大米色选机采用线阵CCD光学视觉成像技术，对大米中的异色粒和杂质进行精确分选，是一项高度复杂的工艺。其工作原理是:米粒经过漏斗进入溜槽，在重力作用下均匀排列并逐一坠落到CCD彩色镜头的探测区域。随后，扫描系统借助高速算法识别出异色粒，并将信号传递给主控系统。主控系统迅速比对后，向高频电磁阀发送指令，驱动喷嘴将不合格的米粒吹出，实现初步精选。接着，次品及少量正常大米将被送入二次、三次(可选配)的再分选阶段，直至彻底完成所有米粒的精选过程。

Rice color sorter adopts line array CCD optical visual imaging technology to accurately sort the different color grains andimpurities in rice, It's working principle is: rice through the funnel into the chute, under the action of gravity uniformly arrangedand one by one fel to the CCD detection area. Subsequently, the scanning system with the help of high-speed algorithms toidentify foreign color particles, and the signal will be transmitted to the computer.
