定型機輔助功能裝備

在定型機上，加裝輔助功能裝備，不增加工序，提升紡織品的功能與品質，讓用戶省人省事省錢省心。

①松布儲布機

特點:可以節省定型前的松布步驟，並使布在布鬥內有充足的回彈時間，並可按需求訂制，保證儲布量。

③A 滑条对中裝置/B擺臂对中裝置

特點:糾正織物進入定型機前走偏情況，帶兩/三條擴幅輥保證織物 充分展開，光電對中裝置精准10MM以內，動作靈敏度可調，張力小。

⑤定型機前洗水單元

特點:前後擴幅輥保證布匹前後布面平整，張力自動調節運行張力小，帶加熱功能，不銹鋼梅花輥與水之間產生振盪，水流更快，高壓迴圈水泵進行高壓沖洗，達到淨洗的最佳效果。

⑦噴塗裝置

特點：通過高密度均勻噴頭將液體(水/矽油)噴灑在織物上，液體的用量可根據布的幅寬，機台車速，通過精准計算來控制液體噴灑在織物上，有效的液體的用量，節約能耗。

⑨整緯装置

特點：採用先進的德國技術電氣控制單元，整緯精度高，可靠性好，操作方便。

①熱能回收裝置

特點:利用定型機尾汽(蒸汽)經過換熱系統，再由風機將已置換的熱風吹入定型機的一箱內部使箱體內部，有助於溫度快速上升，節能效果非常明顯。

③在线密度克重儀裝置

特點:即時在线檢測記錄，數據可查詢，測量精度與穩定性高，車速適應性強，對織物顏色、花紋和結構的檢測適用範圍廣。

②布匹幅寬在线檢测系統

特點：即時在线檢測記錄，數據可查詢，超寬或超窄報警，並高靈敏度，高精度(可達±1.0mm)，底噪音、底功耗，長壽命。

④掃毛拍毛吹毛吸毛装置

特點:包含擴幅、掃毛、拍毛、吹毛、吸毛等多種功能於一身，毛刷輪與拍布輪可調節旋轉角度以適應不同的布種，帶傳動輥與張力調速裝置保證布匹小張力運行。

⑥定型机軋車（水準／立式）可选

特點：由兩根膠輥組成，一根為圓柱膠輥，另一根為腰鼓膠輥，通過啟動氣動執行機構對一根圓柱膠輥和一根腰鼓膠輥施加均勻壓力，對織物進行整理和脫水。有水準膠輥組合與立式膠輥組合可選。

⑧紅外線預烘裝置

特點：紅外線預烘裝置用電能產生紅外線，使織物產生從表面向內部吸收渗透的效果。乾燥速率較高，熱效率也較高，照射時不會留有陰影。帶傳動輥與張力調速裝置保證布匹小張力運行。

⑩斜紋牙板上針裝置/氣動吹邊吸邊裝置

特點:斜紋牙板上針裝置:採用專用模具一次成型，前後左右上下均能調節，安裝方便，剝邊效果好。氣動吹邊吸邊裝置：上下風板同時吹邊，保證布面平整，防止卷邊、起皺，防止脫針和破邊，吹邊效果好，對邊精准。

②布面整理機

特點：本裝置用於定型後布匹的表面物理處理，布匹經過尼毯與蒸汽加熱輥擠壓後，使布面更加平整，並能將布面的毛羽燙平，讓布的表面更加有光澤。

④噴盤式低給液加濕系統

特點:採用噴盤式低給液系統能均勻無接觸噴射在織物上面，可使織物快速回潮，消除靜電，手感豐滿。採用緊湊設計，機台安裝簡單，方便維護，自動化控制系統，操作直觀。

① Open-Width Fabric Loosening Storage Machine

Features: Eliminates the fabric relaxing step prior to setting, allowing sufficient rebound time for the fabric in the hopper. It can be customized according to requirements to ensure fabric storage capacity.

③ Type A Slider Centering Device / Type B Swing Arm Centering Device

Features: Corrects fabric deviation before it enters the stenter machine. Equipped with 2/3 spreading rollers to ensure full expansion of the fabric. The photoelectric centering device achieves an accuracy within 10mm, with adjustable action sensitivity and low tension.

⑤Pre-Stenter Machine Washing Unit

Features: Front and rear spreading rollers ensure flat fabric surface before and after processing. It has automatic tension adjustment for low-tension operation and a heating function. The stainless steel plum blossom rollers generate oscillation with water to accelerate water flow, and a high-pressure circulating water pump performs high-pressure rinsing to achieve optimal cleaning effect.

⑦Spraying Coating Device

Features: Sprays liquids (water/silicone oil) onto the fabric through high-density uniform nozzles. The liquid dosage can be precisely calculated and controlled based on the fabric width and machine speed, ensuring efficient liquid usage and energy conservation.

⑨Weft Straightening Device

Features: Adopts an advanced German-technology electrical control unit, featuring high weft straightening precision, good reliability, and easy operation.

