绝缘穿刺线夹概况 General of insulation piercing connector (IPC)
1 .穿刺结构，安装简单，绝缘导线无需剥皮；
2.力矩螺母，穿刺压力恒定，确保良好的电气连接而不损伤导线；
3.自密封结构，防潮、防水、防腐蚀，延长绝缘导线及线夹的使用寿命；
4.采用特制接触刀片，适用铜（铝）对接及铜铝过渡；
5.电气接触电阻小，接触电阻小于等长分支导线电阻的 2.5 倍，符合 DL/T765.1-2001 标准；
6.特殊绝缘壳体，抗光照及环境老化，介电强度＞12kV;
7.弧面设计，适用同（异）径导线连接，连接范围广（0.75mm2

3. Self -seam frame, wetproof, waterproof, and anti-corrosion, extend the using life of insulated lead and connector.
4. Adopted special connecting tablet, apply to joint of Cu (AI) and Cu (AI) or Cu and Al.
5. Small electric connecting resistance, connecting resistance less than 2 .5 times of the resistance of branch conductor
with the same length.in accordance with the standard DL/T765.1-2001.
6. Special insulated case body, resistance to illumination and environmental aging, the insulation strength can up to
12kV.
7. Arc surface design, apply to connect ion with the same (different) diameter, wide connection scope (0. 75mm2-
400mm2/td)
产品性能实验 Performance testing
1 .机械性能：线夹握力大于 1/10 导线拉断力，符合 GB2314-1997 要求；
2.温升性能：在大电流情况下，线夹的温升小于连接导线的温升；
3.热循环性能：符合 GB/T2317.3-2000 电力金具热循环试验标准；
4.防水绝缘性能：符合 GB/T13140.1-1998 第 2 部分标准的相关试验要求；
5 抗腐蚀性能：在二氧化硫和盐雾环境中做 3 次 14 天的循环测试；
6.环境老化性能：在紫外线、干燥和潮湿的环境中，温度变化和热冲击中暴露六个星期。
7.防火性能：连接器件的绝缘材料经受住灼热丝试验，符合 GB/T5169.4 第 4 ～10 章要求。
1. Mechanical performance: the grip force of the wire c lamp is 1/10 bigger than the break force of the lead, it complies
with GB2314-1997.
2. Temperature rise performance: under the condition of big current, the temperature rise of connector is less than
that of connection lead.
3. Heat circle performance: conforms to GB/T2317 .3 -2000, the heat circle trial standard for electric fitting.
4. Waterproof insulation performance: conforms to the relevant testing requirements in Part 2 of GB/T13140.4 -1998.
5. Resistance to corrosion performance: under the condition of S02 and salt fog. it can do three times of fourteen days
circle testing.
6. Environmental aging performance: under the circumstance of ultraviolet, radiation, dry and moist, expose it with
change of temperature and heat impulse for six weeks.
7. Fire-proof performance: insulation material of the connector withstands glowing fi lament test. Conform to the
requirements in Chapter 4-10 of GB/T5169.4.

T 接端子 JMAT2 系列主要适用于建筑、工业电气设备中在主电缆（干线）不能切断时的“T“形分线连接使
用。
The T terminal JMAT2 series is mainly suitable for \"T\" shaped sub-line connection in buildings and industrial
electrical equipment that cannot cut off the power cable (trunk).

多功能架空绝缘电缆避雷线夹的结构简介
多功能架空绝缘电缆避雷线夹由：护罩、紧固螺栓和恒定力矩螺母、本体
1、本体 2（包括 j 写弧臂、接地环、引弧臂）、下行承接板（见图 2）等 5
部分组成。
多功能架空绝缘电缆避雷线夹的工作原理
1 .架空绝缘电缆在绝缘子支撑处被雷击的原因：在雷电场里，由于电线杆
形状和安装位置的特殊性，雷电过电压会使电线杆上的架空绝缘电缆，在
和绝缘子支撑的接触处附近发生感应电放电。强大的瞬间电流把架空绝缘
电缆烧断。在雷雨季节，这种雷击架空绝缘电缆的现象会时有发生。
2.多功能绝缘电缆避雷线夹的避雷原理；雷电场里，架空绝缘电缆安装了多
功能绝缘电缆避雷线夹后（见图 2 安装图），当｜陆界过电压一旦形成，多功
能绝缘电缆避雷线夹的泻弧臂便通过下行承接板，立即把感生的雷电流泻入
大地。从而避免了雷击架空绝缘电缆。
3.多功能绝缘电缆避雷线夹在非雷雨时，通过其接地环和地线相连，可实现
接地保护和临时验电。
安装方法
1.要根据绝缘电缆的截面积选择与之相适应的多功能绝缘电缆避雷线夹。
2.多功能绝缘电缆避雷线夹，建议安装在绝缘子的负荷侧。位置尺寸如图 23
为避免电缆被雷击，每根电线杆上的三相电缆都应该安装多功能绝缘电缆避雷线夹。但是，大多情况是：电线杆上
的金属横担安装了三个绝缘子中的两个绝缘子（见图 3）。在这种情况下，安装在金属横担绝缘子上的两相电缆，只
要在其中一相电缆负荷侧安装多功能绝缘电缆避雷线夹就可以了。在与其相临的下一个电线杆上，安装在金属横担
绝缘子上的多功能绝缘电缆避雷线夹，应该是另一相绝缘电缆（即：金属横担绝缘子上的两相绝缘电缆要间隔电线
杆轮流安装多功能绝缘电缆避雷线夹）。每根电线杆上的三相电缆只需安装两个多功能绝缘电缆避雷线夹。

