1.穿刺结构，安装简单，绝缘导线无需剥皮；

2.力矩螺母，穿刺压力恒定，确保良好的电气连接而不损伤导线

3.自密封结构，防潮、防水、防腐蚀，延长绝缘导线及线夹的使用寿命；

4.采用特制接触刀片，适用铜（铝）对接及铜铝过渡；

5.电气接触电阻小，接触电阻小于等长分支导线电阻的2.5 倍，符合DL/T765.1-2001标准；

6.特殊绝缘壳体，抗光照及环境老化，介电强度>12kV;

7.弧面设计，适用同（异）径导线连接，连接范围广(0.75mm²-400mm²/td)。

1. Piercing connector, simple installation, need not strip the cable coat.

2. Moment nut, piercing pressure is constant, keep good electric connection and make no damage to lead.

3. Self -seam frame, wetproof, waterproof, and anti-corrosion, extend the using life of insulated lead and connector.

4. Adopted special connecting tablet, apply to joint of Cu (Al) and Cu (Al) or Cu and Al.

5. Small electric connecting resistance, connecting resistance less than 2.5 times of the resistance of branch conductor with the same length.in accordance with the standard DL/T765.1-2001.

6. Special insulated case body, resistance to illumination and environmental aging, the insulation strength can up to
12kV.
7. Arc surface design, apply to connect ion with the same (different) diameter, wide connection scope (0. 75mm2-
400mm2/td)

产品性能实验 Performance testing

1.机械性能：线夹握力大于1/10导线拉断力，符合 GB2314-1997要求；

2.温升性能：在大电流情况下，线夹的温升小于连接导线的温升；

3.热循环性能：符合GB/T2317.3-2000电力金具热循环试验标准；

4.防水绝缘性能：符合GB/T13140.1-1998 第2部分标准的相关试验要求；

5抗腐蚀性能：在二氧化硫和盐雾环境中做3次14天的循环测试

6.环境老化性能：在紫外线、干燥和潮湿的环境中，温度变化和热冲击中暴露六个星期。

7.防火性能：连接器件的绝缘材料经受住灼热丝试验，符合GB/T5169.4第4\~10章要求。

1. Mechanical performance: the grip force of the wire c lamp is 1/10 bigger than the break force of the lead, it complies with GB2314-1997.

2. Temperature rise performance: under the condition of big current, the temperature rise of connector is less than that of connection lead.

3. Heat circle performance: conforms to GB/T2317 .3 -2000, the heat circle trial standard for electric fitting.

4. Waterproof insulation performance: conforms to the relevant testing requirements in Part 2 of GB/T13140.4 -1998.

5. Resistance to corrosion performance: under the condition of S02 and salt fog. it can do three times of fourteen days circle testing.

6. Environmental aging performance: under the circumstance of ultraviolet, radiation, dry and moist, expose it with change of temperature and heat impulse for six weeks.

7. Fire-proof performance: insulation material of the connector withstands glowing fi lament test. Conform to the requirements in Chapter 4-10 of GB/T5169.4.

单螺杆穿刺线夹的安装 Installation of single screw insulation piercing connector

1、把线夹螺母调节至合适位置。 Adjust the connector nut to suitable location.

2、把支线完全插入到电缆帽套中。 Put the branch wire into the cap sheath fully.

3、插入主线，如果主线电缆有两层绝缘层，则把插入端的第一层绝缘层剥去一定长度。 Insert the main wire, if there are two lays of insulated lay in the main cable,should strip a certain length of the first insulated lay from inserted end.

4、先用手旋紧螺母，把线夹固定在合适位置。 Turn the nut by hand, and fix the connector in suitable location.

5、用尺寸相应的套筒扳手旋紧螺母。 Screw the nut with the sleeve spanner.

6、继续用力旋紧螺母直到顶端断裂脱落，安装完成。 Screw the nut continually until the top part is cracked and dropped down.

双螺杆穿刺线夹的安装 Installation of double screw insulation piercing connector

1. 先将线夹拧开并把主线卡入主线槽内，切勿将主线与刀尺卡歪。注意线径范围是否对应本线夹。

2. 再把支线放入支线槽内。注意事项同上。 Then place the branch line into the branch trough. Notes Ibid.

3. 用套筒扳手拧紧。禁用开口扳手。 Tighten it with a socket wrench. Disable open-end wrench.
Unscrew the connector firstly and placed the main line in the main trough, keep the main line with blade-foot in line. Note: Whether the scope of the wire diameter corresponding of the connector.

4. 注意两个螺母要依次同步往下拧。 Note: the two nuts screwed down followed by synchronous.

5. 当拧紧到一定力度时恒定力矩螺母拧断。如图所示。 The nut will be twisted off When tighten to a certain constant torque. As shown.

6. 安装完毕后的效果。After installation results.

