YRQ4seriesATSswitchismainlycomposedofpowerconversioncircuitbreaker,switchworkhasthreestatuspositionsforthe usertochoose:commonpower(N)closing,double-opening,standbypower(R)closing,thehometransferswitchassal size,light weight,stable operation,easy to use and so on.
Installation and use
When wiring,thecommonpowersuplyNshouldbeconnected to thecommon powersupplycircuit breakerQN,and the standbypowersupplyRshould beconnected tothe standbypowersupplycircuitbreakerQR.WhenQNand QRarefour-wire circuit breakers,theconnectionmodeisaccordingtothewiringdiagram,the1,3,5ofQNandQRarethree-phase(A,B,C) inletterminals,istrole(Netteralistrolnoutetterinal.Ifticteakristeicit breaker,itisecessarythathezerolineNNofthecommonpowersupply(N)andthezerolineNRofthestandypowerupply (R)mustbeconnectedtothethree-polespecialzerolineterminalKG.Specificoperationseewiringdiagram.Thepower supply DualpowerswitchautomaticcontrolertakeinletlineA-phaseandzerolineNofcircuitbreakerQNandQR,ifusethe three-polecircuitbreaker,mustbeconnectedtothezerolineNNandNR,thethre-polededicatedzeroterminalisbetween twocircuitbreakers,intheinstalationandwiringofautomaticpowerswitch,donotmakethelocalcontrolerlineconectedto inletterminal of the circuit breaker forgotten,break orhave short circuit.
Use operation
Whetherthecommon powersupplyand standbypowersuply voltage,both canusemanual operation.When the manual operation,themanual-automaticbutonshouldbeplacedinthemanualoperationposition,whenpushing handleclockwise to theterminal,thestandbypowersupplycircuitbreakerQRisopening,thecommonpowercircuitbreakerQNisclosing;when pushing handlecounterclockwise totheterminal,thestandbypowersupplycircuitbreakerQRisclosing,commonpower supply circuitbreakerQNisopening.
Onthepanel,tepowerdicator(ed),ifthelightisoton,ndicatingthattheutomaticcontrolboxpowersupplyhsfilure cannotoperatetheATSswitchAfterreparedtoormal,anual-automaticbutonisontheautomaticposition,ifthecommon power supplyis normal,theswitch willautomatically inputcommonpowersupply circuit breaker QNin closing state,N indicator(yellow)isnontepanel;ifthecommonpowersupplyisotnormalthnATSswitchwillautomaticallyswitchtothe standby powersupply QR for power supply,standby power supply R indicatorlight (green) is on.
