System Introduction:

The hose automatic cleaning machine is a semi-automated system, suitable for cleaning applications of tubular heat exchangers (round or square). It is designed for the installation and use of three-tube, two-tube or single-tube highpressure hoses, with a focus on versatility, convenience, and safety. The 3-gun hose main unit can be used with any rated pressure high-pressure hose. The high-pressure hose specification range is from 6.9mm to 16.4mm.

The hose main unit is used in conjunction with various types of rotating cleaning nozzles and our lightweight walking positioner, providing safe and efficient cleaning in the most challenging tube heat exchanger cleaning environments.

System Introduction:

· In the case of replacing specific components, it can be switched freely between hoses with outer diameters ranging from 6.9mm to 16.4mm.

· The pressure of the hose clamp and the speed of the inlet and outlet pipes can be quickly and freely adjusted to ensure consistent cleaning.
