feeding accuracy cannot guarantee working conditions.
Suitable for 10 times, 20 times or even 50 times deep hole reamer processing.
Floating structure, no correction function for bottom hole.

Operation guide
1. Strictly follow the above steps to adjust the system. If you do not do anything in detail, follow the
on-site operation training.
2. All parts of this system are specially processed. Do not use other products to replace any part.
3. After the system is adjusted, remove the adjusting ring and ensure that all screws are in the tightening
state before processing.
4. If the system is not used for a long time, tighten all screws and check the system pulsation.
5. Pay attention to the change of temperature difference, resulting in thermal expansion and cold
contraction of the system affecting the machining accuracy.
【1】After cleaning the cone hole of the
spindle of the machine tool, beat the
inner cone hole of the spindle with a dial
meter as shown in the figure. If the inner
cone hole beat ≤0.02mm, this system
can make up for the error of the machine
tool.
【3】As shown in the figure, put the
dial gauge on the smooth surface of the
main handle, remove the main handle
and rotate 180° before installing it on
the main shaft. Reinstall the main
handle in the direction with minimum
runout.
【6】Clean the end face of the check
head, steel ball and cone hole (after
cleaning, blow it with an air gun for better
effect), press the steel ball into the check
head without marking surface by hand, and
use the pressing screw to fix the check
head on the connecting head and gradually
lock the tool head screws.
【2】After cleaning the upper end
face and conical surface of the main
handle, install the main handle on the
machine tool spindle.
【4】Install the adjusting ring, adjust
the limit screw to rotate the adjusting
ring relatively smoothly.
【5】Clean the flange surface of the
connector. Install six spring washers
(convex face up) and the connector
pressing screws as shown in the figure.
The spring washers should be slightly
deformed.
【7】Align the needle of the micrometer
with the middle position of the calibration
head as shown in the figure, and place it
horizontally with the calibration head.
【8】Rotate the spindle to find the
highest point, and rotate the adjusting
screw of the adjusting ring to the point in
the same direction as the highest point,
adjust with the hex wrench, adjust the
amount to half of the maximum
pulsation, repeat this step until the
pulsation < 0.002mm.
【9】Cross-tighten 6 connector press
screws; Confirm that the system beat ≤
0.002mm.
【10】Remove the check head and
install the tool head. Gradually lock the
pressing screws and confirm that the
system runout is less than 0.003mm.