1 .当电线杆附近有高大建筑物时，绝缘子支撑的绝缘电缆负
荷侧是否还要安装多功能避雷线夹呢？
答：当雷击发展为短步迅速串击，它不是单一的连续击穿、
也不是单一段的直击。雷击跃过建筑物顶后，侧击顶下的现
象时有发生。所以，当电线杆附近有高大建筑物时，绝缘子
支撑的绝缘电缆负荷侧还要安装多功能避雷线夹，以确保避
免雷击。
2.浓雾会使避雷线夹对地产生短路么？
答：不会。按照室外配电安全净距规定，带电体 10kV 时对地
净距应大于 200mm。本避雷线夹对地净距＝（190-200)mm＋
下行承接板到地面的距离 h，而（190+200)+h 200mm。在浓
雾下，此时的大气过电压起主导作用。正常天气时，大气耐击
穿电压的 V/mm 左右；浓雾时大气耐击穿电压只有 1kV/mm
左右；此时，避雷线夹至地面的耐击穿电压＝190*1kV+h*1kV
远远大于 19kV。所以 10kV 电压是不能击穿的。也就是雾天对
地不能短路。
3.避雷线夹为什么要装在绝缘子支撑的绝缘电缆负荷侧？
答：是为了防止感应生成的雷电波浸入用户。
4.金属横担上的两个绝缘于支撑的两相绝缘电缆为什么只装
一个避雷线夹，而不是两个？
答：如图 3 之（1 ）在有金属横担上的两个绝缘子支撑的两相
绝缘电缆上安装了避雷线夹（图中红圆）。在雷电场中，由于
两个避雷线夹使用了同一个金属横担，当雷电场中的过电压足
够大时，两个避雷线夹通过下行承接板、金属横担可能形成相
间短路。为避免这种可能短路的情况，所以不能在有金属横担
上的两个绝缘子支撑的两相绝缘电缆上同时安装避雷线夹。如
图 3（2）的安装是正确的。在与之相临的下一个电线杆上，避
雷线夹安装法应把图 3 (2）的接法反过来，如图 3（3），避雷
作用就万无一失了。还可以在非雷天气保证对每相电缆实施接
地和临时验电，达到一夹多用的目的。没有金属横担相连的绝
缘子闯不存在这种关系。

JMACFH 型防弧线夹
用途
JMACFH 型防弧线夹是一种新型结构的产品，其主要安装在线路绝缘子的负荷侧，具有防止 10-20kV 架
空导线雷击断线功能。安装施工方便，性能可靠，为电力部门提供了一条投资少收效大的有效措施。根
据用户需要采用剥皮型的非穿刺式防弧线夹型号为：SLCFH-50/2408；穿刺式防弧线夹型号为：SLCFH500/240 人
结构特点
1.主要由绝缘护罩、压紧螺母、穿剌压块、线夹座、引弧
棒和绝缘套营等组成。
2.引弧棒和线夹座装配连接成一体，当雷击发生时，引弧
棒和绝缘子（或横担）金属件之间放电，使续流工频电弧
移动到引弧棒上烧灼，从而保护绝缘导线不受损伤。
3. SLCFH-50/240 型穿刺式防弧线夹具有穿刺式的刺齿构
造，安装施工方便，不需剥除绝缘导线绝缘层，避免线芯
进水和腐蚀，减轻操作人员的劳动强度。
4.能耐受 5 次左右工频大电流电弧的烧灼。

JXL 楔型线夹 JXL Wedge Clamp
线夹的选用 Application of wire clamp
模型线夹由 C 型模壳和模块两部分组成（如下图所示），c 型楔壳和楔块间构成的沟槽尺寸与所要安装
的导线直径有直接的关系。沟槽尺寸及形状由设计者和制造厂来确定。因此，选用模型线夹肘，用户只
需同时提供主导线和支导线的型号和截面尺寸即可。楔型线夹选用见表 1 和表 2。
图 1.模型线夹壳体分为 1 号、2 号、3 号、4 号共四种，接线夹壳体大小选用安装工具。1 号、2 号壳体
线夹选用小号安装工具，3 号、4 号壳体线夹选用大号安装工具。
