請務必注意 PLEASE PAY ATTENTION

兩線式磁簧管 TWO-WIRE REED SWITCH

1. 在使用 2 線式的感應開關時，一定要串接負載（Load）後，才可以使用，否則會導致感應開關燒毀。

2. 在使用（DC）直流電源時，棕色線要接在正電位（+），藍色線接在負電位（—），否則指示燈不會亮，但感應開關仍可正常動作。

若是有上述的情形，並不會損壞感應開關，只要將兩條接線對調，指示燈即可正常指示。

1. 在使用 3 線式的無接點型式感應開關，一定要使用（DC）直流電源，並請注意接線方式。

2. 棕色線要接在高電位（+），藍色線接在低電位（—），黑色線串接至負載。

3. 黑色線一定要串接負載（Load）後，才可以使用，黑色線若錯接到電源時，有可能會導致感應開關損壞。

1. 使用負載為電感性負載（如繼電器、電磁閥）時，請在負載端並接保護元件。如此可延長感應開關的壽命。

2. 若接續到（DC）直流電感性負載時，請並接一個二極體在負載上 ( 注意極性如下左圖 )，且二極體的反向崩潰電壓須大於電源電壓。

3. 若接續到（AC）交流電感性負載時，請並接一個 R-C 回路在負載上。

4. 請串接 AL-PT 線中保護元件。

1. 使用負載為電容性負載時，或電線長度超過 10M 時，請在儘量靠近開關處，串接一個電感（470µH~2000µH）。如此可延長感應

開關的壽命。

2. 請串接 AL-PT 線中保護元件。

a. 將專用簡易測試器開關撥到 ON(V+)。

b. 將紅色的鱷魚夾夾到磁感應開關的棕色線。

c. 將黑色的鱷魚夾夾到磁感應開關的藍色線。

d. 取一適當的磁鐵在磁感應開關的下方移動。

e. 若是動作正常時 :

1. 專用測試器會發出聲音及指示燈會亮起。

2. 磁感應開關上的指示燈也同時被點亮。

f. 若是測試器會發出聲音及指示燈會亮，但感應開關的指示燈不

亮時，可能接線錯誤。只要將開關撥到 ON(V-)， 再測試即可正常。

g. 若是無法如上述之動作時，磁感應開關已損壞 !

測試兩線式磁簧管型感應開關良好與否，可使用敝公司的專用簡易測試器 (TS-2) 來測試，方法如下：

使用磁感應開關時，應儘量遠離強磁場或周邊有導磁金屬之環境，以避免干擾。

1. When using a 2-wire inductive switch, it must be connected in series with a load (Load) before it can be used, otherwise the inductive switch will be burned.

2. When using (DC) power supply, the brown wire should be connected to the positive potential (+), and the blue wire should be connected to the negative potential (-), otherwise

the indicator light will not light, but the induction switch can still operate normally. If there is the above situation, the sensor switch will not be damaged, as long as the two wires

are reversed, the indicator light can indicate normally.

1. When using a 3-wire contactless sensor switch, be sure to use (DC) direct current power supply, and please pay attention to the wiring method.

2. The brown wire should be connected to the high potential (+), the blue wire should be connected to the low potential (-), and the black wire should be connected to the load in

series.

3. The black wire must be connected in series with the (Load) before it can be used. If the black wire is wrongly connected to the power supply, the inductive switch may be damaged.

1. When the load is inductive load (such as relay, solenoid valve), please connect the protection element in parallel at the load end. This extends the life of the inductive switch.

2. When connecting to a (DC) DC inductive load, please connect a diode on the load in parallel (pay attention to the polarity as shown on the left), and the reverse breakdown

voltage of the diode must be greater than the power supply voltage.

3. If connected to (AC) AC inductive load, please connect an R-C loop to the load in parallel.

4. Please connect the protection components in the AL-PT line in series.

1. When the load is capacitive load, or when the wire length exceeds 10M, please connect an inductor (470µH~2000µH) in series as close to the switch as possible. This extends the

life of the inductive switch.

2. Please connect the protection element in the AL-PT line in series.

a. Turn the dedicated simple tester switch to ON (V+).

b. Clip the red alligator clip to the brown wire of the magnetic switch.

c. Clip the black alligator clip to the blue wire of the magnetic switch.

d. Take a suitable magnet and move it under the magnetic induction switch.

e. If the action is normal:

1. The special tester will make a sound and the indicator light will light up.

2. The indicator light on the magnetic induction switch is also lit at the same time.

f. If the tester makes a sound and the indicator light is on, but the indicator light of the sensor switch is not on, the wiring may be wrong. Just turn the switch to ON(V-) and test

again and it will be normal.

g. If the above actions cannot be performed, the magnetic induction switch is damaged!

To test whether the two-wire magnetic reed switch is good or not, you can use our company's special simple tester (TS-2) to test, the method is as follows:

When using a magnetic induction switch, try to stay away from a strong magnetic field or an environment with magnetic conductive metals around to avoid interference.
