橡胶材质物性说明

材质名称 材质说明 优/缺点 用途 由丙烯腈与丁二烯共聚合而成,丙烯腈含
量由18%-50%,丙烯腈含量愈高,对石化
油品碳氢燃料油之抵抗性愈好,但低温性
能则变差,一般使用温度范围为
-40-100℃。丁腈胶为目前油封及O形圈
最常用橡胶之一。
氢化丁腈胶为丁腈胶中经由氢化后去除部
份双链,经氢化后其耐温性、耐候性比一
般丁腈橡胶提高很多,耐油性与一般丁腈
胶相近。一般使用温度范围为
-40-150℃。
分子内含氟之橡胶,依氟含量(即单体构
造)而有各种类型。目前广用的六氟化系
氟橡胶。耐高温性优于矽橡胶,有极佳的
耐化学性、耐大部分油及溶剂(酮、酯类
除外)、耐候性及耐臭氧性;耐寒性则较
不良,一般使用温度范围为-20-250℃。
特殊配方可耐低温至-40℃。
由乙烯及丙烯共聚合而成主链不合双链,
因此耐热性、耐老化性、耐臭氧性、安定
性均非常优秀,但无法硫磺加硫。为解决
此问题,在EP主链上导入少量有双链之第
三成份而可硫磺加硫即成EPDM,一般使用
温度范围为-50-150℃。对极性溶剂如
醇、酮、乙二醇及磷酸脂类液压油抵抗性
极佳。
硅胶主链由硅(-Si-O-Si)结合而成。具有
极佳的耐热、耐寒、耐臭氧、耐大气老
化。有很好的电绝缘性能。抗拉力强度较
一般橡胶差且不具耐油性。一般使用温度
范围为-40-200℃特殊配方高温可达
300℃。
优点:
可抗热至250℃;对干大部份油品及溶剂都
具有抵抗的能力,尤其是所有的酸类、脂族
烃、芳香烃及动植物油
缺点:
不建议使用于酮类,低分子量的酯类及含硝
的混合物
优点:
具良好抗候性及抗臭氧性具极佳的抗水性及
抗化学物,可使用醇类及酮耐高温蒸气,对
气体具良好的不渗透性
缺点:
不建议用于食品用途或是暴露于芳香烃之中
优点:
经调制配方后抗张强度可达1500PSI;弹性良
好及具有良好的压缩歪;对中性溶剂具有良
好的抵抗性;具极佳的抗热性;具极佳的抗
寒性;对于臭氧及氧化物的侵蚀具极佳的抵
抗性;极佳的电绝缘性能;隔热、散热性佳
缺点:
不建议使用于大部份浓缩的溶剂、油品、浓
缩酸及经稀释后的氢氧化钠之中
优点:
具良好的抗油、抗水、抗溶剂及抗液压油的
特性。具良好的压缩歪,抗磨及伸长率。
缺点:
不适合用于极性溶剂之中,例如酮类、臭
氧、硝基烃,MEK和氯仿。
优点:
较丁腈胶拥有较佳的抗磨性。具极佳的抗
蚀、抗张、抗撕和压缩歪的特性。 在臭氧、
阳光及其它的大气状况下具良好的抵抗性。
一般来说适用于洗衣或洗碗的清洗剂中。
缺点:
不建议使用于醇类,酯类或是芳香族的溶液
之中。
用于制作燃油箱、润滑油箱以及
在石油系液压油、汽油、水、矽
润滑脂、矽油、二脂系润滑油、
甘醇系液压油等流体介质中使用
的橡胶零件。特别是密封零件。
可说是目前用途最广、成本最低