① Heat Recovery Device

Features: Utilizes the exhaust steam from the setting machine. Through a heat exchange system, the fan blows the converted hot air into the first chamber of the setting machine, helping the chamber temperature rise rapidly and achieving significant energy-saving effect.

Features: Enables real-time on-line detection and recording with queryable data. It has high measurement precision and stability, strong adaptability to machine speed, and a wide application range for detecting fabric colors, patterns, and structures.

② Online Fabric Width Monitoring &Control System

Features: Enables real-time on-line detection and recording, with queryable data. It triggers an alarm when the fabric width is too wide or too narrow. It boasts high sensitivity and precision (up to ±1.0mm), along with low noise, low power consumption, and a long service life.

④ The Lint Beating-Brushing-Suction Machine

Features: Integrates multiple functions including fabric spreading, lint brushing, beating, blowing, and suction. The rotation angles of the brush roller and fabricbeating roller can be adjusted to adapt to different fabric types. It is equipped with drive rollers and a tension speed-regulating device to ensure low-tension operation of the fabric.

⑥Stenter Machine Padder (Horizontal/Vertical Optional)

Features: Composed of two rubber rollers—one cylindrical rubber roller and one drum-shaped rubber roller. By activating the pneumatic actuator, uniform pressure is applied to the cylindrical rubber roller and the drum-shaped rubber roller for fabric finishing and dewatering. Both horizontal and vertical rubber roller combinations are available.

⑧Infrared Pre-drying Device

Features: The infrared pre-drying device uses electric energy to generate infrared rays, enablingthe fabric to absorb and penetrate heat from the surface to the interior. It offers high drying rate and thermal efficiency, with no shadow left during irradiation. Equipped with drive rollers and a tension speed-regulating device, it ensures low-tension operation of the fabric.

⑩0 Twill Tooth Plate Needle Feeding Device / Pneumatic Edge Blowing and Suction Device

Features: Twill Tooth Plate Needle Feeding Device: Formed in one piece using a dedicated mold. It can be adjusted in the front, rear, left, right, up, and down directions, with easy installation and good edge-stripping effect. Pneumatic Edge Blowing and Suction Device: Upper and lower air plates blow the fabric edges simultaneously to ensure a flat fabric surface, prevent edge curling and wrinkling, avoid needle dropping and edge breaking. It delivers good edgeblowing effect and precise edge alignment.

①② Fabric Finishing Calender Machine

Features: This device is used for the physical surface treatment of fabrics after setting. The fabric is pressed by a nylon blanket and a steam-heated roller, which makes the fabric surface flatter, irons out the lint on the fabric surface, and enhances the fabric's surface luster.

工作原理WORKING PRINCIPLE

1.退捻头：消除繩材內部殘餘張力，在無伸長條件下實現高效、均匀的解撚。

●2.第一洗毛壓水單元(正面)：通過噴淋系統與擠壓輥對織物初步軋液；隨後經酶洗及脹鼓噴淋洗毛過濾單元，清除織物表面酶塵，並利用轉鼓過濾系統完成酶廢液的固液分離與水的回收再利用。

●3.濕織物穿經翻轉管：依靠導向裝置將濕織物精准引入翻轉管，完成織物翻轉。

●4.第二洗毛壓水單元(反面)：採用噴淋與擠壓輥結構，對水洗後的織物再次軋液；隨後經酶洗及脹鼓噴淋洗毛過濾單元清除酶塵，並通過轉鼓過濾系統實現酶廢液固液分離與水的回收再利用。

●5.織物經折布裝置堆疊：由折布裝置將織物整齊折疊、堆疊，便於後續處理。

3.Wet Fabric Threading via Inversion Tube: Guided by a directing device, the wet fabric is precisely fed through the inversion tube to complete fabric reversal (turning the fabric inside out).

4.Second Washing and Dewatering Unit (Reverse Side): Adopts a spray and squeeze roller structure to perform padding again on washed fabrics; subsequently, enzyme dust is removed via the enzyme washing and expanding drum spray wool washing & filtering unit, and solid - liquid separation of enzyme waste liquid and water recycling are realized through the rotary drum filtration system.

5.Fabric Stacking via Fabric Folding Device: The fabric is neatly folded and stacked by the fabric folding device for subsequent processing.

1.The machine used to sew cylindrical fabrics can work on two separate workstations at the same time. Compared with traditional machines, since this operation is performed when another fabric is spread on another fabric, sewing time is completely saved and a substantial increase in output is achieved. On each workstation, the stitching process is fully automatic, which can be set on the entire cylindrical circumference, or a small hole can be left when needed during the dyeing process

2.The electronic system automatically detects and controls the carriage opening to obtain the correct fabric tension on all cylindrical fabrics without setting the cylinder diameter every time. At the end of the automatic seaming cycle, the fabric tensioning carriage returns to its idle position to allow the fabric to be disengaged, the folding unit is automatically activated, and the carriage returns to the selected working position after a given time. It car produce 50 rolls per hour.
