中国首座 装配式超低能耗集成示范建筑中国首座装配式超低能耗集成示范建筑位于中国国际门窗城内,采用木制集成装配式技术 ^ + 超低能耗建筑技术,仅用81天就建设完成整个周期。集成了目前国内外最前沿的建筑技术,包括智能家居控制系统、节能门窗系统、智能遮阳系统、地源热泵系统、光伏发电系统、太阳能热水系统、PM2.5空气净化系统、中央新风系统、中央除尘系统、同层排水系统、雨水收集再利用系统、水净化处理系统、LED节能灯具、节水器具等20余项最新技术及产品于一身,充分展示了节能环保和绿色生态理念。经实际运行测试,示范建筑年一次能耗需求量为108kWh/ ( \mathsf { m } ^ { 2 } * \mathsf { a } ) ,小于被动式超低能耗建筑要求的120kWh/(m·a)。

Thepassive expertapartmentbuilding is located in Gaobeidian National Building Energy Conservation TechnologyInternational Innovation Park, Hebei Province,withanareaof8o16 square meters,one floorundergroundand nine floorsabove ground.Itcancels thetraditional heatingand refrigeration system,and carries out air purification and heat exchange through an integrated environment machine of the total heat exchange center (except haze).The apartment building indoors are kept ina comfortableand healthy living environment with constant temperature,humidity,oxygen,cleanliness and quietness all the year round.Compared with traditionalbuildings,itsaves 87.92 tons per yearof standard coal and 234 tons per year of carbon dioxide emissions.Compared with the standard buildings in the1980s,itsaves 9 2 % of energy.
