中国首座 装配式超低能耗集成示范建筑中国首座装配式超低能耗集成示范建筑位于中国国际门窗城内，采用木制集成装配式技术 ^ + 超低能耗建筑技术，仅用81天就建设完成整个周期。集成了目前国内外最前沿的建筑技术，包括智能家居控制系统、节能门窗系统、智能遮阳系统、地源热泵系统、光伏发电系统、太阳能热水系统、PM2.5空气净化系统、中央新风系统、中央除尘系统、同层排水系统、雨水收集再利用系统、水净化处理系统、LED节能灯具、节水器具等20余项最新技术及产品于一身，充分展示了节能环保和绿色生态理念。经实际运行测试，示范建筑年一次能耗需求量为108kWh/ ( \mathsf { m } ^ { 2 } * \mathsf { a } ) ，小于被动式超低能耗建筑要求的120kWh/(m·a)。

It uses wood integrated assembly technology ^ + ultra-low energy consumption building technology.It takes only81days to complete thewhole constructioncycle.It integrates the most advanced construction technologiesat homeand abroad,including smart home control system,energy-saving doorsandwindowssystem,intelligentshading system,ground source heat pumpsystem,photovoltaic power generation system,solar hot water system,PM2.5air purificationsystem,central fresh air system,central dust removal system,same-layer drainage system,rainwater collection and reuse system.With more than 20 latest technologies and products,such as system,water purification and treatment system,LED energy-saving lamps andwater-savingappliances,itfullydemonstrates theconceptof energy-saving,environmental protectionand green ecology.Theannual energy consumption requirement of the demonstration building is108 kWh/ ( \mathsf { m } ^ { 2 } * \mathsf { a } ) ,which is less than 120 kWh/ ( \mathsf { m } ^ { 2 } * \mathsf { a } ）of the passive ultra-low energy consumption building.

被动式专家公寓楼位于河北高碑店市国家建筑节能技术国际创新园内，建筑面积8016平方米，地下一层，地上九层，取消了传统的供暖与制冷系统，通过全热交换中央（除霾）环境一体机进行空气净化与热交换。公寓楼室内常年保持在恒温、恒湿、恒氧、恒洁、恒静的舒适健康生活环境。与传统建筑相比，节约标煤87.92吨/年，减少二氧化碳排放234吨/年，与上世纪80年代基准建筑相比较，节能92%。

作为洛卡恩超低能耗建筑“临床实验的小白鼠”，被动式专家公寓楼在三年内提供几十万数据，有力地促进了被动式超低能耗建筑技术的提升及相关产品的研发。

Thepassive expertapartmentbuilding is located in Gaobeidian National Building Energy Conservation TechnologyInternational Innovation Park, Hebei Province,withanareaof8o16 square meters,one floorundergroundand nine floorsabove ground.Itcancels thetraditional heatingand refrigeration system,and carries out air purification and heat exchange through an integrated environment machine of the total heat exchange center (except haze).The apartment building indoors are kept ina comfortableand healthy living environment with constant temperature,humidity,oxygen,cleanliness and quietness all the year round.Compared with traditionalbuildings,itsaves 87.92 tons per yearof standard coal and 234 tons per year of carbon dioxide emissions.Compared with the standard buildings in the1980s,itsaves 9 2 % of energy.

Asa "clinical laboratory mouse"of Lowcarn ultra-low energy consumption building,passve expert apartment building provides hundreds of thousands of data in three years,which effectively promotes the upgrading of passive ultra-low energy consumption building technology and the development of related products.

国家绿色智慧建筑示范中心国家绿色智慧建筑示范中心占地面积约7万平米，总建筑面积约8000平米，包含一栋超低能耗建筑·主题馆，两栋超低能耗建筑·体验馆，一栋超低能耗建筑·信息馆，其中主题馆约3500平米，体验馆共约1000平米，信息馆约3500平米。

国家绿色智慧建筑示范中心以海绵城市、绿色智慧城市为核心理念，运用雨水收集利用、生态修复、自然清洁能源等多种技术，形成自我维护的智慧生态系统。主题馆和体验馆按照被动式超低能耗技术标准建造，采用超低能耗门窗幕墙系统，高性能保温系统，高热回收的新风系统，智能外遮阳系统等先进技术，并且获得了德国PHI认证。
