2 QUALITY CONTROL

Raw Material Warehousing

Inspect steel coil quality, including material, specifications, composition, and surface quality to confirm the raw materials compliance with production standards, eliminating quality issues at the source.

Slitting

Monitor the slitting process, and inspect output for width, edge quality, and surface quality to confirm compliance with all specifications and requirements for the next process.

Quality Inspection

Rolling

Monitor pressure, speed, and steel strip thickness during cold rolling, and inspect output for thickness and surface quality to confirm compliance with all specifications and requirements for the next process.

Pipe Welding

Monitor welding temperature, speed, and power, and inspect weld seam quality for defects such as cracks, porosity, or slag inclusion, ensuring that weld seam uniformity and strength meet requirements.

Packaging

Inspection packaging material quality to confirm compliance with all standards and requirements, and supervise the packaging process to ensure correct packaging methods, accurate labels, and right identification information.

Annealing

Monitor annealing temperature and time, and inspection output for uniformity and properties to confirm compliance with all specifications and requirements for the next process.

Surface Treatment

Monitor key parameters during the treatment process, and inspect the pipe body surface to confirm that the treatment achieves the expected effect and meets relevant standards and customer requirements.

Finished Product Dispatch

Verify product details against the order to ensure accurate dispatch. Supervise loading, and coordinate with logistics to ensure safe and undamaged transportation. And proactively respond to customer feedback.
