parameter setting of energy meters, management of electricity sales and
management of electricity consumption It is an ideal product for the
power management department and property community management
department to improve the use of Power management level and solve
difficult charging problems. This system is developed by Microsoft Visual Studio of Microsoft
Corporation. The data management is completed by Microsoft Access. It does not require complicated database installation and can effectively
prevent data leakage and theft. It ensures that the data of the power sales
management system is safe, accurate and complete and also prevents
illegal operator operations and illegal operators from operating
illegally.
Consumer electricity meter for electricity sales management system
implements a system where one meter can only be used by one card to
ensure the uniqueness of the IC card. The IC card of this system uses M1
card to prevent illegal operations by users. At the same time, the system
uses the international standard DES algorithm to encrypt the IC card. It
can effectively identify IC cards in non-jurisdictional areas ,IC card other
than this terminal and IC card made illegally by the user. It effectively
prevents illegal use of IC cards and ensure legal use of electricity
The operation interface of this system is simple, friendly and highly
intelligent. The system provides most of the default data needed during
operation. Each operation of the system is consistent with the actual
business workflow, it thus avoids repeated operations by the operator. The
system automatically checks the validity of the input data .It also gives a
friendly reminder to the operator's misuse. Even ordinary users can easily

(Figure 1.1)
The prepaid power sales management system developed by Acrel is
composed of client workstation, printer, card reader and meter. The meter section mainly completes the metering and payment
control of electricity consumption by meter users. The meters supported
by this system include DDSY1352, DTSY1352 single and tri-item
prepaid energy meters. It systematically integrates the IC card (electrical
sales dielectric) supported by the meter into a unified electricity sales
software system. It is convenient for users to complete electricity sales
business in the same electricity sales system. The client workstation mainly completes the business development
work of the pre-paid power sales management system, including the
opening of accounts for new meters, the cancellation of old users, the
report of rebates, daily power purchases, and file maintenance. 1.5 System operating environment

Electric Co., Ltd. (3)LQ1600K printer or other general printer (ticket printer). (4)Display resolution: 1024 * 768 is recommended. 1.5.2 Software Environment
(1) Workstation operating system: Chinese windows7 / 2003, windows XP, Recommend windows XP, Windows 7;
(2) Database system: Microsoft Access.
(3) It is recommended to use a resolution of 1024 * 768. Chapter 2 Basic Knowledge of Prepaid Electricity Sales
Management System
2.1 Business basics
2.1.1 Prepaid electricity bill
This system cooperates with DDSY1352, DTSY1352 single and
three-phase electronic prepaid energy meters to implement the method of
prepaid electricity bills. When meter users go to the point of sale to
purchase electricity, they use electricity bills as the basis instead of
electricity. 2.1.2 Remaining power
Remaining power—available power refers to the amount of power
that the user can continue to use in the IC card meter before the meter is
powered off. The unit is kWh. The remaining power is input into the
meter through the IC card. When the available power in the meter
decreases to zero, the meter will automatically cut off the power supply. Only after the new available power is input through the IC card, the meter
can resume power supply. After the user pays each time, the computer
system of the power supply management department can calculate the
value of the available electricity that should be recharged to the electricity
meter this time according to the user's zero-crossing electricity and the
remaining available electricity in the current electricity meter. The IC
card is input into the electricity meter to effectively control the user to
pay the bill. 2.1.3 Automatic power off
Automatic cut-off is a main function of the pay meter, which refers
to the action of the load meter to interrupt the load. The power meter will
automatically cut off the power supply when the remaining power is zero, the remaining power reaches the pre-jump power, or the load of the meter
exceeds the load control limit. 2.1.4 Restore power
Automatic recovery is one of the main functions of the pay meter, which refers to the action of the pay meter to restore the load. When the
remaining power in the power meter is zero, the power will be restored
automatically when the IC card is inserted into the meter to enter the new
remaining power (hand push circuit breaker). 2.1.5 Zero-crossing power
When the remaining power decreases to zero and the control unit has
issued a power-off command, due to the failure of the actuator, the power
measured by the power meter. The zero-crossing power will be
automatically deducted from the remaining power. 2.1.6 Meter number
When the customer purchases electricity, the system automatically
assigns a number to the customer and cannot be modified by the operator. The electricity meter number is twelve digits, which is a sign of the
one-to-one relationship between the user and the electricity meter. 2.1.7 Open an account with a new watch
