山力高分子硅酮结构胶使用指南

相容性及粘结性试验

A、凡选用山力高分子硅酮结构密封胶，我司免费进行相容性和粘结性试验。

B、用户必须填写“相容性及粘接试验委托书”，并与工程用材试样一起寄送我司客服部。试样材料的规格、数量见委托书。

C、我司将严格按照国家标准GB16776进行相容性和粘结性试验，试验需要35天时间；我司收到试验材料后立即开展试验工作；

试验结束后将用传真或快递的方式尽快将试验报告送交委托方。

D、施工单位必须在收到我司“相容性和粘结性试验合格，可以使用”的试验报告后才能进行施工。

工程图纸的审验

A、凡选用山力高分子硅酮结构密封胶的用户，必须将与结构密封胶胶缝接口相关的工程图纸送到我司客户服务部，由我司的专业人员对其进行审核。

B、玻璃幕墙的设计必须符合JGJ102《玻璃幕墙工程技术规范》，结构密封胶胶缝胶层深度不低于6mm，也不要超过12mm，宽度必须大于或等于深度，跨度不得小于7mm，宽深比例在3:1至1:1之间。考虑水平荷载和自重荷载下的安全系数分别采用3和60即f,=200Kpa，\mathsf { f } _ { 2 } = 1 0 \mathsf { K } \mathsf { p a } ，其粘接宽度可以按一下公式计算：

C、分别计算Cs1、Cs₂取其中最大值并适当考虑地震作用，温差作用等因素。

D、我司在对设计图纸审核之后，将尽快向施工单位出具审核报告。施工单位必须在收到我司出具的“设计审核合格，可以施工”的报告之后才能进行施工。

记录要求

为便于施工质量追溯，在施工过程中必须填写“装配施工记录”，及“割胶检查测试记录”。

施工工具和条件

A、单组份结构密封胶使用手动或气动挤胶枪施工，双组份结构密封胶使用专门的双组份混胶注胶机施工。

B、单元件的制作应在室内进行，单元件养护期应避免阳光暴晒或淋雨受潮。

C、施工及养护环境温度在4℃-40℃之间，相对湿度在40%-80%之间。

D、施工及养护环境应光线充足，通风良好，清洁，具有防火、防爆、防尘设施。

基材粘接表面清洗

A、必须使用干净不绒毛的白布，清洁剂可选用新鲜的甲苯、二甲苯、丙酮、丁酮等。

B、使用“双布擦拭法”

①彻底清除基材表面疏松的残留物。

②用一块经溶剂浸润的干净不绒毛的白布用力擦拭被粘基材表面。

③在溶剂未挥发，立即用另一块干洁，不绒毛白布擦干基材表面的溶剂及残留物。

④敬告：溶剂应从容器内挤压或倒出的方法浸泡白布，绝不可将白布放在容器中浸润，以免污染剩余的溶剂。

⑤清洗后的区域必须在1小时内施工完毕，施工前保持建材表面干洁不能用手摸，否则需按上述工艺重新清洗。

⑥在使用溶剂的区域严禁明火，并保持良好的通风及施工环境。

结构密封胶现场性能测试

A、施工前要求对密封胶进行现场各种检查及测试。首先是包装外观检查，规格、型号、数量、出厂日期、保质期、合格证、说明书等等。
B、密封胶的内在质量现场检测。

单组份结构密封胶检测固化快慢的表干时间及固化完善与否的弹性实验。

①表干时间检测，在PE膜上打1mm厚密封胶，开始记时间，每隔5-10分钟用工具轻触胶的表面，工具上不粘密封胶的间隔时间为表干时间。3小时还未表干即为不合格产品。

②让胶条完全固化24小时后，把胶条慢慢拉伸至100%，边观察胶条是否固化，再放开看胶条是否能回弹恢复到原来长度。不固化而不能恢复原长度的话即为不合格品。

对双组份结构密封胶检测混合均匀性的蝴蝶实验/胶使用时间的拉断实验。

①蝴蝶实验：把混合的胶打在一片白纸上，至少50mm长，折叠起来把胶挤压成薄膜状。拉开白纸，肉眼观察胶层是否有白灰色的斑纹。如有则说明胶浆混合不均匀。应再把胶浆混台均匀。直至无白灰斑纹。

②把混合均匀的胶置于一小容器中，置入一棒。开始计肘，每隔5-10分钟拉出小棒，如有胶丝连着棒与胶层，则时间不到。如拉出小棒，胶丝断开即为该胶的拉断时间。如果胶一直不能拉断，则为不合格品。拉断时间的长短是由A、B组份配比所决定。一般在30-90分钟为宜。