T接端子JMAT2系列主要适用于建筑、工业电气设备中在主电缆（干线）不能切断时的“T“形分线连接使用。

多功能架空绝缘电缆避雷线夹的结构简介

多功能架空绝缘电缆避雷线夹由：护罩、紧固螺栓和恒定力矩螺母、本体1、本体2（包括j写弧臂、接地环、引弧臂）、下行承接板（见图2）等5部分组成。

多功能架空绝缘电缆避雷线夹的工作原理

1.架空绝缘电缆在绝缘子支撑处被雷击的原因：在雷电场里，由于电线杆形状和安装位置的特殊性，雷电过电压会使电线杆上的架空绝缘电缆，在和绝缘子支撑的接触处附近发生感应电放电。强大的瞬间电流把架空绝缘电缆烧断。在雷雨季节，这种雷击架空绝缘电缆的现象会时有发生。

2.多功能绝缘电缆避雷线夹的避雷原理；雷电场里，架空绝缘电缆安装了多功能绝缘电缆避雷线夹后(见图2安装图)，当陆界过电压一旦形成，多功能绝缘电缆避雷线夹的泻弧臂便通过下行承接板，立即把感生的雷电流泻入大地。从而避免了雷击架空绝缘电缆。

3.多功能绝缘电缆避雷线夹在非雷雨时，通过其接地环和地线相连，可实现接地保护和临时验电。

安装方法

1.要根据绝缘电缆的截面积选择与之相适应的多功能绝缘电缆避雷线夹。

2.多功能绝缘电缆避雷线夹，建议安装在绝缘子的负荷侧。位置尺寸如图23

为避免电缆被雷击，每根电线杆上的三相电缆都应该安装多功能绝缘电缆避雷线夹。但是，大多情况是：电线杆上的金属横担安装了三个绝缘子中的两个绝缘子(见图3)。在这种情况下，安装在金属横担绝缘子上的两相电缆，只要在其中一相电缆负荷侧安装多功能绝缘电缆避雷线夹就可以了。在与其相临的下一个电线杆上，安装在金属横担绝缘子上的多功能绝缘电缆避雷线夹，应该是另一相绝缘电缆（即：金属横担绝缘子上的两相绝缘电缆要间隔电线杆轮流安装多功能绝缘电缆避雷线夹)。每根电线杆上的三相电缆只需安装两个多功能绝缘电缆避雷线夹。

与（2）相临的下一个电线杆的安装法

1.当电线杆附近有高大建筑物时，绝缘子支撑的绝缘电缆负荷侧是否还要安装多功能避雷线夹呢？

答：当雷击发展为短步迅速串击，它不是单一的连续击穿、也不是单一段的直击。雷击跃过建筑物顶后，侧击顶下的现象时有发生。所以，当电线杆附近有高大建筑物时，绝缘子支撑的绝缘电缆负荷侧还要安装多功能避雷线夹，以确保避免雷击。

2.浓雾会使避雷线夹对地产生短路么？

答：不会。按照室外配电安全净距规定，带电体10kV时对地净距应大于200mm。本避雷线夹对地净距=（190-200)mm+下行承接板到地面的距离h，而(190+200)+h 200mm。在浓雾下，此时的大气过电压起主导作用。正常天气时，大气耐击穿电压的V/mm左右；浓雾时大气耐击穿电压只有1kV/mm左右；此时，避雷线夹至地面的耐击穿电压=190\*1kV+h\*1kV远远大于19kV。所以10kV电压是不能击穿的。也就是雾天对地不能短路。

3.避雷线夹为什么要装在绝缘子支撑的绝缘电缆负荷侧？答：是为了防止感应生成的雷电波浸入用户。

4.金属横担上的两个绝缘于支撑的两相绝缘电缆为什么只装一个避雷线夹，而不是两个？

答：如图3之（1）在有金属横担上的两个绝缘子支撑的两相绝缘电缆上安装了避雷线夹(图中红圆)。在雷电场中，由于两个避雷线夹使用了同一个金属横担，当雷电场中的过电压足够大时，两个避雷线夹通过下行承接板、金属横担可能形成相间短路。为避免这种可能短路的情况，所以不能在有金属横担上的两个绝缘子支撑的两相绝缘电缆上同时安装避雷线夹。如图3(2)的安装是正确的。在与之相临的下一个电线杆上，避雷线夹安装法应把图3(2)的接法反过来，如图3(3)，避雷作用就万无一失了。还可以在非雷天气保证对每相电缆实施接地和临时验电，达到一夹多用的目的。没有金属横担相连的绝缘子闯不存在这种关系。

线夹的选用 Application of wire clamp

模型线夹由C型模壳和模块两部分组成(如下图所示)，c型楔壳和楔块间构成的沟槽尺寸与所要安装的导线直径有直接的关系。沟槽尺寸及形状由设计者和制造厂来确定。因此，选用模型线夹肘，用户只需同时提供主导线和支导线的型号和截面尺寸即可。楔型线夹选用见表1和表2。

1. 根据绝缘子的型号选择相对应的固定线夹。

2. 打开抱环上的螺栓，把抱环套入绝缘子顶端颈部，拧紧螺栓同时要调整线槽与导线方向一致。

3.拧开两端导线压板螺栓(塑料固定线夹拧松螺栓转向即可)。

4.把导线放入瓷瓶上方的线槽内，扣上压板，先用手拧紧导线压板螺栓。

5.用扳手均匀拧紧压板螺栓至适当强度，即完成安装。

6.导线固定线夹不仅具有释放功能，红、黄、蓝、绿四种颜色还分别对应导线的相线。
