一级净化：冷凝碰撞原理，高温气态的的油烟通过该机的挡油板时，气流在碰撞和旋转作用下，温度下降还原为液态附在挡油板的表面，在重力的作用下流到设备底部的废油槽中。

二级净化：动态抛甩原理，动态离心甩盘在电机的带动下，高速运转，形成一道机械屏障，当油烟通过网盘时，油烟颗粒就会被有效拦截，在离心力抛甩的作用下被分离出来，被拦截分解下来的油水流入废油槽中。

三级净化：静电吸附原理，利用强电场使油烟发生电离，荷电油颗粒在电场力作用下沉积的阳极板而分离的装置。