工程实际用的基材粘接性测试：

①取工程实际用基材每种一块，按工程实际所用的清洗溶剂和底胶对基材进行清洗和上底胶。

②基材表面一端粘贴至少50mm长防粘带，然后施涂适量的密封胶，长100mm，宽50mm，厚3mm，其中50mm防粘带上，制成粘接试件。

③在完全固化后，一般情况下，单组份七天，双组份三天，从防粘带处揭起密封胶，以180°剥离密封胶。观察是属于内聚破坏则胶对基材的粘接力合格。见图1平拉剥离试验。

④平拉剥离试验合格，可增加浸水后的平拉剥离试验，即将固化后的试件浸入室温水中1至7天，浸至规定时间，取出试件擦干，再以180°角拉扯密封胶，如还是内聚破坏，则表明浸水后其密封胶对基材的粘接力也合格。

C、把上述检测结果填写于质量控制文档，以作质量追溯备案。

底涂液的使用

A、是否需用底涂液：由委托的相容性粘接性试验来确定。如不需要则不用，如需要用则施工中一定要用。其作用是增进结构密封胶与基材表面的粘结力，防止粘结脱胶。

B、底涂液的提供：由我司提供或指定牌号。

C、底涂是在基材表面清洗后施胶之前涂敷。

D、底漆施工步骤：

①使基材表面整洁、干燥。

②将10分钟用量的底漆倒至一个小的干净的容器内，确保拧紧底漆罐盖。(为确保底漆有效，每次倒出不宜太多)

③将底漆倒在干净的不绒毛的白布上，并将底漆均匀地涂在基材表面。对于难以抹到或粗糙的表面，可用刷子来涂底漆。警告：过量的底涂会导致胶与底漆间粘接力丧失。如涂底漆过多，基材表面会出现粉状尘膜。过量多余的底漆可用一块清洁不绒毛的白布在打胶前先清除。

④待底漆的溶剂挥发干燥后再进行施胶(通常干燥时间为1小时左右，取决于使用环境的湿度、温度影响)。

⑤如底漆与密封胶施打不在同一天进行则须在打胶前重新进行清洁及施打底漆。

⑥底涂液注意事项：底涂液属易燃、易水解的危险物品，要及时加盖密封保存，对人体有刺激性，不要直接接触，按化学危险物品处置。

施胶与养护

A、施胶时基材表面温度最好在4℃—40℃之间，相对湿度40-80%之间基材表面温度超过40℃不能施胶。

B、为确保结构密封胶周边线条完美整洁，施胶前可在接口附近部位用胶带遮盖，但胶带不得接触将要施工结构密封胶的表面。

C、胶嘴口径应小于注胶接口的宽度，以胶嘴能深入接口深度的二分之一为宜。

D、注胶时要做到连续、缓慢、均匀，将胶浆填满接缝，注意不要产生气泡或空穴。

E、注胶完成后应立即进行修整，修整方法是用刮刀将胶浆进一步向内挤压，使胶浆完全填满接缝，不留空隙。同时将多余的胶浆刮去，使接口表面平整。

F、修整工作完成后应立即清除遮盖胶带，在单元件上贴上标签注明日期、编号。然后水平搬放到养护区进行养护，搬放过程要轻拿轻放，不允许铝框与玻璃产生丝毫的位移和错位。

G、养护期内可再次搬动时间，一般情况下单组份为7天，双组份为12小时。

H、养护达到完全固化时间，一般情况下单组份为21天，双组份为7天。

1、施工后填写质量控制文档，装配施工记录。

双组份密封胶施工程序

A、双组份密封胶必须严格按下述程序施工才能保证施工质量。

B、测定双组份密封胶的固化速度，用以确定基料与固化剂之间的比例：

①在烧杯或其他容器中注入适量的混合均匀的密封胶。

②将一条小圆棒或油灰刀浸入一部分到胶料中，并从胶料混合时开始计时。

③每隔5分钟，将小圆棒(油灰刀)从胶料中抽出，并观察胶料扯起部分是否发生突然断裂。

④如果未发生断裂，重复步骤C，直到胶料发生突然断裂，记录从开始计时到拉断时所需的时间(即拉断时间)。

⑤本公司双组份硅酮密封胶产品A/B=10/1(体积比)时，拉断时间为30-90分钟。一般情况下，A/B的体积比使用的比例为10/1，但用户可以在A/B=8/1—12/1之间调节A、B的比例，以满足拉断时间的要求。

