溶液浓度在线智能测控说明：

1开机前把料桶配至合适浓度的溶液后设定初始值。

2正常开机后溶液里的软油会由布吸收后变淡。

3通过智能的溶液浓度在线检测器可以随时监控实时浓度。

4当监控的浓度低于用户的设定初始值时，PLC发出信号启动加料泵，把原料注入到循环管道中，使溶液浓度始终保持在用户设定的值附近。保证布匹前后手感一致。

5此种加料方式方便直观，操作简单，适合对手感要求较高的用户使用。
