Dr. Huang Juhui

Dr. Juhui Huang assumed the part-time role of China Growth Partner at Poulta Inc. since Jan. 2025, taking full
responsibility for the business development in China. Dr. Huang currently serves as the President of Beijing
Means Consulting Co., Ltd., and is a seasoned business leader in the agriculture and food industry. With
nearly 30 years of experience, he has held senior management positions in globally renowned agriculture
and food companies such as ADM, BRF, Cargill, and Syngenta.
Additionally, he has served as the Executive Secretary-General of the International Meat Trade Cooperation
Club under the China Meat Association and as the Co-Chair of the Agriculture and Food Committee of the
American Chamber of Commerce in China.
Dr. Huang earned his Ph.D. in Biotechnology from China Agricultural University in 1994 and began his career
at the Ministry of Agriculture of China from 1994 to 1996. From 2017 to 2019, he served as a Non-Executive
Director of COFCO Meat Holdings Limited (HK.01610). He is also the founder of the U.S.-China Agriculture
and Food Partnership.

DVM( 美国执业兽医 )，Ph.D（博士学位），ACPV（美国家禽兽医学院认证），Dipl. ACPV（美
国家禽兽医学院文凭）。1987 年在法国里昂获得兽医学博士学位，1991 年在美国佐治亚大
学获得家禽科学博士学位。1994 年在美国家禽兽医学院获得美国家禽医学委员会认证家禽
兽医资格证书。Vincent 不仅担任 FFI Consulting Ltd. 的总经理，而且他还是“世界生产性动物
健康兽医教育”组织 （WVEPAH）中 有关家禽生产和健康的全球协调员。本着“人人享有粮

Vincent GUYONNET is a native of France with a Ph.D. in veterinary medicine in Lyon, France in 1987 and a
Ph.D. in poultry science from the University of Georgia, USA in 1991. In 1994, he obtained the American
Poultry Veterinary College (US Board certification). In addition to serving as Managing Director of FFI
Consulting Ltd., a firm focusing on the use of new technologies and knowledge for sustainable animal
production and food security, Vincent is the Global coordinator Poultry production and Health for the
World Veterinary Education in Production Animal Health (WVEPAH). With the vision of Food security for
all, WVEPAH brings a concrete One Health approach to animal production and health. Since May 2024,
Vincent also serves as an Invited Research at the University of Montréal, Canada. During his career, Vincent
has represented the Global Egg and Poultry sector in various international organizations such as the World
Organisation for Animal Health (WOAH), the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO)
and the World Bank. Vincent has written 13 book chapters, 27 peer-reviewed scientific papers and is a
frequent invited speaker at international conferences. He also likes to teach poultry science and egg-related
food science topics and has been a guest lecturer at Jilin University, China Agricultural University, Beijing
Agricultural College and the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (China).

Academy of National Food and Strategic Reserves Administration
Founded in 1956, the Academy of National Food and Strategic Reserves Administration (Academy of NAFRA)
is a non-profit research institution. Under the lead of the NAFRA. It focuses on food and strategic reserves
security, as well as technological innovation and strategic research across the entire grain and oil industry
chain. The academy comprises 6 research institutes, 3 centers, and 2 affiliated enterprises, with 60,000 m²

Established on December 25, 1978 (47 years). The Association is governed by an Executive Committee
comprising 19 members. 51 member companies, representing approximately 90% of the country’s animal
feed production. The Feed Mill industry generates an estimated
annual production value of approximately 300 billion baht.
The purpose of TFMA:
1. Promote feed mill manufacturing and trading of feed raw materials for instance maize, fishmeal, soybean,
soybean meal.
2. Support and assist members in negotiating with other agencies to resolve any disputes.
3. Promote good feed quality as well as furthering research to reach to a better level.
4. Exchange technical knowledge, business data and research.
5. Cooperate with government agencies in manufacturing feed to meet government standards.

越南家禽协会会长
Nguyen Thanh Son 博士现任越南家禽协会主席，该协会是越南重要的行业协会。此前，他曾
担任畜牧生产部副主任、国家动物科学研究所所长等重要职务。他在农业领域有超过 40 多
年的丰富经验，是越南畜牧业领域知名的科学家、管理者和分析师。他曾受邀在多个越南
及国际组织中发表演讲，其发言充满活力且极具吸引力。作为越南家禽协会主席，他对越
南农业领域有着深刻的理解和多维度的视野。他为越南畜牧业做出了许多重大贡献，并因

