Irradiation crosslinked rubber power cable compound are produced using chlorinated polyethylene CPE as the main material,
combined with heat-resistant and cold-resistant plasticizers as the base material. Flame retardants and special modi ers are added
as additives, and the compound are processed through kneading and mixing techniques to obtain granular or aky materials. These
compound meet the requirements of UL62, UL1581, GB/T5023, VDE0282, and JIS C3301 standards, exhibiting excellent temperature
resistance up to 105°C, aging resistance, low-temperature resistance, high insulation pe ormance, and corresponding high ame
retardancy. The extruded wire su ace is of good quality, especially for light-colored wires such as dark gray, which have good scratch
resistance and oil resistance. The extrusion speed is fast, and the e ciency is high, earning recognition and praise from existing
customers.
