YF-40K Pipeline Cleaning Nozzle
YF-40K pipeline cleaning nozzle is a self rotating pipeline cleaningnozzlethat can be used for both polishingand obstacle cleaning. The nozzle can rotate 360 °, which can achieve a larger surface coverage and better cleaning effect.

YF-Ultra-High Pressure Splitter Valve
The splitter valve allows two water jet guns to be connected to a single pump and operate independently. It distributes the total flow from the pump and maintains system pressure when either one or bothguns are in use. Setting up the valve with two manually adjustable dials is quick and simple. For protection from dangerous over-pressurization, rupture discs function in a waterblast system similar to the functionof fuses in an electrical circuit.When the system pressure exceeds that of the burst disc, the disc fails and allows water to flow out of the holder's cap, relieving the system of high pressure.

Making a Disc Selection:
For primary relief devices, select disc withburst pressure of approximately 1.2 times desired operating pressure.
Example: For operating pressure of 40,000 psi, desired burst pressure is 40,000 x 1.2 = 48,000 psi. Select 50,000 psi Burst Disc, Part No. 27484.
For secondary relief devices, select disc with burst pressure of
approximately 1.4 times desired operating pressure.
