用途：本设备适用于制药、生物、饮料、食品、化工等行业的植物、动物的常压、加压水煎、温浸、热回流、强制循环、渗漉、芳香油提取及有机溶媒回收等工程操作，特别是使用动态提取或逆流提取效果更佳，时间短，药液含量高。

外形上小下大，呈倒锥状。最突出的特点是出渣非常方便，所占建筑空间较矮。

正锥型提取罐（传统型）

所占建筑空间较小，为提取车间广泛使用。出渣门上设有底部加热，使药材提取更加完全。

磨菇型提取罐

外型上大下小，呈磨菇状。上大、沸腾缓冲空间大，不易跑料；下小：药液受热传递快，加热时间短，提取效率较高。

工作原理

渗漉法是往药材粗粉中不断添加浸取溶剂使其渗过药粉，从下端出口流出浸取液的一种浸取方法。渗漉时，溶剂渗入药材的细胞中溶解大量的可溶性物质，浓度增加，密度增大后向下移动，上层的浸取溶剂或稀浸液置换位置，造成良好的浓度差，使扩散较好地自然进行，故浸取效果优于浸渍法，提取也较完全。

直筒型提取罐

外形细长，所占建筑空间较大，对传热传质均为有利，使浸取、加热时间缩短，提取效率提高，适于醇提、渗漉系统。

提取罐出液系统可选装置

1、提取罐底部的过滤板采用两层，一层为厚度5-6mm的不锈钢支撑板，上有直径为10mm的圆孔，在支撑层的上面，是一层厚度为0.6mm薄不锈钢板，上面密布0.5 x 10mm的长孔，相对来讲，长孔更不易堵塞。

2、可以根据客户的物料需求，在提取罐内胆上装过滤筒，可选用立纹式过滤网。过滤筒的过滤面积比底部面积增加了好几倍，解决了提取罐底部易堵出液难的问题。

设备说明

板式浓缩设备由新型板片式升降膜蒸发器为核心、配以高效旋风分离器，物料在真空下低温蒸发，加热蒸汽实行反复回用的多效蒸发操作，采用高效板式换热器的瞬间快速加热杀菌工艺，可成套设计至提供全套装置及设计。本设备结构紧凑、效率高（总传系数为管式蒸发器的2\~4倍）拆卸清洗方便，持液量少，物料在高温下的时间短，本设备可用于中草药、果汁、乳品、糖醇、精细化工等物料的浓缩。

使用板式蒸发器的优点

1.热传导效率高

特殊的波纹状板型产生高强度的湍流，比起传统的管壳式蒸发器，它的传热系数得到了极大的提高。DEKEVap在高浓度和高粘度时特别有效，并且可以在温差仅3-5℃时工作。

2.结垢更少，运行周期长

波纹板片的设计是在很低流速下就可以达到高度湍流，结垢比列管换热器更不容易发生，运行周期变长，客户降低了生产运营成本，提高了生产效率。

3.电耗低

在相同的加热面积下，板式比列管式具有更大的流通截面积，且摩擦阻力小。在相同的流速时，板式蒸发系统可采用流量小和扬程低的泵，动力消耗小。

4.提高产品质量

非常低的滞留量意味着任何给定的时间，几乎没有产品留在DEKEVap蒸发器内。产品在蒸发内停留的时间短，对于热敏产品而言是一个很大的优势。它还允许快速启动和关机，只有很少一点浪费。

工作原理

DEKEVap是为蒸发而定制的，它有两个小的进料口和一个用于蒸汽和浓缩液的大出口。有一个大的入口用于加热蒸汽，一个小的出口用于蒸汽冷凝水出口。

DEKEVap使用板片组的概念，每个板片组由成对焊在一起的板片组成或者可拆卸片组成。加热蒸汽在焊接通道内冷凝，而物料液则在垫片密封的通道内蒸发浓缩。

根据客户要求我们推出一效带收膏型的二效节能浓缩器，在正常浓缩过程，关闭一效加热室与蒸发室连接喷管及循环管的阀门。将物料进入一效蒸发室并通过一效蒸发室的夹套加热，在一效蒸发室内进行常压浓缩或减压浓缩，以获得较高比重(1.35-1.45)的浓缩膏。

工作原理

物料可采用自流或真空抽入浓缩罐内。利用夹套通蒸汽进行加热，加料高度以达到罐体视镜中心为宜，上升的蒸汽由第一冷凝控制回流量，根据不同物料控制罐内温度，夹带泡沫及部分高沸点液体让气液分离器分离返回浓缩罐内，对于工业溶剂（如酒精）经第二冷却器最后在受液槽取得。本设备可以常压或减压生产，间歌或连续生产，当连续生产进料时其进料管应加流量计，在连续减压生产过程中对浓缩罐出料要先使罐内恢复常压后方能出料。

用途：

本设备适用于中药料提取、提纯有效成份及食品添加剂，可实现动态水提，有机溶剂（乙醇、丙酮等）及无机溶剂（汽油、石油、醚等）提取、提油等工艺操作，集提取、浓缩工艺为一体，两道工序一次性完成，并可实现溶媒的回收，且可提取芳香轻油或重油。

工作原理：

按配方将药材投入提取罐，一次性地加入药材量的2-5倍溶剂（工艺定）浸泡后，夹套同时通入蒸汽加热，罐内药液加热沸腾后20-30分钟左右，开始将主罐1/3的下部药液通过过滤器输送至浓缩器（利用高度差或强制输送），将浓缩器的加热壳程通蒸汽，药液沿加热室管程内壁升膜蒸发高速旋入蒸发室药液表面迅速蒸发产生二次蒸汽通过主罐上部的冷凝成适当温度的新溶剂，均匀地回落在主罐内药材表面上。（注意此时关少或关闭主罐上夹套进汽阀门，以便节省能源），还可将部分没有经冷凝的二次蒸汽回流到主罐作热源，这种新溶剂迅速通过药材层由上向下，溶解药材中可溶物料，透到主罐底层，再一次通过过滤器输送到浓缩器进行浓缩，蒸发室产生二次蒸汽又回流到主罐作为热源和新溶剂被主罐提取利用，周而复始，这种大循环多次后故药材中溶质密度与溶剂中含溶质密度保持梯度，药材中的溶质高速溶出而完成了热回流提取全过程，（通过观察提取主罐的下部的玻璃视筒流过的提取液颜色判断提取是否充分完成，如果提取液已无色透明浅淡色，说明提取已充分完成）。提取任务完成后，关闭浓缩器进料阀，继续进行浓缩操作，蒸发室的二次蒸汽上升进入冷凝器、冷却器、冷却后，回收到溶剂回收罐内或排入沟中（水提）。这时可进行真空减压浓缩操作，直至浓缩比重（1.1-1.35）的药膏被出被用，提取罐内的无色液体，可放入贮罐待下批药材不变时复用，药渣从出渣门排掉，若是用有机溶剂提取，则先加适量的水，开直通和夹套蒸汽，回收溶剂后，将渣排掉。
