300X型缓闭止回阀由主阀、单向阀、针阀、球阀、微形过滤器和压力表组成水力控制阀接管系统。利用水力自动操作,可使主阀得到最佳的开启和关闭速度。防止水锤水击的产生,以达到缓闭消声的效果。当阀门从进口端给水时,水通过微型过滤器、针阀、单向阀进入主阀控制室,再经过球阀排水至下游。因为针阀开度小于球阀开度,即主阀控制室的排水速度大于进水速度,因此控制室压力降低,作用于主阀盘下端的进口压力打开主阀向下游供水。当管道停止供水时,若下游水开始回流,一部分回流水经球阀进入主控制室,由于单向阀作用,回流水不能从主控制室流出,引起主控制室逐渐升压,缓缓关闭主阀本产品利用水力自力控制,不需要其它装置和能源,保养简便,开启及缓闭平稳。此阀门产品广泛用于高层建筑、生活区等供水管网系统及城市供水工程。

500X泄压/持压阀由主阀、导阀、针阀、球阀、微形过滤器和压力表组成水力控制接管系统。利用水力自动操作,即可以作泄压阀用又可作持压阀用。做泄压阀用时,可维持供水路压力在设定的安全值之下,保持主阀上游供水压力。其工作原理,当导阀调整为泄压状态时,水通过针阀、主阀控制室、球阀A、导阀、球阀B流向出口,此时主阀处于开启状态。当进口压力超过导阀设定的安全值时,泄压导阀会自动开启,通过球阀C放出部分水,使管路泄压。当压力恢复到安全值时,泄压阀自动关闭,作泄压阀时,各球阀常开。当导阀常开。当导阀调整为持压状态时,只要主阀进口水压底于导阀设定值,导阀即关闭。主要控制使升压,主阀关闭。当主阀上游供水压力超过导阀排至出口,控制室将压主阀开启,开始供水,即保持了上游水压。作持压阀用时,球阀C常闭或用丝堵换下。本产品利用水力自力控制。不需要其它装置和能源,保养简便,一阀多用。广泛用于高层建筑、生活区等供水管网系统及城市供水工程。

800X压差旁通平衡阀由主阀,压差控制导阀、针阀、球阀、微形过滤器和压力表组成水力控制接管系统。通过专门设计的导阀控制室,对压力变化信号进行比较,输出主阀开度信号,控制主阀开度,从而控制主阀的进出口压差在设定值上。其工作原理是,当主阀进出口间压差变化时,接管A与接管B间压差发生变化,此变导阀的开度。压差大时导阀开度大,控制室通过C管的下泄水量增大,主阀控制室压力下降,主阀开度增大,主阀进出口间压差变小。反之,若主阀进出口间压差变小,则导阀开度变小,主阀控制室压力上升,推动主阀开度减小而使主阀压差增大。这种负反馈作用使主阀进出口间压差稳定在设定值上。设定针阀开度和导阀弹簧压力可设定主阀进出口间压差。本产品利用水力自力控制,不需要其它装置和能源,保养简便,广泛用于高层建筑、生活区等供水管网系统及城市供水工程。

900X紧急关闭阀是由主阀、针阀、导阀、压力表以及接管等其他管件组成。是一种用于消防用水与生活用水并联的供水系统中,用来调配供水方向的阀门。当火灾发生时,消防急需大量用水,900X紧急关闭阀立即切断生活用水,确保足够的消防用水;当消防停止用水压力减小时,阀门自动打开,呈常开状态,恢复生活供水。其工作原理是,当主阀进口压力低于导阀设定的压力时,导阀此时处于开通状态,主阀上盖腔内压力与主阀出口压力相等,进口与出口存在压差,水流经阀口由出口流出。当消防泵启动,或变频泵压力升高,超过导阀设定压力时,由主阀进口通向导阀控制管到主阀阀盖上腔,因阀瓣受到的向下的压力大于向上的推力,主阀关闭。值得注意的是,进口压力小于设定压力该阀一直处于开启状态,进口压力大于设定压力,该阀处于关闭状态。该阀使系统无须另设专门的消防单独供水管网,大大地节约了建设成本和用水量。该阀门控制灵敏度高,安全可靠,调试可简单,使用寿命长,用于生活小区中消防用水与生活用水并联的供水系统。

本蝶阀主要由阀体、转轴、阀板、阀座、润滑衬套、锥销、蜗轮蜗杆机构组成,靠手柄或蜗轮蜗杆机构或气动、电动执行器带动转轴及阀板旋转实现启闭和控制流量。
当关闭阀板时,手柄机构压下压把,按顺时针方向旋转90°,然后放下压把由定位盘定位(0°-90°之间有10个定位位置),达到关闭及调节流量的目的。法兰连接尺寸符合国标GB/T913、欧标DINEN1092、英标BS4504、日标JISB2220、美标ASMEB16.5、ASMEB16.47、俄标GOST12815等。其产品特点为:

产品用途Application
适用在石油、化工、食品、医药、造纸、水电、船舶、给排水、冶炼、能源等系统管路上,可在多种腐蚀性、非腐蚀性的气体、液体、半流体以及固体粉末管和容器上作为调节和截流设备使用。
蝶阀的回转中心(即阀轴的中心)位于阀体的中心线和蝶板的密封面截面上。阀座采用合成橡胶或聚四氟乙烯。关闭时蝶板的外圆密封面挤压阀座,使阀座产生弹性变形而形成弹性力作为密封比压,保证蝶阀的密封。该阀可设计成法兰连接、对夹连接和单夹连接。阀轴可设计成通轴无销、双半轴无销和有销结构。

1、本系列蝶阀整体结构合理,过流面积大,操作扭矩小,安全系数高,正反向均可使用。 2、采用双偏心结构,蝶板密封圈在启闭的瞬间可快速脱离阀座,有效的避免了阀门启闭过程中, 阀座对阀板的干涉和摩擦,密封寿命长。
3、阀板采用压力弧面承压流线结构设计,全开时,阀座通道有效流通截面积大,因而流动阻力较 小。这种设计可大大地降低蝶阀的流阻,节能效果十分明显,同时结构强度优势明显。
4、不锈钢阀座采用全自动等离子喷焊技术,喷焊在阀体上,光滑平整,稳固牢靠,抗腐能力强, 确保使用中不渗漏。
5、密封圈为T形结构,不仅仅具有材料密封弹性,同时具有结构弹性,密封具有压力自紧、压力 补偿密封的功能,同时可调整压环使橡胶圈定位,防止密封圈窜动,翻滚和橡胶松弛凸起,使 各密封点密封力均衡,密封磨损少、效果好。密封圈通过拆卸压环,可以在管线上直接调整、维 修、更换,方便迅速。
6、具有双向密封功能,安装过程中不受管道中介质流向的限制。(若只需考虑控制单向介质,应 优先采用有利于密封的方向安装)
7、安装方式可根据用户需求采用立式或卧式安装,并可加配地脚支座。
