电容式接近开关的工作原理THEWORKINGPRINCIPLEOFCAPACITIVEPROXIMITYSWITCH
电容式传感器的感应面有两个同轴金属电极构成，类似于一个非线绕电容器的电极,电极的表面（如图1）A和B连接到一个高频振荡器的反馈支路中，对该振荡器的调节要使得它在表面自由时不发生振荡，当物体接近传感器的有效表面时，它就进入了电极表面的电场，电容器的容量就增加，使振荡器开始振荡，振荡幅度由一个评价电路记录下来，并被转换为一个开关命令，从而达到了检测有无物体存在的目的。

电容传感器既能检测金属物体，也能检测非金属物体，对检测金，属物体可以获得较大的动作距离，非金属材料取决于介电常数(如表2)

安装间隔INSTALLATIONINTERVAL
·如下图所示，安装产品时需要产品和产品之间间隔距离。
·布线管道避免阻塞空气流动，建议安装在散热器高度的一半。
·由于我公司SSR环境温度满足于40℃以下，请始终使用低于标准温度的环境温度。
·安装SSR时务必垂直安装散热器。
·不可避免水平安装，产品性能将下降到50%。
·Asshown in the figure below, the distance between the product and the product is
required when installing the product.
Thewiring ducts should not block the air flow,and itisrecommended to install them at half the height of the radiator.
Since theambient temperatureof ourcompany'sSSRisbelow 40℃C,pleasealways useanambient temperature lower than the standardtemperature.
·When installing the SSR,besure to install theradiator vertically.
·Horizontal installation is inevitable,and product performance willdrop to 50%.

散热片注意事项PRECAUTIONSFORHEATSINK
·请务必在本产品上使用标准散热片与导热硅胶。
·即使使用标准散热器，由于环境温度的升高和通风不佳，也可能导致SS的损坏。（周围环境温度40以上）
·一般SSR元件最大承受温度为125°。散热器温度达到85以下时，元件的温度已将达到125°，因此使用中经常测量散热器的温度。
·确保散热器SSR热接触顺利完成，请使用导热硅胶。
·用螺栓完成拧紧以免振动而松弛。
·不要使用绝热材料（木板，塑料，橡胶)，确保使用标准散热器。在接触面上如图所示，67涂抹导热硅胶。
·※如图所示，将导热硅胶均匀涂抹在散热器和固态继电器底部后，用散热器挂钩上下固定设备。
·Please be sure to use standard heat sink and thermal silica gel on this product.
Evenifastandardradiatorisused,theSSmaybedamageddue totheincreasein ambient temperature and poor ventilation. (Ambient temperature above 40o)
Generally, the maximum temperatureof SSR components is125o.When the temperature oftheradiatorreachesbelow85°,the temperatureof thecomponent will havereached 125°,so the temperature of the radiator isoften measured during use.
•To ensure that the SSR thermal contact of the radiator is completed smoothly, please use
thermal silica.
Tightenwithboltstoavoid vibrationand looseness.
Donot use insulationmaterials (wood,plastic，rubber),make sure touse standard radiators.Apply thermal silica gel on the contact surface as shown in the figure.
※Asshown in the figure,after evenly spreading the thermal silica gel on the bottomof theradiatorand solid staterelay,fix thedeviceupand downwith the radiator hook.