⑥拉断时间的长短受温度影响较大，温度高拉断时间会短，温度低拉断时间会长。

7双组份胶A/B组分的比例改变时，混合后胶的黑度变化属正常现象。

⑧B组分反应活性高，极易因水解而失效，用户应注意密封保存。

C、密封胶A/B组分混台均匀性测定蝴蝶试验：

①将打胶机打出的混合好的胶挤到纸(尺寸相当于A4复印纸大小)中间5-10克，折合纸将胶压平。

②打开纸检查胶样，混合均匀的胶应无异色条纹，如果胶出现异色条纹，则表明混胶不均匀，应查找原因。问题解决后才能使用。

D、拉断试验和蝴蝶试验均通过后才能进行正常施工。

施工质量检验

A、外观检验：逐块检查结构单元件的胶缝，结构密封胶应充满设计的尺寸部位，应没有气泡和空隙，否则应在气泡或空隙处切开，及时在切开的新鲜胶面上重新补充结构密封胶及修整。

B、结构单元件割胶剥离粘接试验：

割胶检验是检查结构密封胶施工质量极为有效的方法。已制作的单元件，按规定养护后，按以下抽样规则进行割胶测试：

①前10片检查1片(1/10)

②接下去40片检查1片(2/50)

③再下去50片检查1片(3/100)

④以后每100片检查1片

换言之，前100片抽检查3片，以后每100片抽检查1片。

割胶测试步骤：

①首先检查外观，接口是否完全被胶充填满，尺寸是否符合设计要求。

②用刀沿水平方向将胶从接口一边割至另一边。

③接口两边各垂直割大约75mm长。

④按图示在胶长25mm处做记号。

⑤用手抓住500mm胶条，向后90°用力拉超过25mm的标记处观察胶层是否从基材板上脱开，估算胶层脱开面积。

⑥基材板如为不同材质，则分别测试胶与每种材质板的粘接性。

7检测结果应记录于质量控制文档。

注意：当胶在两种不同的材料上粘接时，我们建议胶的粘接测试应针对每种材料单独进行测试。

山力高分子硅酮建筑密封胶使用工艺指南

1. 适应范围

1.1适用于山力高分子生产的除结构胶以外的山力硅酮密封胶系列产品。

1.2关于山力结构胶的使用指南请见(山力高分子硅酮结构密封胶施工指南)。

2. 一般规定

2.1建议所有使用山力高分子硅酮建筑密封胶的用户直接到本公司或本公司指定的销售商处订购以便获得可靠的产品.并得到强有力的技术援助。

2.2对于特殊建筑材料、建筑行业出现的新材料、表面有涂层或有表面处理的材料。建议用户送样到本公司进行粘结性、相容性、污染性等相关试验，在我公司出具可以使用的报告后，才按规定的方法使用。

2.3施工者在施工过程中必须具有完整的记录。包括施工时的温度、湿度，施工日期、时间、密封胶产品的牌号、生产日期、批号、是否用底涂料、清洁程序及施工者姓名等内容。

2.4用户在密封胶的使用过程中若遇到任何质量或操作技术方面的问题。应以最快方式通知本公司客服部.我们将提供热情、及时、周到的技术服务。若遇到重大的质量问题，在未得到建议继续使用的通知之前，应停止密封胶的使用。

3. 设计参考

3.1一般说明：

使用密封胶进行接缝密封时，要考虑的主要因素有：基材、底涂、衬垫材料、粘结隔离物和密封胶(如图1)。

3.2 基材：

3.2.1建筑常用的材料有：砖石、混凝土、陶瓷、大理石、金属、玻璃、塑料、木材等，它们通常可分为多孔材料和无孔材料。某些材料与密封胶粘结性很差，只有经过物理或化学表面处理后才能与密封胶粘结，必须充分注意。

3.2.2金属保护涂层及混凝土防水涂层可能会影响密封胶与基材之间的粘结质量，这些涂层有时不易及时发现，出现粘结不良或破坏的还不知基材表面是否有保护层。为此，选用时应事先同本公司和基材制造方协商，以确定接缝处理方法或在涂敷密封胶前是否需选用合适的底涂，必要时应进行粘结性/相容忖试验确定。

3.3 底涂

采用底涂的目的是改善密封胶与基材之间的粘结性，山力高分子硅酮密封胶对绝大多数基材粘结性良好，无需底涂。粘结性，相容性试验标明需要底涂的，施工方必须使用山力公司提供或指定的底涂液。