New users must open an account in the system to use the prepaid
function normally. New users need to fill in the user's basic information
first, the system will save the customer information, and the first purchase
of electricity. The first purchase of electricity will deduct the preset
electricity. 2.1.8 Card replacement
Use this function when the meter does not recognize the card, or the
card is lost or damaged. After the user's electricity purchase card is lost or damaged, the
user's last electricity purchase record is selected to supplement the card. Usually, the supplementary card does not provide electricity purchase, because it is necessary to manually determine whether the amount of the
last electricity purchase is entered in the meter. 2.1.9 Rewrite amount
When the electricity sales card is completed and it is found that there
is an error in the electricity bill input, the electricity bill can be rewritten
here. The premise is that the electricity sales card is not inserted into the
electricity meter. The rewriting of electricity bill will not generate a new
electricity sales record, and only modify the electricity bill value on the
original electricity sale record. 2.2 Basic concepts and terminology
2.2.1 Meter constant
The number of disk revolutions (r/kWh) or pulses (imp/kWh) of a
watt-hour meter. Example: 1600 imp/kWh
2.2.2 Table amperage and overload multiple
Reflect the calibration (rated current) and maximum current of the
energy meter. Example: 5(20)A, calibration current=5A, overload
multiple is 20/5=4, commonly known as 4 times meter. For example: the nameplate of a certain electric meter has: 220V
10(40)A 50Hz 1600imp/kWh parameter identification
Representation: single-phase meter, meter voltage=220V, meter
amperage=10A, overload multiple=4, meter constant=1600
2.2.3Transformers (voltage transformer PT, current
transformer CT)
Non-resident meters are generally three-phase meters. Large-capacity users may be equipped with voltage and current
transformers according to different reported capacities. 2.2.4 Meter multiplier
Meter multiplier = voltage transformer ratio * current transformer
multiplier. For example, a user meter is equipped with a voltage transformer
with a transformation ratio of 30 and a current transformer with a
transformation ratio of 10. Then: Meter multiplier=30*10=300
Without transformer, voltage transformation ratio=1 and current
transformation ratio=1, then: Meter multiplier=1*1=1. 2.2.5 Electric meter start
The electric card meter has different characters or has been used
during the test, so the display on the mechanical meter does not
necessarily start from 00000 degrees. The electronic meter of the
electronic card meter starts from 000000 degrees after it is cleared, which
causes the starting degrees of the two to be different. In order to adjust
this difference, the meter start must be filled in carefully when entering
the warehouse. (Excluding decimal degrees)
2.2.6 CT
CT is a current transformer. The current transformer is also called a
current transformer for the instrument. It is a current conversion device
that converts high-voltage large current or low-voltage large current into
low-voltage small current for measuring instruments and relays. It not
only guarantees the safety of people and equipment, but also simplifies
and standardizes the manufacture of instruments and relays, and improves
economic efficiency. 2.2.7 PT
PT is a voltage transformer, which is also called an instrument
transformer and is a voltage conversion device. Its working principle, structure and wiring method are the same as the transformer. The main
difference is that the voltage transformer has a small capacity, usually
only tens of VA or hundreds of VA, and in most cases, its load is constant
high impedance, equivalent Since the transformer is running under low
load, the secondary voltage is basically equal to the secondary induced
electromotive force value. Therefore, the voltage transformer is used to
measure the voltage indirectly, which can accurately reflect the
magnitude of the high voltage side and ensure the measurement accuracy. No matter how high the primary voltage of the voltage transformer is, its
secondary rated voltage is generally 100V. In this way, various
instruments and relays connected to the secondary coil of the voltage
transformer can be manufactured uniformly and standardized. 2.2.8 Primary side
The primary side means that the remaining electricity rate is
unchanged, and the electricity price written in the table is the rate (ie the
original electricity price) multiplied by the rate (CT*PT), for example:
the current electricity price of the electricity meter is 0.5 yuan/kWh, such
as CT=100/10, PT=1/1. That is, the magnification is 10, that is, the
magnification is CT*PT=10, and the electricity price written into the
table at this time is 0.5*10=5. 2.2.9 Secondary side
The secondary side means that the surplus electricity charge is equal
to the original surplus electricity charge divided by the ratio (both
CT*PT). At this time the electricity price remains unchanged. For example, the current electricity fee paid is 100, and the
magnification is 10, that is, CT*PT=10, secondary side=100/10=10, and
the electricity price remains unchanged at 0.5. 2.3 List of modules
The module is defined as a computer program developed to
complete a relatively simple task. It is reflected in the main station
software as a window where the operator can complete the functions
defined by the module. Functiona