越南家禽协会
越南家禽协会（VPA）成立于 2003 年，是越南全国性的社会专业组织，代表着越南家禽行

Chairman, Vietnam Poultry Association
Dr. Nguyen Thanh Son is currently the Chairman of the Vietnam Poultry Association, an important industry
association in Vietnam. Previously, he held important positions such as Deputy Director of the Department
of Livestock Production, Director General of the National Institute of Animal Science. With more than 40
years of rich experience in the agricultural sector, he is known as a famous scientist, manager and analyst
in the livestock sector in Vietnam. He has been invited to speak at a number of Vietnam and international
organizations with energetic and engaging speeches. As Chairman of the Poultry Association, he has a deep
understanding and multi-dimensional vision of the Vietnamese agricultural sector.
He has made many great contributions to the Vietnamese livestock sector and received many prestigious
international and domestic awards for his efforts.
Vietnam Poultry Association (VPA)
Founded in 2003, the Vietnam Poultry Association (VPA) is a nationally recognized socio-professional
organization representing Vietnam’s poultry sector. With over 500 official members, including leading
enterprises, large-scale farms, research institutions, and industry experts, VPA plays a central role in
shaping the development of poultry breeding, commercial farming, feed production, veterinary medicine,
slaughtering, processing, and farm equipment.
Over the past two decades, VPA has grown into a powerful industry voice, supporting its members through
policy advocacy, scientific collaboration, market development, and international trade promotion. VPA
members contribute 60–65% of Vietnam’s total poultry output, including chicken and duck meet, eggs, and
employ more than 15,000 workers across affiliated organizations.

中国农业科学院北京畜牧兽医研究所畜牧业经济创新团队助理研究员，金融学博士。主要
从事畜牧业经济、中国的生猪生产形势和非洲猪瘟防控经验的研究，发表 SCI/SSCI 论文 8 篇，
担任多个 SCI 期刊审稿人。

Suphot Wattanaphansak 博士
泰国朱拉隆功大学兽医学院助理教授
兽医学博士、理学硕士、哲学博士。Suphot Wattanaphansak 助理教授自 1997 年至今任职于朱
拉隆功大学兽医学院兽医学系。他于 1997 年获朱拉隆功大学兽医学院兽医学博士学位，
2006 年与 2009 年分别获得美国明尼苏达大学兽医学院兽医群体医学系理学硕士学位与哲学
博士学位。
其主要研究方向为猪肠道疾病及由胞内劳森菌（一种专性胞内寄生菌）引发的病毒性疾病，
该病原体可导致生长猪与育肥猪出现急性血痢与慢性腹泻。涉及的猪病毒性疾病包括：猪
流行性腹泻、轮状病毒、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征（PRRS）、猪圆环病毒 2 型（PCV2）、轮状病毒、
猪瘟、口蹄疫及非洲猪瘟（ASF）。当前研究重点致力于开发用于防控病毒性与肠道细菌性
疾病的自家疫苗，并研发新型检测方法以实现病毒与细菌病原体及其免疫反应的定量化检
测。近期研究还通过运用新一代测序技术（NGS）与纳米孔测序系统，开展细菌与病毒全基
因组或 16S 测序，以推进猪肠道健康研究。此外，其还为泰国、中国、越南、老挝、马来
西亚等多个亚洲养猪国家提供专业技术咨询。

Assistant Professor Suphot Wattanaphansak is Faculty member at Department of Veterinary Medicine,
Faculty of Veterinary Science, Chulalongkorn University since 1997 until present. He finished his
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Faculty of veterinary science, Chulalongkorn University in 1997. He
graduated his Master of Science (MS) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from Department of Veterinary
Population Medicine, Collage of Veterinary Medicine, University of Minnesota, USA, in 2006 and 2009,
respectively.
The research of interested is mainly focus on swine enteric diseases and viral diseases caused by
Lawsonia intracellularis, an obligated intracellular bacterium that caused of acute bloody diarrhea
and chronic diarrhea in grower and finisher pigs. Viral diseases in swine included porcine epidemic
diarrhea, rotavirus, PRRS, PCV2, Rota virus, Swine fever, Foot and mouth disease, and ASF. The
current researches are focus on development of autogenous vaccines for control and prevention of
viral and enteric bacterial diseases and focus on development of new diagnostic assays for detection
and quantification of viral and bacterial pathogens and its immune response. Moreover, the recent
research also focus on swine gut health by using Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) and nanopore
sequencing system for bacterial and viral whole genome or 16S sequencing. Moreover, swine
technical consultant in several swine raising countries in Asia, including Thailand, China, Vietnam,
Lao, Malaysia.

Vincent Voiton is the Chief Technical Officer at TFNG GGP Pig Farm in Thailand, bringing over two decades of
hands-on and managerial experience in pig farming and genetics. He began his agricultural career in France,
where he owned and operated SCEA des Roches Blanches, a GP pig farm, for more than 16 years. His earlier
professional roles also include technical and operational positions in pig farms, agricultural work companies,
and an animal feed mill, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the entire swine production chain.
Educated in Agronomy and Environment at Derval Secondary School of Agriculture, Vincent has dedicated

Mr Arnaud HERCE has been working in the field of pig breeding for over 25 years. Since 2008, he has been
based in China, focusing on breeding and farming technologies. He has served in Orvia and Rougie in France
and accumulated extensive farm management experience. In 2018, he joined Cooperl as the Technical
Director in China, in charge of the production and technical service promotion of the Henan GGP breeding
pig farm. In 2020, he was promoted to Deputy General Manager of the GGP farm, and in 2023, he was
