GJIntermediate LayerPan GJ夹层锅

用途

不锈钢夹层锅又名夹层蒸汽锅，广泛应用于制药、糖果、乳品、酒类、糕点、饮料、蜜饯、罐头等产品加工，也可用于大型餐厅或食堂熬汤、烧菜、炖肉、熬粥等，是食品加工提高质量，缩短时间、改善劳动条件的优良设备。

设备特点

本锅以有一定压力的蒸汽为热源，具有受热面积大，热效率高、加热均匀、液料沸腾时间短、加热温度容易控制等特点。本锅内层锅体（内锅）采用耐酸耐热的SUS304不锈钢制造，外形美观、安装容易、操作方便、安全可靠。

适用于浓度 50 % 以下粘度较低，含渣量较少的液体作密闭过滤以达到提纯、澄清等精滤、半精滤的要求。可以直接选用微孔滤膜，能够不经微孔过滤器过滤而达到无菌过滤之目的。本机过滤面积大，流量大，适用范围大，所以在制药、化工、食品等行业有广泛用途，应用在制药厂针剂药液之过滤，效果甚佳。

用途：

DGB-C系列高效包衣机适用于食品与制药工业。是片剂、丸剂、糖果等进行有机薄膜包衣、水溶薄膜包衣和缓、控释性包衣、滴丸包衣、糖衣包衣及巧克力、糖果包衣的一种高效、节能、洁净、完全符合GMP及FDA技术要求的机电一体化的包衣设备。

Usage:

1、由PLC和CPU组成的控制系统人机界面设计合理、编程先进，可适应各种不同的工艺需要，性能稳定，符合GMP及FDA要求。
2、素蕊在斜形流动导流板搅拌器作用下，翻转流畅，交换频繁，即克服了传统式搅拌器在包衣过程中易带片、挤片、丢片、碎片及包衣层不均匀、密度差等缺点，又节约了敷料及提高成品率和药品质量。
3、蠕动泵采用数据编程与变频调速技术，控制调节喷雾流量，以达到介质定量输送，又能调节软管压偏度，提高了硅胶管的使用寿命。
4、选配世界顶级万向可调喷枪，雾化均匀、喷雾面积大、无堵塞、无滴漏、易清洗。
5、该机具备了负压控制系统，供热风控制系统、温度控制系统及显示系统。
6、该机型可选配CPU记忆和打印系统。

工作原理：

素蕊在洁净、密闭的旋转滚筒内在斜形流动导流板作用下不停的作复杂的轨迹运动，在运动过程中，按工艺流程和工艺参数，自动喷洒包衣介质，同时在负压状态下供给热风，热风通过素蕊从滚筒筛孔层底部排出，使喷洒在素蕊表面的包衣介质得到快速、均匀的干燥，形成坚固光滑的表面薄膜。

Workingprinciple:

Thepills make complex movement continuously under the actionof the flowing oblique guide plate in the cleanand closed rotaryroller.Duringthe movement,the coatingmediumis automaticallysprayed accordingtothe technologicalflowand technologicalparameters.Atthesametime,hotairissupplied underthe status of negative pressure.The hotairwillbe dischargedfromthebottomof therollersievepore layerthrough thepills,so thatthemediumsprayedonthesurfaceof pillscan berapidlyandevenlydriedwithasolidandsmoothsurface film being formed.