hydrocarbon fuel oil, but the low temperature
performance becomes worse, and the general
use temperature range is -40-100 °C. Nitrile
rubber is one of the most commonly used
rubbers for oil seals and O-rings.
Hydrogenated nitrile rubber is a part of the
double chain in nitrile rubber that is removed
after hydrogenation, and its temperature
resistance and weather resistance are much
higher than that of general nitrile rubber, and the
oil resistance is similar to that of general nitrile
rubber. The general operating temperature range
is -40-150°C.
There are various types of rubber with fluorine in
the molecule according to the fluorine content
(i.e., monomer structure). At present,
hexafluoride fluoroelastomer is widely used. The
high temperature resistance is better than that
of silicone, and it has excellent chemical
resistance, resistance to most oils and solvents
(except ketones and esters), weather resistance
and ozone resistance; The cold resistance is
poor, and the general operating temperature
range is -20-250°C. Specially formulated to
withstand low temperatures up to -40°C.
The main chain formed by the copolymerization
of ethylene and propylene is not double-stranded, so it has excellent heat resistance, aging
resistance, ozone resistance, and stability, but it
cannot be sulfurized. In order to solve this
problem, a small amount of the third component
with double chain is introduced into the EP
backbone and sulfur can be added to form
EPDM, and the general use temperature range is
-50-150°C. Excellent resistance to polar solvents
such as alcohols, ketones, glycols and phosphate
hydraulic fluids.
The silica gel backbone is made of silicon
(-Si-O-Si) combined. It has excellent resistance
to heat, cold, ozone and atmospheric aging. It
has very good electrical insulation properties.
The tensile strength is worse than that of general
rubber and it is not oil resistant. The general use
temperature range is -40-200°C, and the high
temperature of special formula can reach 300°C.
Advantages: The tensile strength can reach 1500PSI
after modulating the formula; Good elasticity and
good compression skewness; Good resistance to
neutral solvents; Excellent heat resistance; Excellent
cold resistance; Excellent resistance to ozone and
oxide attack; Excellent electrical insulating properties;
Good heat insulation and heat dissipation
Disadvantages: Not recommended for use in most
concentrated solvents, oils, concentrated acids and
diluted sodium hydroxide
Advantages: It has better abrasion resistance than
nitrile rubber. It has excellent resistance to corrosion,
tensile and compression. Good resistance to ozone,
sunlight and other atmospheric conditions. Generally
suitable for washing or dishwashing detergents.

液压油。在低温时易结晶、硬化,贮存稳
定性差,在苯胺点低的矿物油中膨胀量
大,一般使用温度范围为-50-150℃。
丁二烯与苯乙烯之共聚合物,与天然胶比
较,质量均匀,异物少,但机械强度则较
弱,可与天然胶掺和使用。一般使用温度
范围为-40-80℃。
为异丁烯与少量isoprEnEs聚合而成,保
有少量不饱和基供加硫用,因甲基的立体
障碍分子的运动比其他聚合物少,故气体�
透过性较少,对热、日光、臭氧之抵抗性
大,电气绝缘性佳;对极性溶剂如醇、
酮、酯等抵抗大,一般使用温度范围为
-50-100℃。
由橡胶树采集胶乳制成,是异戊二烯的聚
合物。具有很好的耐磨性、很高的弹性、
扯断强度及伸长率。在空气中易老化,遇
热变黏,在矿物油或汽油中易膨胀和溶
解,耐碱但不耐强酸。一般使用温度范围
为-60-80℃。
优点:
良好的耐磨性、很高的弹性、扯断强度及伸长
率,较好的气密性,较好的耐碱性
缺点:
耐天候老化性不好、耐油及耐溶剂性较差

聚氨酯橡胶机械物性相当好,高硬度、高

由Alkyl EstEr AcrylatE为主成分聚合而成
之弹性体,耐石化油、耐高温、耐候性均
佳,在机械强度、压缩变形率及耐水性方
面则较弱,比一般耐油胶稍差。一般使用
温度范围为-25-170℃。
优点:
对大部分一般气体具不渗透性对阳光及臭氧,
具良好的抵抗性,可暴露于动物或植物油或可
氧化的化学物中
缺点:
不建议与石油溶剂,焦煤油和芳氢同时使用

polymer of isoprene. It has very good wear resistance, high
elasticity, tear strength and elongation. It is easy to age in
the air, become viscous when heated, easy to expand and
dissolve in mineral oil or gasoline, and resistant to alkali but
not strong acid. The general operating temperature range
is -60-80°C.
The mechanical properties of polyurethane rubber are
quite good, and the high hardness, high elasticity and wear
resistance are difficult to compare with other rubbers; It
also has good aging resistance, ozone resistance, and oil
resistance. The general operating temperature range is
-45-90°C.
The elastomer polymerized by Alkyl EstEr AcrylatE has
good petrochemical oil resistance, high temperature
resistance and weather resistance, but is weak in terms of
mechanical strength, compression set rate and water
resistance, which is slightly worse than that of general oil
resistant adhesives. The general operating temperature
range is -25-170°C.

