的可能时,应如图1.5.2所示,以折布(蛇腹型)或套筒伸缩管等,完全罩住螺杆轴。
1-5-3偏荷重
当偏荷重现象发生时,将直接影响螺杆的寿命及噪音,且多伴随着运转不顺的手感,若螺杆空载时与组装後的顺畅度不同。除了注意螺杆本身的精度外,大多是组合精度不良所产生偏荷重现象如图1.5.3所示。
1-5-4单出螺帽装配说明
若您订购之产品为转造级单出螺帽,请依下列步骤进行装配:

4.将螺帽全行程都转入螺杆上。注意!确认螺帽全部行程都转入螺杆後才能将转换管移开。
1-5-5加工规范
1.若您选用内循环或端盖式循环的滚珠螺扞,则其螺杆的端螺纹必须出牙且肩部最大尺寸必须小於底径,若要求肩部尺寸大於根径亦可,但需有螺纹线留於肩部上便於螺帽装入。如下图1.5.4所示。
2.螺杆热处理时於靠近肩部加工的螺纹牙部份有 1 0 { ~ } 2 0 \mathsf {mm } 长度必须保持软料,以便於肩部加工。此区域会标示记号於BAILI图面上,如图1.5.5所示。如您有特殊之要求,请於订购时与BAILI业务人员询问。
