液压缸的安装、调试和维护保养
液压缸的安装、调试和维护保养
1.概述
在安装液压缸之前,应注意参考下列标准及样本中的内容:·样品样本·德国标准DIN24346·国际标准IS04413
2.安装
2.1在将液压缸装入系统之前,应对液压缸标牌上的参数和定货时的参数进行比较。
·清洁要求:
-液压缸安装工位及周围环境应保持清洁。
-油箱必须密闭,以防止外部污染。
-管路和油箱在安装前应先清除其中的污物、氧化铁皮、沙子、切屑等。
热弯及焊接的管路须马上酸洗、冲洗、最后上油。
-清洁时应使用无绒布或专用纸张
-禁止使用麻线、粘接剂和密封带作为密封材料。
2.2安装位置

3.投入运行
3.1液压油
·参考样本中的有关规定。
·注意压力和温度的变化范围。
·应检查一下,系统所使用的油液是否与液压缸所允许使用的油液相一致。一般使用下列液压油:
·符合DIN51524的矿物油(HL:HLP).
·磷酸脂(HFD-R)
·使用其他液压油时请向我们咨询!
为保证油液的正常工作寿命,液压油生产厂家所规定的最高使用温度不应超过:为了保证系统性能的稳定,建议将油液的温度保持恒定 (±5°C) 。
3.2油液的过滤
·可靠的油液过滤可以提高液压的使用命,请一定注意我们的样本中按照标准NAS1638所规定的油液的污染度允许值。
·筛检程式的压差不能超过所规定的允许值。
·筛检程式最好装有堵塞显示装置。
·更换筛检程式时需注意不要让污物污染统。
·筛检程式出口处的污物会被冲进系统,并可能造成系统故障
·筛检程式入口处的污物会降低筛检程式的使用时间。
3.3排气
·在空载压力下,松开后端盖和前缸盖上的排气螺丝
·排气。当流出的油液中不再含有气泡时,重新拧入排气螺丝及锁母。
·将排气螺丝及锁母。
将排气螺丝和锁母重新锁紧。
4.维护保养
4.1除了定期在诸如摆动轴承、铰接点、销轴等处加入润油外,液压缸基本免维护。
4.2定期检查缸的密封性能(检查周期不要太长)
4.3更换密封
缸内的动密封属于易损件。当内泄漏和外泄漏超过允许值时,最好将液压缸寄至我们的工厂以便我们在更换密封件的同时也对缸的导向部分进行一下检查。
5.储存
5.1对库房的要求:
·库房内应干燥、无尘、无腐蚀性物质及无水蒸汽。
5.2如果储存期超过6个月时:·将液压缸内充入防腐油液,并密封。·参考标准AB01-02.11中的有关规定。