体,这是一种耐用的,低永久压缩变形率
的橡胶,耐温-40-150℃。
氟硅胶为硅橡胶经氟化处理,其一般性能
兼具有氟橡胶及硅橡胶的优点;其耐油、
耐溶剂、耐燃料油及耐高低温性均佳,一
般使用温度为-50-200℃。
俗称四丙氟橡胶,为四氟乙烯和碳氢丙烯

四元共聚物,低温性能优异,氟含量

高含氟量特种耐低温氟胶GFLT低温性能优
异,氟含量高66.50%,耐溶剂性能优异。
类似聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)材料,全氟橡胶具
有优异耐化学性和耐高温性。普通全氟橡
胶工作温度为-25℃-+240℃,特殊橡胶可
达+320℃。

Ethylene/acrylic rubber is a copolymer of
ethylene and methacrylate, plus a small
amount of vulcanized monomer containing
carboxylic acids, which is a durable, low
permanent compression set rubber with
temperature resistance to -40-150°C.
Fluorosilicone is a silicone rubber that has
been fluorinated, and its general performance
has the advantages of fluorine rubber and
silicone rubber; It has good oil resistance,
solvent resistance, fuel oil resistance and high
and low temperature resistance, and the
general service temperature is -50-200 °C.
Commonly known as tetrapropylene rubber, it
is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and
hydropropylene, and the general use
temperature range is -25-230 °C.
Special fluoroadhesive ETP can resist a variety
of chemical attack, such as ethers, amine
compounds, ketones, esters, as well as
oxidizing solvents, organic solvents, fuels,
acids, salty and other environments, with a
fluorine content of 67%.
Similar to polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)
materials, perfluoroelastomers have excellent
chemical resistance and high temperature
resistance. The working temperature of
ordinary perfluoroelastomers is -25°C- 240°C,
and special rubbers can reach 320°C.

When the O-circle is stretched, it is necessary to use a mounting mandrel when
passing threads, splines, keyways, etc. The mandrel can be made of softer metal
or plastic and must not have gross margins and sharp edges.
Automated installation of o-rings requires adequate preparation. The surface of
the o-ring is usually treated in several ways to reduce the friction of the
installation and prevent sticking. Easy to separate.
Extensive experience is required in the handling and installation of parts that are
dimensionally unstable. For reliable, automated assembly, special handling and
installation of the 0-ring is required.
The initial deformation (extrusion amount) of the o-ring in the groove is
necessary for its sealing effect
1. Obtain the initial seal contact stress
2. Compensate for product tolerances (connect the two in a gap fit)

INSTALLATION RECOMMENDATIONS
Are the lead-in corners machined according to the drawing?
Does the inner diameter remove burrs? Are sharp edges rounded?
Have process residues, such as debris, dirt, foreign particles, etc., been
removed?
Is the thread tip covered?
Are seals and parts greased or oiled? (To ensure compatibility with elastomers,
it is recommended to lubricate with a sealed fluid.)
Before insvtalling an o-ring, check the following:

内径大于50mm的O形圈在5Mpa以下工作时,不需要挡
圈;内径小于50mm的0形圈在10Mpa以下工作时,不需要
挡圈;(与材料硬度、截面尺寸、间隙有关系)40Mpa以下,
必须使用挡圈;50Mpa以内,使用特殊的挡圈。注意最大
许可间隙。
压力小于5Mpa的往复运动,不需要使用档圈
大于5Mpa,必须使用档圈。

端面密封沟槽设计建议(轴向) Recommendations for Face Seal Groove Design (Axial)
在压力作用下,弹性体将贴紧不规则的密封表面。对气体或液体密封的紧配合静密封,被密封表面应满足一些基本
的要求。密封表面上不得开槽、划痕、凹坑,同心或螺旋状的加工痕迹。对于动密封,配合面的粗糙度要求更高。按照PIN4768/1
和ISO1302标准中对表面粗糙度的定义,我司对沟槽各个表面的粗糙度要求推荐如下表
