The 3AS4 Vacuum Circuit Breaker meets stringent quality and compliance

Eaton E-VAC vacuum circuit breaker has a simple structure, which can
further reduce the failure rate and make routine maintenance easier.
Through the indicators on the circuit breaker panel, you can easily
judge the working conditions of the breaker without using any testing
instrument.
The circuit breaker employs Eaton electrical vacuum interrupter,
featuring a high vacuum of 10–5Pa and extremely low leakage rate.
The operating mechanism of the circuit breaker is a spring energy
charging mechanism with excellent performance, which adopts a
modular design making the distribution of main parts of the mechanism optimized, the mechanism simpler, and the performance more
stable. The whole mechanism consists of three modules: Energy
charging, closing, and opening. The assembly and maintenance of the
three modules are very easy. The energy charging mechanism is
compact and comprised of a ratchet structure, an oscillator and a
closing spring. The operating mechanism is usually equipped with a
manual energy charging device and electric energy charging device,
which can realize automatic reclosing.
The circuit breaker of the manual energy charging operating mechanism is usually equipped with a manual opening and closing button,
circuit breaker position indicator, spring mechanism energy charging
state indicator, switching counter, auxiliary switch of shunt release,
position and fault signals, etc.
The circuit breaker of electric energy charging operating mechanism:
Additional auxiliary switches are provided for the energy charging
motor, shunt release, anti-jump relay, and energy charging motor
release.
