电力电缆用热塑性低烟无卤聚电缆料以不含卤素的一种或多种聚合物或共聚物,添加无卤阻燃剂和其他改性助剂,经混炼、塑化、造粒而
制得的无卤低烟阻燃电缆料。材料符合GB/T 32129-2015标准的要求,经挤出制得的电缆具有优异的机械性能、电气性能及阻燃性能,符
合GB/T 9330、GB/T 12706和IEC 60502等标准的要求。
The thermoplastic low-smoke halogen-free compound for electric power cables is made of one or more polymers or copolymers
free of halogens, with the addition of halogen-free ame retardants and other modifying additives. It is obtained by mixing,
plasticizing, and granulating. The material meets the requirements of GB/T 32129-2015 standard. Cables extruded from this
material exhibit excellent mechanical prope ies, electrical prope ies, and ame retardancy, meeting the requirements of
standards such as GB/T 9330, GB/T 12706 and IEC 60502.

halogens, with the addition of halogen-free ame retardants and other modifying additives. It is obtained by mixing,
plasticizing, and granulating. The material meets the requirements of the YD/T 1113 ,IEC 60794 and EN 50290 standard and
exhibits excellent mechanical prope ies, ame retardancy, and processability. Optical cables extruded from this material
comply with standards such as YD/T 1997,YD/T 1258,IEC 60794 and EN 50290.

JIS Series Irradiated Rubber Compound for Power Cords
Irradiation crosslinked rubber power cable compound are produced using chlorinated polyethylene CPE as the main material, combined
with heat-resistant and cold-resistant plasticizers as the base material. Flame retardants and special modi ers are added as additives, and
the compound are processed through kneading and mixing techniques to obtain granular or aky materials. These compound meet the
requirements of UL62, UL1581, GB/T5023, VDE0282, and JIS C3301 standards, exhibiting excellent aging resistance, low-temperature
resistance, high insulation pe ormance, and corresponding high ame retardancy. The extruded wire su ace is of good quality, especially
for light-colored wires such as dark gray, which have good scratch resistance and uniform su ace color. The compound also have excellent
water resistance, oil resistance, and weatherability. The extrusion speed is fast, and the e ciency is high, earning recognition and praise
from existing customers.
