定州长鹏汽车装饰件制造有限公司办公楼于2012年建成，地上三层，局部四层，建筑面积 2 8 5 9 m ^ { 2 } ，建筑总高14.6m，建筑结构类型为钢筋混凝土框架结构，于2016年5月～12月进行被动式节能改造，由河北绿色建筑科技有限公司提供全新建筑节能解决方案。在利用原有的地源热泵系统基础上，增加环境一体机、智能遮阳系统，更换了被动式节能门窗，以及外墙保温系统。改造完成后，成为中国首座被动式超低能耗改造办公楼，室内环境达到恒温恒湿恒氧的同时，实现了超低能耗运行。是国内首个获得德国PHI认证的办公楼改造项目。
