活塞式调流调压阀主要应用于水厂、电厂、引水工程等介质为水的大流量管网系统中，起调节管道介质流量、流态以及调节管网压力的作用。完全按照工程标准设计和制造。

活塞式调流调压阀是由阀体、活塞、活塞导轨、内置曲柄滑块机构、密封、内部零件等组成的电动调流调压阀，其主要采用曲柄滑块带动活塞运动，在阀体内部形成轴向对称的环形流道，并有效地控制流通面积，形成从入口到出口截面为递减的流道，从而使流体的流速渐升，并通过圆周方向上的多孔，向管路中心方向形成射流对撞，从而达到消能减压、调节流量的目的。调流调压阀在小流量工况时，阀门对流体具有良好的消能效果，能有效防止气蚀；在大流量工况时，阀门可消减流体部分能量，并对流体的部分能量有所保留，保证阀门具有足够的过流能力。

任何涉及和参与该阀门的安装、调试、零部件更新、维护保养和操作的人在拆除任何阀门的保护设施或对阀门进行安装测试之前，都必须确保与之相连的管道区域被从整个系统中隔离出来。尽可能地避免风险。任何未授权的、错误和突然性的操作必须被防止，同时也要小心察看以保证释放掉任何形式的能量（如压缩空气，带压的水等）。当使用阀门时，必须遵守工程指示；如：DIN标准，DVGW指示，VDI指示等。如果要将保压管道末端的阀门打开，要保证流出的水流不会损坏或伤及其他。在关阀时，必须设立警告标志，因为任何试图在阀体和活塞之间的阻止阀门关闭的人都将受到伤害。如果从管线上卸掉阀门，都会有水渗漏出来。在卸载阀门之前，应尽可能地清空管线，同时要小心残留物。

⊚ 驱动（执行）装置Drive（execution）device

手动减速箱、气动执行器和电动执行器等驱动装置都是按照DINEN1074-1的规定设计的，任何有别于此规定的操作条件，制造商都应该做出说明。在没有得到制造商的同意下，任何人都不能更换驱动装置上的限位开关（开/关的极限位置）如果阀门是在没有驱动执行装置的情况下被安装的，阀门就不能被试压调试，因为阀门的安装以90度角为步进单位可以360度安装，然而，阀门本身无任何限位器，所以，阀门运行前，必须安装带有限位开关的驱动执行装置。

⊚ 齿轮箱选配Gearboxoptions

标准配置是一涡轮蜗杆齿轮箱，并计算好提供一个在最大压差（全关时额定压力）下操作所需要的力矩。一个行程驱动轴所需要的旋转数可在下表中查找，操作过程中要注意观察齿轮箱的位置指示器，顺时针旋转为关阀方向

⊚ 拆卸阀门的安全事项

⊚ 阀门的现场测压

制造商对生产的阀门在出厂前已经进行了压力测试。对于安装了阀门的管道进行压力测试，首先要仔细将管线内清洗干净，将杂质清除掉。

>在阀门全开状态下，测试压力不应超过公称压力（PN）的1.5倍。
>在阀门全闭状态下，测试压力不应超过公称压力（PN）的1.1倍。

⊚ 阀门的维护保养

活塞阀所需要的维护工作量很小，轴承和运动部件用的材料都是耐腐蚀的，并有干运转的特性。安装的时候轴承表面只要一次性润滑剂，齿轮箱注满流体油脂

(OestSpezialEP），在正常情况下，免维护，为维持一个好的操作条件一年至少运转阀门一次是很有用的。

注意：活塞式调流阀没有自锁装置，当阀门带压后，带限位开关的减速箱或驱动执行装置不能全部被拆除。

⊚ 运行条件限制Operatingconditionslimitations

活塞阀是用来作为流量或压力调节的控制阀，他的出口形式和大小是由阀前和阀后压力以及通过阀门的流量所决定的。

下面的方法会有助于降低阀门的气蚀系数，使σ值小于极限值ok-更换出口部件；
-降低阀后压力；
--将阀门换一个位置安装；

⊚ 最大操作扭力矩Maximumoperatingtorque

下表中的所给的力矩值是齿轮箱的齿轮驱动轴在最大压差等于额定压力条件下操作所需要的最大力矩（已经包含了1.5倍的安全系数）。

1）把阀门开到全开位置；
2）松开六角螺母（1.5）；
3）移开座环（1.3）；
4）仔细清洁所有零件：
5）更换阀座密封环（1.2）；
6）润滑密封圈；
7）拧紧六角螺母（1.5），使用的最大紧固扭力矩见下表。

1）按照14.1步骤拆卸活塞式调流阀；
2）松开减速箱的紧固螺母（8），将减速箱完整从驱动轴上沿轴向卸载；
3）松开耦合轴的安全紧固螺丝，并将耦合轴卸载掉；
4）松开六角螺丝（1.12），将法兰（1.6）移开；
5）作为一体，移开传动轴（3.1）和垫圈（1.8）；
6）移开轴套（1.7）；
7）仔细清洁所有零件
8）更换O型密封圈（1.10和1.11）；
9）按相反的步骤重新安装，使用的最大紧固扭力矩见下表；观察轴套
（1.7）的位置，轴套的侧翼必须朝向齿轮箱。注意螺丝件1.12仅对传
动轴和轴套的定位调整；
10）紧固螺钉（1.13），继续按相反的步骤重新安装；
11）重新装回减速箱，拧紧螺母（8），使用的最大紧固扭力矩见下表；
12）重新校正限位开关（参照AUMA涡轮蜗杆齿轮箱操作手册）；

更换活塞密封件（1.4）

2）松开活塞头上的六角螺母2.10；
3）移开活塞（2.9）或在活塞内，松开连接轴2.3；
4）移开轴销；
5）移出活塞（4）（曲轴、连接轴和推动轴保留在阀体里）；
6）从阀体槽中取出密封圈1.4；
7）仔细清洁所有零件；
8）更换新密封圈1.4;
9）润滑密封圈
10）按相反的步骤重新安装，拧紧六角螺母，使用的最大紧固扭力矩
见下表。

我公司生产的水流指示器系列产品，有带延时电路ZSJZ（A型)和不带延时电路的ZSJZ(B型），每种型号有50、65、80、100、125、150、200七种规格，供不同管道使用。带延时电路的水流指示器，出厂时延时时间调为4S，如果需要其它时间，我公司可按要求供货。连接方式：丝口式、焊接式、法兰式、马鞍式四种型式供用户选择。
