2.1拉头的正确选择和使用

不同的拉头有着不同的使用功能,应该正确的选择。在本文的其他章节总就拉头的功能已经有所介绍,因此,在选购拉头时一定要正确选择拉头的使用功能。

在服装的洗涤加工过程中,有些洗涤剂的化学成分带有腐蚀作用,如牛仔裤最好选用抗洗涤加工较强的弹簧拉头;拉链在拉开的状态下进行洗涤,搅动的过程会使自锁拉头受到突变的拉力,或使一些杂物进入到拉头,造成拉头损坏。

2.2拉链配件的正确使用

由于金属上止和下止为穿透链带齿脚设计的较尖锐,在制造和使用的过程中会不小心将尖锐的部分暴露出来,存在不安全的因素,因此,建议儿童服装在选择拉链时使用注塑形式的上止和下止,包括内衣使用的拉链也是这样;

对于开尾式拉链,使用时一定要注意将插管插到插座内腔的底端,插到底,然后再拉动拉头,如果插管未能插到位,强行拉动拉头,容易造成拉链的第一课链牙变形或位移,产生两边链牙不能啮合或者拉头顶死拉不动,即使能够拉动也会造链牙“破肚子”现象。插管插不到拉,容易造成插件的损坏。正确的方法当拉头拉不动时,请将拉头向后退一下,检查插管有没有插到位,当插管插到位时再拉动就不会出现问题。
Foropenend zippers,itisrequiredtoinsertthepintill thebottom of thebox first,then pullertheslider.Ifthepin isnot inserted tillthebotom,yetstillpullthesliderwithstrength,the firstteeth frombottommayeasilybedeformedormoveaway,thenthetwosidesof thechains cannot be zipped or thethe slidermayget stuck that cannot move,or even if theslider can be pulledup,thechainwill break inthemiddle.If thepinisnotinsertedtothebotom,thepinand boxalsomay beeasilydamaged.Thecorrect way iswhen theslider getsstuck,pull back the slider,check if thepinisinsterted till the bottom.Theproblemwill not happenwhen thepinis correctly insterted.

洗涤或放进干燥机前,请一定要把拉链拉合好,拉头固定好。拉链拉开时洗涤,链带在洗涤过程中也会受到变形,造成拉动不顺畅;上(下)止的尖锐部分可能会伤害布料,并且布带会出现不均匀的缩水现象;

2.4金属拉链链牙变色的问题

铜合金的化学性质是遇到酸性,碱性,氧化剂或还原剂时会发生化学反应,造成颜色变色。衣料上残留的化学药剂与金属拉链的链牙,拉头或开尾部件发生化学反应时,拉链可能会变色,这种反应在高温,高湿条件下(缝制产品经过蒸汽熨烫,密封包装在塑料袋里并保存很长的时间等)较容易发生,出现这种情况并不是拉链本身的质量问题。虽然金属拉链在制作过程中做了保护处理,但因铜材质的氧化性,及时防护处理做的再好,也有不可避免的事情发生。如将铜质拉链用于皮革制品或者羊毛制品时,由于金属的氧化而变成黑色,这是因为皮革品所采用鞣剂的酸(铬酸,丹宁酸)以及羊毛制品漂白加工时漂白剂(亚硫酸铵盐等)在漂白后,因中和不完全,残留在产品中产生了气体物质所致。为了防止铜合金氧化,须进行防锈处理,但由于使用强力的处理剂,以及密封在聚乙烯包装袋里,会助长变色。

橡皮筋本身含有硫化物,容易造成铜质材料氧化反应(发黑),所以要避免采用橡皮筋捆束金属拉链。
