SBLBG1500 Speed Reducer Dedicated for Big Size Ceramic Plate is a product designed based on the edge grinding process of architectural glass and photovoltaic glass. It integrates advanced domestic and foreign technologies and has a deep understanding of the industry's needs to launch a product transmission scheme, making it more suitable for glass double edge grinding applications. Compared with the current transmission schemes on the market, it has the characteristics of higher synchronization, stronger sealing, smaller size, lower cost, greater torque and better stability.

Product features
Synchronicity: The reducer has two output shafts to ensure the synchronization of the upper and lower shafts
Waterproof: The seal adopts a double oil seal structure to ensure that the output shaft does not get water in.
Small size: Integrated transmission structure makes installation quicker and easier.
High torque: Strengthen the gear design so that the rated torque can reaches 150oN.m and the safety factor is more than 1.5 times. It can meet the industry's demand for further speed increase.
Reliable input: The input terminal is connected to the servo motor and adopts the keyway + screw locking connection to ensure the connection reliability.
Reserved holes: Peripheral installation holes are reserved to ensure that the bracket, brush and other components have enough space for normal installation.
