1. Boxd-electric invite customer to our factory to inspect the goods before delivery, and take part in the product test and commissioning before leaving factory.
2. During the product warranty and life time, promise provide the spare parts supply.
3. Boxed-electric promise according to customer request, arrange skilled technician guide the equipments install test, commissioning in site, until the equipments do normal work. lIf customer needed, we can also dispatch the technician tocustomer site.
4. Boxd-electric promise the repair during warranty. We will arrange technician solve the problem during 3 working days when we receive customer inform. If customer operate the equipment in right and rated way, the product damage because of the design, manufacture process, material, etc. Boxd-electric willin charge of this and change the needed spareparts, send a newmachine if needed.