3.4 衬垫材料

合适的接缝设计需正确选择和使用衬垫材料以确保可靠密封。衬垫材料起如下作用(见图2):

a.控制接缝中密封胶的嵌入深度和形状。

b. 使密封胶完全润湿基材表面。

C.当条件不适于立即施胶或万一密封胶失效时，可作为接缝临时密封。浸油材料、沥青、未硫化的聚合物及类似的材料不能用作衬垫材料。以免污染基材或密封胶。推荐使用柔性泡沫塑料或海绵胶条，如聚氨酯泡沫或聚乙烯发泡材料，在缝内不产生永久变形、不吸水、不吸气、不会因受热而隆起使密封胶鼓泡。衬垫材料在缝内应不限制密封胶运动。为防止衬垫材料在施胶之前淋雨吸水，密封胶应及时涂敷。闭孔构垫材料的原始尺寸应大于接缝宽度的25-30%；开孔衬垫材料的原始尺寸应大于接缝宽度的40-50%。

3.5 粘结隔离物

粘结隔离物是用于防止密封胶接触到不希望粘结的表面或材料上。这类粘结会破坏密封胶的性能(见图3)。可以用作粘结隔离物的材料有：聚乙烯或聚四氟乙烯自粘带或本公司推荐的防粘材料。不建议采用液伸粘结隔离物，因为使用时可能会污染被粘结面。粘结隔离物使用在接缝底部的硬的不易变形衬垫材料上。以阻止密封胶粘结到这些材料上，形成有害的三边粘结。软的易变形的开孔衬垫材料不需要粘结隔离物，因为它不会明显地限制密封胶的自由移动。浸油材料、沥青、未硫化的聚合物及类似的材料不能用作粘结隔离物。

3.6密封接缝的形状尺寸：

接缝的状尺寸与多种参数有关：包括接缝外观、接缝空间、接缝的预期位移、所使用的密封胶的位移能力、施工方法等。图1、2、3介绍了几种典型的接缝密封形式。

3.6.1 密封胶宽度：

所需密封胶的宽度是由该地区预期的极限温度、密封胶的位移能力、密封胶使用时的温度，以及其它与基材性质有关的参数和结构公差决定的。密封胶的最小宽度为6.0mm。

推荐一个实用接缝密封尺寸计算公式：

J=(100/x)xw+t+s

J=最小接缝宽度

X=密封胶的位移能力

w=计算的热膨胀宽度

t=结构公差

s=地震或其它需考虑的参数

例如：2米长玻璃板(热膨胀系数10x10⁻⁶mm/mm/℃)，预期温度变化80℃。结构公差3.0mm。所使用的密封胶的位移能力为12.5%。w=(10x10−6mm/mm/℃)x(80℃)x(2000mm)=1.6mm

最小接缝宽度J=(100/12.5)x(1.6)+3.0=15.8mm

3.6.2 密封胶的深度：

密封胶的深度与密封胶的宽度有关。设计接缝宽度时应充分考虑所使用建材的热膨胀系数、施工的季节和预计使用的极限温度，密封胶的深度。推荐以下值：

a.密封胶的最小宽度和深度为6.0mm。

b.密封胶的宽度必须大于深度，理想宽度与深度之比为2:1。

c.嵌填混凝土、砌体或石材接缝时缝宽13mm以下时，密封胶的深度可取同样尺寸，缝宽13-25mm时密封胶的深度取缝宽一半。

d.对金属、玻璃等无孔材料的接缝，缝宽为6.0—13.0mm时，密封胶的深度为6.0mm：缝宽大于13.0mm时，密封胶的深度为宽度的一半，密封胶的深度不能大于13.0mm。

4.密封胶应用程序

4.1 环境要求

密封胶应在温度4℃-40℃，相对湿度40%—80%的清洁环境下施工，下雨、下雪时不能施工。环境温度过低会降低密封胶的粘结性。因为密封胶的表面润湿性降低，并且在低温的基材上可能形成霜和冰，影响密封胶的粘结性。因此，密封胶的安全使用温度应大于4℃。高的环境温度对密封胶也有不良影响。在过高的环境温度且阳光直射的建筑物表面上，基材表面的实际温度可能比环境温度高多。由于高温的影响，密封胶的抗下垂性会变差、固化时间会加快、使用时间和修整时间会缩短，同时容易产生气泡。相对湿度过低会使密封胶的固化速度变慢，过高的相对湿度可能会在基材表面上形成冷凝水膜，影响密封胶与基材的粘结性。也可能使密封胶形成气泡。

4.2 表面清洗程序

4.2.1必须使用干净不绒毛的白布，清洁剂可选用新鲜的甲苯、二甲苯、丙酮、丁酮等。

4.2.2使用“双布擦拭法”。

a.彻底清除基材表面疏松的残留物。

b.用一块经溶剂浸润的干净不绒毛的白布用力擦拭被粘基材表面。

c.在溶剂未挥发前立即用另一块干洁、不绒毛的白布擦干基材表面的溶剂及残留物。

d.敬告：溶剂应从容器内以挤压或倒出的方法浸润白布，决不可将白布故在容器中浸润，以免污染剩余的溶剂。

e.清洗后的区域必须在1小时内施工完毕，施工前保持建材表面干洁且不能用手触摸，否则需按上述工艺重新清洗。

f.在使用溶剂的区域严禁明火，并保持良好的通风及施工环境。

4.3 底涂液的应用程序：

4.3.1是否需用底涂液：由委托的相容性粘接性试验来确定。如不需要则不用，如需要用则施工中一定要用。其作用是增进硅酮密封胶与基材表面的粘接力，防止粘接脱胶。

4.3.2底涂液的提供：由我司提供或指定牌号。

4.3.3底涂是在基材表面清洗后施胶之前涂敷。

4.3.4底漆施工步骤：

a.使基材表面整洁、干燥。

b.将10分钟用量的底漆倒至一个小的干净的容器内，确保拧紧底漆罐盖。(为确保底漆有效，每次倒出不宜太多)

c.将底漆倒在干净的不绒毛的白布上，并将底漆均匀地涂在基材表面。对于难以抹到或粗糙的表面，可用刷子来涂底漆。

警告：过量的底涂会导致胶与底漆间粘接力丧失。如涂底漆过多，基材表面会出现粉状尘膜。过量多余的底漆可用一块清洁不绒毛的白布在打胶前先清除。

d.待底漆的溶剂挥发干燥后再进行施胶。(通常干燥时间为1小时左右，取决于使用环境的湿度、温度影响)

e.如底漆与密封胶施打不在同一天进行则须在打胶前重新进行清洁及施打底漆。

f.底涂液注意事项：底涂液属易燃、易水解的危险物品，要及时加盖密封保存，对人体有刺激性，不要直接接触，按化学危险物品处置。

4.4 密封胶施工程序：

4.4.1一般要求：

a.硅酮密封胶应在温度4℃-40℃相对湿度40%-80%的环境下施工，这样可以获得较佳的粘结效果。

b.经过清洗的基材待粘表面的附近部位必要时可贴上临时性保护胶带。

C.密封胶的挤注动作应连续进行，使胶均匀地连续地以圆柱状从注胶枪嘴挤出，而枪嘴的直径应小于注胶接口厚度，以便枪嘴能伸入其二分之一深度。枪嘴应均匀缓慢地移动，确保接口内充满密封胶，防止枪嘴移动过快而产生气泡或空穴。

d.注胶完成后应立即进行修饰。通常的方法是用工具用力将接口外多出的密封胶向接口内压并将接口表面修刮平整，使胶与待粘表面充分接触。然后揭下所有的临时保护胶带。

e.施胶后48小时内密封胶未完全固化，密封接缝不允许有大的位移，否则会影响密封效果。

4.4.2单组份密封胶施工程序：

单组份密封胶可用手动或气动施胶枪直接从塑料简或香肠型包装中挤出施工，或用单组分打胶机施工。

5.关于粘结性、相容性和污染性试验的一些具体要求

5.1粘结性试验：每次试验需要用到尺寸为150mmx75mm的玻璃或其它板材不少于三块。

5.2相容性试验：所有装配设计中与密封胶接触的辅助材料。如双面胶条、泡沫棒等都需进行相容性试验，试验所用的每种材料长度不少于100mm。

5.3污染性试验:每次试验需要尺寸为75x25x25mm的被测试材料24块。

5.4在送样时。应同时按附录A或附录B详细填写有关申请表辂，与样品一并送到本公司。

5.5最好用特快专递(EMS)寄送样品，以防止样品丢失和及时进行试验，同时要注意包装良好以免样品破损。

5.6通常相容性的测试周期为35天，污染性为55天，对于加急测试要求，本公司在收到齐全的材料后，将尽量争取提前，并传真初步检测结果。而正式的检测报告则在试验完成后尽快送达用户。

6.文件的归档

无论是工程索赔或品质检查，所有质量控制档案都必须能随时提供给山力公司，幕墙顾问或地方建筑部门官员审查。因此，建议质量控制文档和工程资料一起保存。推荐用硬封面的记录本将所记录的文档影印件装订成册以便保存。品质管理工程师应负责整理/保存每个工程项目的测试记录。所有幕墙单元都应被编号，这样才能从工程文档中得到诸如密封胶安装日期，胶的批号，品管测试的记录。山力高分子公司非常乐意协助客户建立品质管理系统。若您有需要，请与山力公司联络。
